Okay, so that last scene in Mackie Hand 3 had me confused
Here’s the question, though: did Mackie Hand deserve to win the championship in “Hand to Hand to Hand: Return of the Hand?” He already took fifteen penalties in the final round and the only reason he managed to pull through was a slight technicality on Mr. Fifteen Poles’s part. But even then, this little incident was but a mere droplet in a massive, bloated, convoluted ocean of a tale regarding a MacGuffin with absolutely no connection entirely whatsoever to the story elements of either the first movie or the second, negating virtually all of the plot twists and character developments through the years for some cheap graphics and a painfully smarmy fight scene.
I don’t know, really; with Mackie’s sheer OOC throughout the film (and considering K.K. himself publicly bragged that he knew absolutely nothing about the franchise), there’s a reason why half of this subreddit doesn’t even consider this atrocity of a sequel to be canon.

Redheads in general
Here’s the thing: I really don’t like stereotypes. I’m a Latino American living in California, so I get plenty of grief from the occasional racist person I meet—and let’s not even talk about how half of Mewni treats me both in public and private. So therefore, whenever I see people post their opinions about how all ginger heads are like this or how all brown folks are like this, I usually don’t laugh no matter how relatable the comments are; what I usually do is just try to think of the people I know that would break that particular mold.
But considering the two redheads in my life I do know? They most certainly aren’t helping their case.

AITA for chasing after her?
Seriously? ESH.
You’re an AH for taking that long to realize your feelings and an AH to yourself for sticking around in the unlikely chance that she’ll change her mind and hook up with you again. She’s an AH for stringing both you, your ex, and that new boyfriend of hers around by admitting her feelings at literally the last second and promptly never bringing it up again, then promptly treating you like garbage the moment you reached out to her again no matter how justified she may have felt at the time. Having him wear your clothes and flat out calling him a replacement? You deserve better than that. New boyfriend might probably be an AH as well for not realizing what’s happening and quite possibly even more so if he does know but isn’t doing anything about it. Get out of there and find somebody who actually wants and deserves you, for goodness’s sake.
For some reason, this scenario is starting to sound familiar…meh, probably just a coincidence.

What is it with Latino people and encounters with magic?
I’ve got a cousin in Mexico who apparently got sent to the Land of the Dead by accident—something about pilfering his ancestor’s famed guitar to prove to his family that music wasn’t worth banning from the household. Don’t worry, he made it back without a scratch or even a scrape of his abuelita’s infamous chancla, and his efforts seem to have paid off for the most part. There’s also another distant relative over at Connecticut who somehow got waylaid on the way to summer camp by some grey-haired witch and ended up with a shapeshifter twin or something—not sure about the details, as we don’t often talk to her side of the family. And if family tradition is correct, apparently even some ancestor of mine in Puebla, Mexico was a famed adventurer of sorts with a coterie of ghosts and supernatural spirits to aid him in his travels around the world.
I have no idea why this keeps happening to us people, but I’m most certainly not complaining here.

Mina Loveberry arrested after a violent shootout with federal police in Oregon
Glad to hear she’s finally in the clapper after all this time. Here’s hoping that she’s finally brought to justice; a lot of people I knew lost their lives after she managed to get her powers back, and their families will definitely take satisfaction from seeing her locked away for good.
