Why has a seven month old baby girl crawled out of his grace? One with green eyes and little wings?Dean is wondering what his future could possibly hold. Sam was clearly moving on with his life, with Eileen and thinking about what comes after hunting. But Dean isn't sure if there is an after hunting for Him. His life is empty of everything but his car and a brother that was finally, healthly, growing more distant.
Then he gets a phonecall telling him about a mystery man in a trenchcoat, and a baby that shouldn't exist.
