Bio

I am a retired AP Literature and journalism teacher. Written in LotR, BBM, and Queer as Folk fanfics. I am currently writing in BBC Sherlock and Good Omens, but also an avid fanfic reader in Doctor Who, the Beatles, and Torchwood. I also dip my toes in other fandoms. I also write original fiction and freelance for area newspapers with a focus on hard news and feature articles.

I love to read (great fanfiction included obviously). Favorites include, but not limited to: Catcher in the Rye, anything by Toni Morrison, Me Talk Pretty One Day, The Lone Ranger and Tonto Fistfight in Heaven, Little Bee, Blonde, The Amazing Adventures of Kavalier and Clay, Huckleberry Finn, Interview with the Vampire, and all of Shakespeare. I love poetry.

Published: one work of fiction (magical realism) and one textbook on American popular culture.
