The gang = WAA, prosecutors, detectives, judges, etc.
Ship = Any ship you want
Ship? = Can romantic or platonic
1. Apollo casually wearing Khura’in attire to work even after returning to the states.
(Reason can be anything, homesickness, habit, practicality, his suit getting set on fire) Cue everyone’s reactions (thinks he finally lost it if they don’t know his origins, finds it attractive, reminds them of someone else (if you want to add Simon and Nahyuta)) They could learn more about Apollo taking down a tyrant, rebuilding a country’s legal system, being raised by a rebel movement seeking to take down a country ruler, his relations to Nahyuta, anything. Shock and hilarity ensues.
2. (Ship) Partner short circuits when Apollo wears his Khura’in attire. Cue pining, painful secondhand embarrassment and confessions (they could be together too then it’s just admitting to the attraction). Shenanigans ensue and in summary he’s not allowed to wear it anymore.
3. (Ship) AU Partner meets Apollo, a famous defense attorney/minister of justice/technical prince of Khura’in and doesn’t know he speaks perfect English. Cue a lot of embarrassment. (inspired by a Klapollo fic where the roles are reversed that I can’t find :<)
4. (Ship?) Soulmate tattoo AU where Apollo basically becomes a prince (or whatever other position, take your pick) and gets the whole Khura’in traditional tattoo work. Can be an AU where Apollo grows up in Khura’in or can be set after AA6. Can be platonic or romantic.
5. Manifest Apollo slowly being adopted by the Khura’in royal family and the whole country because everyone acknowledges him in different ways. (could do a 5+1 times people decide to adopt him or Apollo being clueless POV)
6. Similar to 5, but it’s everyone else (WAA, prosecutors) reacting to the whole of Khura’in either acting like Apollo’s protective big sibling/parent or worships the ground he walks on or both. (bonus if people freak out to Nahyuta and he’s like “Oh that’s normal”)
7. Manifest Apollo having terrifying knife and/or martial arts skills because of paranoia and/or because some subconscious part of him still wants to be connected to his past as a rebel (BAMF Apollo, the best drug)
8. Unexpected Sebastian and Apollo friendship (like becoming friends through random encounters, having a common interest, pen pals, having the same idols, etc.)(Would imagine them fanboying over court cases and murders and Edgeworth which makes them sound like psychopaths out of context, minus the Edgeworth part) Cue people being extremely confused over the weird friendship. (“I feel like a meteor is going to strike any minute now” - characters as Sebestian and Apollo talk in the background)

10. Clay Terran is channeled to help solve a case for whatever reason. Then either:
a) The gang (WAA, prosecutors, take your pick) learn more about a different side of Apollo (troublemaker, bamf, wholesome, housewife material lmao, also take your pick), based on your choice that side is either hidden away/repressed, died with Clay/he’s too depressed to do it anymore, or just a side of Apollo that only that people don’t know/didn’t think too much about.
The gang have their own takes on how this changes their opinion of Apollo. (Could be funny, could be sad cause everything this boi does has roots in trauma) so they can get protective in their own ways or realise they don’t know anything about Apollo or Apollo doesn’t reveal anything and they probably wouldn’t have ever known without Clay telling them or it could set up a lot of situational comedy.
Could go any way, but here are my few angsty takes on it:
They could make fun of Apollo and he gets hurt by it and either keeps it to himself, lashes out, or breaks down or all for maximum angst.
They feel sad that Apollo hasn’t trusted them enough to tell them and feel bad that they weren’t making an effort to be a good friend so they either resolve to make a better effort which confuses Apollo or makes him think they’re up to something bad or all the trust issues come to light as they start to be more aware of Apollo’s ticks and use the psyche locks/widget etc. on him.
