Feelings

Summary:

Logan doesn't feel like he's cared about. Virgil helps him through his problems, and then Logan falls in love. Like all gays do when they get the slightest bit of attention.

Notes:

Yo, it's me again. Well, you don't know me. I was gonna add this to my other published analogical one-shot, but I didn't want to rework all the tags (AKA I'm lazy) so here is another one-shot about our left-brained boys!

Work Text:

Logan was not having a good day. Roman and he had gotten into a huge fight over the direction Thomas was going with his life, Patton had taken Roman's side and to top it off Deceit showed up to 'agree' with him.

They had accused him of holding Thomas back, and when he tried to counter the argument they waved him away, saying that he couldn't understand something like this, that had to do with feelings. Sure, Logan tried to push his away, but that didn't mean he wasn't still hurt when the others dismissed him so readily.

All in all, he just felt like collapsing, something very unlike him. He had a book and wanted to be alone, away from the other sides. Perhaps going to his room would be better, but a part of him wanted to be found, and cared for.

Yeah, like that was gonna happen.

Logan walked into the living room and dropped down onto the couch, for once not worried about appearances. Another side might come in, and he'd explain what happened. Well, that might not go so well, as he was still confused himself about what had happened. Only that he was hurt.

"Um, hey Logan." Logan opened his eyes, and found himself staring up at Virgil. Completely caught in his own world he hadn't even noticed the anxious side, and had thrown himself into Virgil's lap. The said man didn't seem too bothered, if not a little confused. That was odd, Virgil never liked close contact with others. Logan doubted he'd ever been this close to him before.

"Apologies, Virgil, I didn't see you there." He said, quickly sitting up and blushing despite himself. Why was he blushing? It made no sense. A simple error, that's all it was. Nothing to blush about.

"You good Lo? I heard you going at it earlier with Roman." Logan started to say yes, he was fine, why ever wouldn't he be. After all, he was the embodiment of logic. He didn't get his 'feelings' hurt.

But then he realized it was Virgil, perhaps the only side who could truly understand what it was like to be pushed to the side and ignored.

Without thinking about it, Logan launched into a retelling of the afternoon, getting louder with every word, until he finally took a breath.

"Is it so much to ask just to be listened to for once?" Logan realized that somewhere along the line he'd lain back down in Virgil's lap and the said side was playing with a lock of his hair. Ordinarily, Logan would push him away, but it felt so good and he just wanted to be allowed to feel good for once.

"Maybe try not to put on the whole 'robotic' front? It's hard to not upset someone when there isn't a set line of what is and is not okay. God, listen to me, giving you advice." Virgil shuddered, and shifted so he was laying down more. He didn't push Logan away.

"I need to get my edge back. Wanna watch a couple of conspiracy theory videos?" And so the two sides huddled together, and Logan decided he very much liked to be held like this. Maybe when it came to Virgil, emotions weren't that bad.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Logan had taken Virgil's advice, and the next time they all met, he made an effort to appear less heartless, and more emotional. It wasn't much, but the others noticed the softer edge to logic, and the soft look Virgil kept giving him.

"Patton, did you see how Virgil and Logan were looking at each other back there?" Roman exclaimed. The two sides had sunk down, and met in Patton's room. Patton was practically squealing.

"I know! They're just so cute! I wonder when they'll admit." Roman scoffed.

"Emo nightmare and calculator watch? AKA anxiety and no emotions? Virgil won't make the first move and I doubt Logan even knows what a crush is." Patton deflated. His looked sincerely put out, before his eye's lit back up with an idea.

"I know! We give them a week, then, we lock them in a cupboard until they admit it." Roman's eyes widened, and he shot a look at Morality.

"That was a little dark. I love it!" Roman left, and promptly decided a week was the longest thing in this world, because Virgil and Logan were watching Doctor Who and every now and then they snuck looks at each other, Logan laying his head on Virgil's shoulder.

Roman groaned, and went to lock himself in his room. Idiots, the lot of them.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Logan had a problem. He kept thinking about Virgil, and not in the normal way. He had no idea what was wrong with him, only that when his hand brushed the anxious side at dinner or when they met eyes across the bannister in Thomas's living room as if to say 'can you believe those idiots', he got an odd, almost buzzing sensation in his gut.

He just couldn't place the feeling, even as the logical side. Whenever he was near Virgil everything just seemed to shut off, and all he could hear was VirgilVirgilOhMyGodLookItsVirgil.

Finally, the logical side was fed up, and decided to pay a visit to said reason of his distress.

Logan rose up in Virgil's room, which was currently Thomas's bedroom. It was late, when Logan knew the other sides (and Thomas) would be asleep.

After the initial debacles involving the different sides rooms, they had managed to modify the effects, so Logan could enter Virgil's room without screaming about graphs and gaining a rather unsettling layer of paint to his face.

