Cosmo woke up around 12pm, not realizing how late he stayed up the night before. So of course, naturally he gets up and goes to the kitchen wondering if anyone made any lunch or breakfast.
Guess who he saw? Astro.. That toon he loved so much..
Cosmo: "Astro! Astro, hii!"
Astro: "hi there cosmo.. how'd you sleep, sleepyhead"
Cosmo was still nervous, least on the inside.. but was more composed this time.
Cosmo: "I didn't realize how late I stayed up.. gosh."
Astro: "That's okay.. we all stay up at times..."
Cosmo sat on the kitchen counter, rubbing his eyes still not as used to the light. Cosmo was quite content just being near astro, being in the same room honestly. He was quite surprised when he realized astro was alone in here, astro is usually asleep, with dandy, or reading.
Cosmo: "why are you here alone anyways?"
A: " well.. Dandy is quite busy, wouldn't tell me why.. "
"I don't feel like reading nor sleeping"
Cosmo was surprised when he learned he didn't want to sleep..
Quite surprising for the toon who sleep literally anywhere!
C: "wow.. I'm surprised you're not wanting to sleep.."
"Would you perhaps want to hang out?.."
Cosmo said with a nervous tone.. he never does things like this with Astro, so this was quite new if he said yes..
Astro: "why of course..! I wouldn't mind.."
Cosmos eyes filled with joy and a hint of nervousness.. this made him so, SO happy! He's rarely got the chance to hang out with his beloved crush..!
Cosmo: "yay!.. oops . I mean uh... Wanna hang out now?"
Astro: "sure.."