They could realise that Apollo keeps to himself and doesn’t have a support system so they individually or as a group strive to be one for him. This can also bind them as a gang. Apollo may or may not know. I feel like he’ll find out that they’re acting weird.
b) Something happens to Apollo (he gets kidnapped or disappears or smth) and he either freaks out or is way too tired to care. Cue either funny angered jabs or sarcasm. The way he reacts also changes the gang’s opinion of him, either in a not letting him live it down way, a “yeesh” kinda way or in a “get this man a blanket, a hug and a nap” way. Everyone is pretty freaked out and you could make it as comedic or as angsty as you want based on the type of kidnapping and the chance to get him back. He is now your punching bag like he is Capcom's. My take is that you could threaten his life and either make him scared but trying to hold it together, which scares the gang, or make him accept death completely, which is terrifying in a different way. You could get Clay to get upset or feel guilty etc.
And everyone becomes way more protective over him after the incident. You could throw in uncommon people like Blackquill or Edgeworth to look out for him and Trucy would become extra clingy (plus you can add sibling bonding if they know they’re siblings in your take)
c) (Ship) The first two options, but Clay and Apollo are a ship. Why? For maximum angst. You could throw in another ship like Klapollo and get Apollo’s old and new partner to interact. Clay could also be pretty sad because obviously. Kudos if you manage to balance two pairings and the other characters’ revelations while not detracting from the main plot. That shit is hard.
11. Kidnapped BAMF Apollo being held for ransom, ends up freeing himself, beating all the kidnappers up, gets back to the office in time for lunch and now everyone is scared of him.
12. Apollo becoming incredibly competent at survival (hand to hand combat, scientific knowledge, weapon skills/making, lock picking, foraging, escape tactics etc.) after AA6/coming back from Khura’in. Reason could be anything, fear, precaution from experience, getting harassed by people who still hate defense attorneys, people trying to assassinate Nahyuta/Rayfa/Amara, survivor’s guilt, etc.
Here are my takes:
a) 5+1 times he shows it to people and their reactions (the gang-centric)
b) 5+1 times he uses it to protect the Royal family without them knowing and 1 where they find out (royal family + Apollo fluff which we don’t have enough of)(could be just one person like Nahyuta too)
c) 5+1 times those skills kept him alive (like when he’s in hot water, which is most of the time)(More Apollo POV centric)
d) He comes in clutch by protecting Nahyuta/Rayfa/Amara and they have a cool action moment or a wholesome or angsty bonding one when they find out why he learned those skills.
e) He and Datz sparring regularly/He and Datz working together to fight someone
f) “Oh no! We’re in danger!” *Apollo rolls up in his deceptively non-intimidating stature* “Never mind we’re good.” Cue confusion from near future victims of his wrath.
g) Someone inspecting a weapon from a crime scene and Apollo walking past, taking a glance and correctly reciting the exact type of weapon, how it’s used and who tends to own such weapons.
h) Him learning to understand the hype behind science + him and Ema bonding over scientific knowledge
i) A strange friendship with Blackquill being forged by bonding over survival skills
j) (Ship?) Apollo knowing how to use a katana and Blackquill being high-key happy that he has a sparring partner. Cue wholesome bonding and learning about new sides of each other. Could be either platonic or romantic.
k) “It’s not that I’m not scared but I’m just too tired to care” Apollo, mood of the century
l) (Ship?) Having zero social skills but knowing how to threaten people Apollo scaring everyone in the general vicinity, plus some people finding it hot
m) (Ship) Competency being immensely attractive to everyone, either both are in a relationship and partner gets jealous or a lot of people have found a reason to fight for Apollo. A hot mess for Apollo basically.
13. Apollo understands how a lot of magic tricks work cause it’s similar to the misdirection used in pickpocketing which he did to survive. Cue Trucy’s excitement then realisation, then confrontation and sibling bonding. (Bonus if she stews in thought and has father daughter interaction with Wright, Edgeworth or both)
14. Similar to 13, but Apollo is a kleptomaniac due to instilled instinct and Trucy finds a solution by making him channel his skills into magic, which he then uses on cases. Cue magic sibling duo, people getting shocked, cool tricks and tactics. (He and Trucy are a destructive force to be reckoned with. They will take you down.)
