It happened when the Xiaolin monks are teens three years after the first episode.
Age
Omi: 13, Kimiko: 15, Raimundo: 16, Clay: 16
"where those two up to?" Dojo ask
"probably hanging out in their cubicle,” Clay said while carving his wood sculpture.
“you know these two are getting quite chummy with one another”
"yeah! Thick as thieves they are! They have been acting all sorts of cute silly things together lately."
"they would be good together like pepper and salt, haha, eh?" Dojo Elbowing Clay, asks if he gets what he implied.
“nice together, like fresh harvest corn grill with homemade butter”
Omi who happens to hear their conversation while practicing his stands.
"What are you talking about? are we going to have corn in our dinner? Will there be a cookout!"
"We are just talking about that Kimiko and Rai have been very close together," Dojo said elbowing “eh"
"hu yes, as I recall once Raimundo said that Kimiko is his favorite monk, even though I am pretty sure I am his favorite"
"nuh, Omi what Dojo trying to say is he thinks they have been acting like a cute couple with all the silly thing they have been on about, but I reckon butter corn be a good idea for dinner."
"cute couple? but they are not dating? But then again Raimondo does get distracted on the battle yesterday when he tried to sweet chat with Kimiko"
"I think the word is sweet talk, kid"
"sweet talk! rai have been flirting in hot like the sun in July, BOY! even I would be blushing hearing that" Clay said
"but I don't get it they are not engaged in some form of relationship, why would Raimondo be displaying such an affection to a female he isn't dating?"
"That's the thing, my boy, you don't need to be in a relationship to show affection to a counterpart you are pursuing." Dojo said.
Omi "???"
"oh boy, me and master Fang taught you kids about birds and the bees but didn't teach you anything about how to woo a partner"
"Relax Dojo, recon he can ask me and Rai if he ever set eyes on someone isn't that right little buddy"
It now occurs to them that Omi is in deep thought.
"hum, you ok there little buddy?"
"Yea what's up with that frowning and dazed look?" Dojo goes to knock on omi's head.
"What they don't know is the comment about the birds and the bees has Omi's mind going everywhere including the red flag.
"where are they right now?" Omi yelled surprising Dojo "who?"
"Raimundo and Kimiko! This can not be happening!"
"guessing they are still hanging out in the dormitory, you lost me there, what can't not be happening!!" Clay replied.
omi gets up as fast as he can rush to the dormitory, "I will not allow them to do this in the temple no less, and they are too young"
"what are you talking about??" Dojo follows him fast behind.
"you are acting crazier than the time you're wearing the ring of the nine dragons"
They follow omi to the dormitory.
"I don't know about that cyclops being his brother's all deal" Raimondo who is reading in his cubicle laying on his mat legs up in a pile of pillows.
"Just keep reading, you will grow to like him" Kimiko is sitting on a pillow next to the mat close to the "door" of his room also reading.
Hearing a fast foot's step followed by omi rushing into the dormitory, yells.
"you two are making sex!!"
"omi, I think the turn is having sex," said Raimundo while still holding his book now sitting up, sees Dojo and Clay standing behind omi seems very nervous, and now just realizes what Omi has implied.
"We are? Raimundo, why didn't you tell me? I would have put my book down"
Raimundo’s face blushed into a deep shade of red. Get a grip man! his mind screamed back, shaking his head to clear whatever wonderful thoughts were inside. Start looking at Kimiko moving his eyebrows up and down with a smug smile.
"cut it out, I am just kidding," Kimiko said while pushing Raimundo's face off to the mat.
That hurts Raimundo laughs it off and then asks "Seriously though what brought this on?"
"Omi is just being crazy," Clay said.
"Dojo said you two are a cute couple( I said no such a thing! dojo defense ) while acting like birds and the bees!!" Omi said raising his hand dramatically "and we all know what action these two animals implied"
"I think there's a misunderstanding here, we didn't really say those things" Clay explained. "no duh," said both Kim and Rai.
"Whatever is going on in that big head of yours needs to stop, because nothing is going on between us." Kimiko stood and knocked on omi's head.
"Yea and you know how I act around girls, I flirt a lot, that's my thing," rai said "no one can't resist this" while lifting his shirt to show off his ab. A whistle coming from Clay.
"and that's my cue to leave, I will leave the teenage boy hormone chat room while things are just mildly gross, Kimiko out!" Yeah, I am just one of the "girls" he flirts with, no big deal, she thinks to herself when walking away.
After Kimiko leave "but girls flirt with you first most of the time and when you sweet chat(talk rai said) with other girls my tiger instinct could tell those words are not as sincere as you said to Kimiko." Rai blushes, just when he is about to defend himself.
"woo wee omi really got you now! But you don't need tiger instinct to know Rai like Kimiko."
"WHAT! EH, what are you talking about!!” “don’t try to deny it Raimundo, the crush of yours has been going on for three years now. when are you gonna tell her?” Dojo now circling his body looking straight into his eyes, and the dragon's breath was too close for his comfort.
“get off me” Raimundo grab Dojo from his face and give a death glare to the dragon. “fine! you don’t want to talk about it” Dojo jumped off him “but the lover boy is gonna say something eventually.”
“oh i gonna kill you little” “gonna catch me first, lover boy” Dojo’s skin is saved by the dinner bell, and everyone's gone to dinner, Omi wonders why is Raimundo's inappropriate display of affection toward Kimmo during battle has anything to do with him crushing something? Maybe I will ask them during dinner!
But just when he asks why Raimundo feels the need to crush something just because he likes#!!!! His questions got shut off by Clay saying he will explain it to him after chow time.
