Osamu was working nonstop, he hadn't had much rest as of late and it was starting to get to him. He needed a break but he just couldn't bring himself to slow down. He felt guilty, he knew he'd been neglecting Rin, and that more than anything made him feel guilty. His thoughts were interrupted by the ringing of his phone. Pulling out his phone he grinned. He answered the phone, with a cheerful greeting.
“Hey Rin. I was thinking about you.”
“Hello to you Samu, I was calling you to let you know that I have four days off in a row in two weeks from now. I know you're busy but I was thinking I could at least come and stay with you. Promise I'll behave and stay out of your way. So can I come?”
Osamu grins, of course he wants his boyfriend here. This was good and it gave him an idea.
“Of course, I've missed you. I'd love for you to come.” He responds, his voice husky with need.
“I'll send you the details later. Can't wait to see you babe.”
“Same, love you.”
“Love you too Samu.”
Hanging up the phone he immediately heads over to his assistant manager and starts making plans.
Two weeks later, Osamu was packing his bag, Rin would be there any minute. He couldn't wait to surprise him. Placing his backpack on the couch, he grinned as the door opened.
Suna freezes as he enters. “Oh hey didn't think you'd be right here when I came in. Wait, why is your bag there?”
“Because we are going Momijigari. I moved things around and rented a car. So let's go!” Osamu said, walking over to Rin, pulling him close.
He loved the surprised look on his boyfriend's face. He knew he'd made the right choice, four days with his boyfriend sounded like heaven.