15. A long version of kidnapped Apollo where he plays the long con of sassing his kidnappers, dropping hints and planning an escape route while the gang realise he’s gone and track him down. A mix of BAMF Apollo being so over this bullshit and busting himself out so he and the gang meet halfway.
(Can also be done with Phoenix, which makes sense with the amount of times he’s dealt with kidnappers and Edgeworth either being really chill or about to have a panic attack when Wright mentions it.)
(Can also be done with Maya, which would be refreshing since she gets kidnapped in almost every game, it would make sense that she’s used to it and learned how to deal with it since then. Especially since Dhurke died to save her, she would’ve probably done a lot of training to make up for it. Would be an interesting perspective.)
16. 5+1 Apollo sassed people so hard bystanders felt the pain
17. Maya visits the WAA, thinks about her survivor’s guilt after Dhurke’s death and builds up the courage to talk to Apollo about it. (Could include her talking to people like Wright for advice or her stalling the conversation many times by coming up with random distractions, leading to her and Apollo to hang out and become friends)
18. Set b4 Athena’s arrival, Franziska returns to Japanifornia and meets Apollo, who equal parts idolise and fear her. Franziska POV, as she grows to have a protective streak over “the only defense attorney in the agency that deserves some semblance of respect” and becomes a older sister figure to Apollo. Whether he still gets whipped though is up to you. (They could work on a case together, have random encounters, he helps her for something, etc.)(could be bunch of events strung together)(bonus if there are Edgeworth and Franziska sibling interactions where Edgeworth teases her for getting attached to Apollo)
19. Following 18, after the events of AA5, Franziska hears all about what happened and travels over to give everyone, especially Apollo, a lecture on self preservation and “how dare you make me care about you and then scare me like that”. Wholesome fluffy platonic moments.
20. 5+1 times people out of the loop (detective gumshoe, AA investigation characters, prosecutors not involved etc.) get to know Apollo’s angsty backstory/exploits and become protective/impressed/shook/low-key scared because it takes a special kind of terrifying to be so nonchalant about taking down a person that rewrites laws on the spot and throwing your boss in jail on your first case. “Yeah, you being scared then and you not being scared now would be normal if you weren’t taking down the ruler of a whole nation that hates defense attorneys-“ (Meanwhile somewhere, Wright sneezes.)
21. Apollo actually being ripped/well trained but is underestimated due to his short stature and baby face. 5+1 times he was underestimated/made fun of for how he looks and one time this led to much pain for the one who did.
22. Edgeworth getting to know Apollo and going from not thinking much about him to protecting him and treating him like a son, all the while Apollo both respects and is incredibly intimidated by him, which Edgeworth finds both endearing and annoying (because it’s hard to get close to him without making him look like he’s about to break at any second)
23. Edgeworth attempts to make Apollo less intimidated by him and fails miserably for the most part. Cue misunderstandings and Wright equal parts making fun of him, feeling bad for him and helping him. Either he ultimately fails or succeeds, you choose. (Can be 5+1)
24. (Ship? But not Apollo) Nahyuta visiting Japanifornia and through some sequence of events ends up at Apollo’s place, to which he reacts appropriately with the equivalent of, “Bitch, you live like this?” Cue Apollo accidentally revealing his shit diet and overall lifestyle and Nahyuta not having any of it.
Apollo probably forces Nahyuta to not buy him a new apartment but since then, Apollo has been continually mother henned, getting sent packages from Khura’in, getting hunted by Trucy when he doesn’t take a break after she formed an alliance with Nahyuta, etc. (Blackquill and/or Taka could also stop by periodically to check up on Apollo or deliver care packages at Nahyuta’s request, with Taka sometimes looking out to make sure Apollo isn’t doing anything particularly stupid, which would be hilarious. Blackquill and Nahyuta’s relationship can be platonic or romantic)