"HOLY SHI—I mean, Oh, hey Logan. I thought you'd be asleep by now." Virgil said, taking out an earbud and trying to pretend like he hadn't fallen off the bed in fear of Logan's appearance.

"Yes, well, logically I should be. It is clear I am not however, and I seem to be having a dilemma." Virgil gestured for him to continue, and Logan stared to pace.

"I-I seem to be experiencing a, well, emotion that I cannot explain. I am Thomas's voice of logic and reasoning, and so it follows I do not experience emotions. The truth is I do, but I cannot explain them. I physically cannot explain or recognize my feelings on matters of the heart, which leads me to my case in point—" Virgil suddenly cut him off.

"Okay, Logan, I get that it's late and you're tired, but I don't think I'm the side to talk to about emotions. I experience two, anxious and gay, so not a leading expert." Logan frowned.

"Gay is not an emotion, it is a sexuali—" Virgil waved him away.

"Yeah yeah, I'm just saying I don't think I can help you, so don't get your hopes up." Logan nodded, although he was still a little confused.

"Well, it is only logical to come to you, as the feelings concern you." Virgil froze, eyes wide, and he slowly turned to face Logan, looking him straight in the eyes. He looked like someone had just told him the earth was round and he lived in the 1500s.

"I—Er—what?" Logan nodded, like that cleared anything up. To him it did.

"When I am near you I feel an almost, tingly sensation in my stomach? And I have measured my heart rate, which always is heightened near you. I do not know what to make of this data. Will you help me?" He looked honestly at Virgil, who had seemed to have become a statue for a solid couple seconds, and now smirked in a way that made Logan...squirm?

"You get tingly near me, yeah?" Virgil said, slowly walking towards Logan, moving in such a way that got Logan cornered between the anxious side and the wall.

"Yes? I have already stated this, so I do not see the point of parroting back information." Logan had no clue where this was going, only that he was pressed up against the wall by Virgil and where he should be feeling claustrophobic he only felt, excitement? Was he excited?

"I have a theory. Shall we?" Logan nodded, and reached up to adjust his glasses. Virgil caught his hand, and held onto it tightly. Logan blushed, looking down at their joined hands, suddenly wanting Virgil to pull him even closer.

"I do want results, so yes. Let's." With that Virgil leaned impossibly closer, so close Logan could feel his breath and almost the brush of Virgil's lips. Suddenly everything clicked into place rather violently, and Logan cursed himself for not seeing it sooner.

"Raised heartbeat, butterflies, shaking...I think you've got a crush on me." Virgil whispered, ghosting Logan's lips and causing him to shudder violently. Virgil had barely even touched him and Logan was already dying.

"Yeah." He responded breathlessly. Logic had gone flying out the window. Distantly Logan wondered if this was affecting Thomas at all.

(Thomas would be having, fun dreams tonight, to put it simply)

"So? What is the next stage of the experiment?"

"I think you should kiss me." No sooner had the words left his lips than Virgil had descended upon him. The kiss was sweet, and Logan kissed back with fever. He melted into Virgil's soft, slightly chapped lips, and it was better than anything he'd done before. Better than facts and figures, better than Crofters, Virgil kissing him like this was beautiful.

Hungrily, Virgil pressed harder against Logan, crushing into him like he was trying to fuse them into one. Logan had never felt so good, so happy, before.

Virgil shifted, slotting one of his legs in between Logan's, causing him to gasp and moan at the new sensation. Virgil took the opportunity to slip his tongue inside Logan's mouth and if he could have died on the spot he would have. Virgil's tongue was warm and tasted of everything Logan decided his favorite things were.

It was hot and heavy and everything Logan realized he'd been dreaming of. He returned the favor, kissing back with determination, wanting to make Virgil feel everything he was feeling. Involuntarily his hips bucked up, creating delicious friction that Logan realized he craved. He was hot and tight and he felt like exploding and he needed Virgil in a way he couldn't explain.

Virgil chuckled, and caught Logan's hands that he hadn't realized had been frantically flailing around, searching for purchase, and placed them around his own hips. Logan took this as a good sign and pressed up harder into Virgil.

"Oh god Lo, I cannot tell you how long I've wanted this." Virgil gasped out. Breaking their kiss. Logan whined, trying to recapture Virgil's lips. Suddenly, his lips were on his neck, and Logan yelled out in pleasure. Throwing his head back into the wall. He didn't care about being heard, only that Virgil was sucking on his neck, leaving dark bruises that showed he belonged to Virgil and no one else.

"Virgil, I—I think—" Logan stopped, unaware of where that sentence was heading. Virgil seemed to understand though, and came back up to his lips.

Virgil's nimble fingers began to unbutton Logan's shirt and loosen his tie, and suddenly everything became very real to him. He pulled back suddenly and looked Virgil in the eyes, those beautiful multi-colored eyes that held an ocean of mesmerizing beauty. Or perhaps they resembled stars. All Logan knew is he could spent the rest of his life looking at those eyes.

