What is history, really?
Sometimes accuracy takes a back seat for the sake of telling a good story. Sometimes the wild and fantastical facts do all of your work for you. And, sometimes, you find out something that gives the truth a whole new context. It's all about perspective. It's not always about what someone says, but what the listener hears.
And maybe the effect of binging too many soap operas on the processor.

Bumblebee and Thundercracker meet off the battlefield in the dying years of the war. As their relationship grows and changes they both follow paths neither would have expected for themselves, with a lot more misunderstandings, miscommunication, mis-translations, soap opera binging sessions, and the events of Earthspark Season 1....eventually. Really earning that slow burn tag.

Summary
The surreality of the situation, of having chosen to let Dominus die and Chromedome live, seemed to be setting in more and more. Rewind believed humans called this a ‘Trolley Problem,’ and he had to say, he f****** hated it. Of course he didn’t regret Chromedome living, that had never been a factor in the blown circuitry of his mental health, but he’d robbed Dominus of the chance to come back. Had pulled the lever and switched the tracks at the last moment. Couldn’t have let Chromedome die, an action taken on pure instinct.
That meant something important. If only that meaning something important made the rest of it okay.
Would the reverse have been true, for Dominus? If Dominus had been the one about to die, would Rewind have switched the tracks to save him, and killed Chromedome?
It tormented Rewind to not have that answer. Increasingly so.

Cybertronian Civil War
Year 4762
Garrus 7, Near Space BridgeFlashes of light shot through the eternal darkness of space. Not far from one of the moons of the former prison planet Garrus 7, the routes of two enemy fleets crossed.
A Decepticon armada, consisting of a battlecruiser, several fighters, and three transporters, was on its way to a large fleet rendezvous to secure their supplies at the front, while three Autobot cruisers in turn escorted two transport ships.
Both routes led to the front. Both routes needed the local space bridge to reach their destination quickly. Unfortunately, both parties had arrived at the space bridge at the same time.
The Decepticon cruiser fired from all barrels at the Autobot alliance, which, however, was well-defended with its modified shields. Flashes of light from the guns shot through the endless blackness.

Like Tigatron, Airazor preferred being out in the wild. Tigatron was more isolated by choice but sometimes it didn't hurt to have a friend check in. Sure, they hadn't spent much time together, but if you couldn't call someone a friend after surviving a flying alien trap, when could you?
