Summary
Tim's family didn't find out about the movie by Tim telling them. They didn't find out about it by scrolling through social media and seeing one of the many clips being posted about it. No. They learned about it from Vicki Vale who decided to publish an article titled 'Nepotism Strikes Again!'.
Apparently, Tim being friends with a director and using it to score the lead role in a film project was a perfect example of nepotism and established a "worrying" pattern with him and the Waynes that had been on people's minds ever since Tim was made CEO of WE at only 17.
It was such a ludicrous claim Tim almost laughed because Tim was pretty sure that Bruce had never even MET Callie, let alone ever had enough sway with her to influence her into giving Tim the lead in her student film for College.

There’s something wrong with Dick.
Tim thought everything was getting back to normal. Bruce was alive and back in their timeline, the Birds of Prey were once again operating out of Gotham, Dick had the city well under control as Batman and even Damian had been less obnoxious than usual.
And then during a firefight at a warehouse by the docks, Tim was almost hit by a flying boomerang. And Dick never noticed.
When something is wrong with your big brother, who else do you turn to but your big sisters?

“Yeah, it’s me Timmy.” Dick slips inside. Tim turns to meet him, grinning. Dick both loves and hates that grin. Loves it because it’s real, because that grin doesn’t come out for just anyone. It’s his grin, and his alone. Hates it because Tim is here when he shouldn’t be. He should be safe with his dad in Keystone City, not here with Dick, getting thinner by the day. But Gotham is a part of Tim the same way it’s a part of Bruce, the same way it’s claimed Dick. It’s in his marrow and bones, evidenced the fact that he snuck back into the ravaged city when he had been taken safely out.

“Drake,” Damian says, clicking his tongue. “We are not prepared for unknown variables. Someone knowing would undoubtedly change how they act, which would have a snowball effect on the rest of the day. Therefore rendering our knowledge useless.”
“This doesn’t concern you, Grayson,” Damian dismisses. Tim stomps over, raises his hand, and Dick prepares to break up a fight between the two.
Instead, Tim simply grabs Damian by the shoulders, spinning him around and off the bed so his back is pressed against his front. His palm finds Damian’s mouth, and the younger begins squirming in the hold. “Dick, we’re caught in a time-loop,” Tim says, raising his voice over the muffled protests of the boy in his arms.
What? “What?” Dick asks, trying to comprehend the statement.
Dick doesn't know when his brothers got so close, considering how last week the two almost came to blows over a missing batarang, but it's seeming a little... obsessive.
