"Oi, boys! 'urry up!" Stress runs up the hill to the shade of the Hydenock tree. The red petals float down, perfectly framing her pink skin and lekku and her smiling face.
Ren laughs and bounds up to her, tackling her into the petals, tail wagging the entire time.
Iskall takes off his helmet and smiles.
He's glad to have been assigned to Ren.
He's glad to have been assigned to a Jedi who was meant to protect a Senator as lovely as Stress.
"Iskall, you plonker! Are you joinin' us?"
They laugh as they follow up the hill, joining the duo laying in the petals.
Iskall's blaster lays by their side.
As he sat down, Stress starts to pull out the basket that she brought with them.
Ren immediately grabs the kaadu steam buns and started eating. They giggle as Ren tips his head and offers them one.
"Ren, care for some sapflower tea?" Stress asks.
"Yesh pleashe!" he replies with his mouth full.
"Use your manners, Ren!" Iskall whacks him on the back of his head as Stress cackles in the background.
"Iskall, dear, what would you want?" Stress asks.
He was about to respond, but then something echos in his mind. Execute Order 66.
It's almost as if everything else disappeared.
Only Ren exists.
And that's when he grabbed his blaster.
