Summary
Tony is withdrawn and distant after returning from his assignment as agent afloat and Gibbs arranges a getaway. A picturesque inn on a lake near Gibbs' childhood home seems like the perfect place to reconnect, but they quickly learn the idyllic setting hides a dark secret. A decades-old tragic death at the inn isn't what it seems on the surface, and it has a disturbing effect on Tony.

Summary
Tony left NCIS and is now employed by the FBI, assigned to a team that works missing persons cases in California. He can’t believe it when Tim calls from DC to tell him that Gibbs’ boat blew up on a lake, and Gibbs is now missing. Tony travels to DC to assist in the search, but no trace of Gibbs is found. Returning back to his job in LA, Tony is still devastated by the loss. One night, he meets an attractive young man on a beach and they begin a relationship. However, more surprises come down the road to shake up Tony’s world, including Gibbs’ journals that Tim finds and sends to Tony to read. Through the journals, Tony learns that Gibbs secretly harbored romantic feelings toward him for many years, which leads to Tony re-evaluating how he truly feels about Gibbs. It also leaves him more determined than ever to find out what happened to his former boss.

Retired police detective - turned private eye, Jethro Gibbs had a near 100% solve rate in his cases he handled as a police detective. Yet, it was his last case that he never could solve. Three years later it still haunted him day and night.
When he receives a visit from a man named Tony, who claims he is a psychic medium and warns him of imminent danger, Gibbs doesn't believe him or in him. It is when they are forced to work together that Gibbs realized that he started to like the man and even starts to believe him. When Tony's own life is threatened, Gibbs is in a race against time to save the young psychic that he started to love from the maniac that was still out there.