"Are we really going to do this?" Virgil must have mistook his excitement for hesitation, because he immediately took a step back.

"Only if you're comfortable with it. We don't have to do anything you don't want to." Virgil looked embarrassed and dejected, a violent shift from the confident, lust-filled version moments ago. Logan's eyes widened, and he shook his head violently.

"No! I mean, I wish to proceed, I...isn't it a little fast? I mean, we haven't even discussed us yet." Logan moved forward, linking his arms around Virgil's neck. Virgil was taller than him, by a couple inches, and Logan decided he loved standing up on his tiptoes to reach his lips. Virgil smiled softly.

"Logan Sanders, will you be my boyfriend?"

"I'd be honored, Virgil Sanders."

"Back to fucking?"

"Oh god yes."

Virgil kissed him again, this time softly and with passion, while slowly undoing his tie and shirt buttons. Logan wanted to cry out, because he was moving so slow but another part of him lived off this excitement.

Finally his shirt was off, and Virgil was running his hands all down Logan's sides, causing the him to shudder and go weak in the knees. Virgil caught him, and pushing him up against the wall so they were the same height. Their erections were pressed together almost painfully, and Logan was so so ready.

He got his hands underneath Virgil's shirt and, making sure it was okay, eased off the jacket and shirt. They stood chest to chest, and Logan was almost shaking from the effort of holding back.

"Please, Virgil. I need—"

"What do you need love. I want to hear you say it." Virgil whispered against his skin, where he was sucking Logan's collarbone.

"I need you oh god please Virgil! I need you inside me right now!" Virgil pressed a kiss to Logan's forehead, and carried him over to the bed. Laying him down, Virgil worked the buttons off Logan's jeans, and hooked his fingers just underneath, waiting for permission.

"Do it, please do it." Logan was whining in a way he never though he was capable of, but he was just so desperate. To be dominated, to be cared for, to be fucked so hard he saw stars, he didn't know. Maybe all three.

Virgil slid Logan's pants down, freeing his cock, and Logan moaned out as Virgil gently started to cup him through his boxers.

Sliding those down as well, and Logan was fully naked before Virgil. He should have been self-conscious, but he was too lost to think about anything at the moment. He spread his legs open wide, inviting Virgil in for something.

If Logan had thought kissing was amazing, being touched by Virgil was on an entirely new level. He was oversensitive, and he loved the firm strokes that Virgil was doing to him. His fingers wrapped all the way around, and moving fast up and down, Logan could've come then and there. Finally, the hand moved away, and Logan whimpered at the loss of contact, fluttering his eyes open.

"I'm going to start and open you up now, okay Lo? It might hurt a bit but I promise it gets better. Let me know if you need to stop." Virgil had reached over Logan for something by his bed, but Logan didn't know, or care, what it was. Virgil hovered over him and started to kiss him again, as he pushed one finger just inside Logan's hole. He screamed from the feeling, muffled by Virgil's mouth. It hurt so much but it felt so good, and he could feel Virgil inside of him.

Virgil kept whispering encouragement, as he added another finger, making a scissoring motion. Logan bucked up, trying to get more of Virgil than humanly possible.

Virgil pulled out, but Logan didn't even have time to mourn the loss before Virgil's cock was being slowly eased into his ass. Too slowly, Logan thought, trying to pull it in faster. Finally, Virgil was fully sheathed, and the feeling of being full in a way he had experienced before filled Logan. He loved it.

"Shit Logan, you're so tight and you feel so good." Virgil moaned out. They stayed like that a few moments, panting and reveling in the feeling.

Slowly, as not to hurt Logan, Virgil started to move, pulling out and pushing back in again, moving faster and faster every time. Logan started lifting his torso up to meet Virgil, both of them pushing and pulling, and both crying out the others name.

"Vee I don't—I can't last much longer." Logan moaned out, lost in the feel of being slammed into.

"That's good, come for me. Let it out." Logan yelled out as Virgil hit his prostate, and he came, waves of pleasure washing over him. He was high in a cloud, the only thing anchoring him the feeling of being fucked by Virgil.

Moments later, Virgil came too, buried deep in Logan's ass and filling him up with come. Virgil collapsed on top of Logan, unable to hold himself up any longer. Virgil went to pull himself out, but Logan whined and wrapped his legs and Virgil's torso, keeping him in place.

"Don't move. Feels good." Virgil chuckled tiredly, and complied, wrapping around Logan and staying deep inside.

"After a through analysis, I have decided we should partake in this more often." Logan muttered out, half asleep. Virgil laughed, kissing his gently on his red swollen lips.

"Yeah, me too."

"Oh, and Virgil?"

"Yeah?"

"I--I think your presence is more desirable than others."

"Love you too Lo."
