Summary
Bill Cipher is a prince, or at least soon becoming one. He had spent most of his time in the palace, learning magic skills by private tutors his mother would hire, but now he was going to Gravity Falls High as a form of ‘mixing in’ with kids his age.
Meeting some of the students the school holds, Bill learns and teaches them that maybe a prince and townsfolk aren’t so different.
