Chapter 3: Iida Tenya
Tenya’s wings were a navy blue color, darker than his brother’s whose wings were a deep blue that faded into a shade lighter at the bottom landing a good five feet, much smaller than Tenya’s which was six feet with grey linings.
The darker the color, the darker one's fate. In this part, Tensei's downfall was hinted. His wings are the perfect example for a 'could-have-been' because if Stain hadn't cut his hero career short, Tensei may have faced a worse fate than his disability.
Chapter 4: Asui Tsuyu
Ironically enough, Aoyama Yuuga, a blond boy born in France who loves to boast about his “shine” and “sparkles” and definitely one to crave attention — has the second most dark wings. With crow black colors and indigo linings, his wings are a half feet larger than Iida’s, spanning six and a half feet.

Chapter 7: Torino Sorahiko
Glancing at the mumbling boy on the floor, already assessing his performance, for a moment the older man could've sworn he saw a shadow spread from the green-haired teen's shoulders, slumped down on the wall.
Because Sorahiko could vividly see Izuku's potential to be a hero, he got a bit of a glimpse of the wings. It's like having an epiphany and getting a glimpse of the future.
Chapter 8: Todoroki Shouto
Spanning eight feet, just five inches shorter than Shouto’s, the vigilante’s wings lie hanging as he stays unconscious on top of his ice ramp, merlot-colored wings splayed out in all their glory revealing garnet-colored linings. But perhaps Shouto didn’t word that right. After all, the hero killer only has one wing.
While wings are able to predict one's fate like in Tensei's case, it is not absolute. In Stain's case, he is a former vigilante with good intentions that spiral into villainy. He rejected his fate and carved his own. His wings broke because they lost track of his destiny. Like how the future Nighteye sees can be changed, everyone can potentially change their fate — hence Stain's wing breaking because he is an unpredictable variable.
Chapter 11: Uraraka Ochako
Deku has always been headstrong, but sometimes she wishes he’d rely on them more. He tries so hard to help everyone, and it makes her wonder who helps him when he needs it.
Manga Spoiler for Chapters 306-322
It is implied here that Izuku does not fully trust his friends yet. If you've read the manga chapters, you'd know that Izuku is too burdened by One For All to completely trust his friends. It has not happened yet in this timeline, so it's not written here, but it is implied that the day Izuku fully spreads his wings is in chapter 322, when Class 1-A finds him.
