Vague timeline--
May Parker dies and Spider-Man goes to Daredevil, a fellow vigilante, for help. He doesn't expect to be adopted. Tony is still kinda shit with kids, and Peter has overcome a bit of his hero-worship enough to understand that he doesn't want to live with Mr Stark on a full-time basis, even though the billionaire would probably take him in. Peter adjusts to living with a blind lawyer and gets some proper training on how to fight. Lots of lessons are learned; however none of them are how to deal with your emotions healthily.
