Work Text:
Kuroko Tetsuya knew that it was coming. He was finally in a good place, his Alphas were back in his life but in the year and a half, his body had shut down on heats. So, he supposed that this was his body getting back on track. Or something.
For most of the week, he was having cramps. Even Kagami was starting to notice. So, Kuroko did the only logical thing and avoided his Alphas. He didn’t want to burden them with this thing.
With a quick text to his basketball coach and some well worded emails to teachers that kinda explained the situation (read: I’m sick and not coming to class for the week). Having his second gender known by teachers and his coach, he knew that they’d all believe that he was having his heat, which was partially correct.
Some part of him wanted his Alphas, the omega part of him was crying out, wanting to be cuddled until the haze of extreme pain left him.
He clung to a hot water bottle as he huddled under a pile of blankets, the pain in his everything was too much to even build a proper nest.

Aida Riko stared at her phone in confusion. In the three months that she’d known Kuroko, the omega had never taken time off for a heat. Before this, she had believed that it was because the pale haired kid hadn’t had an Alpha in his life but low and behold, he had five of them.
“Kagami,” The tall redhead turned to face her. “Do you have any numbers for Kuroko’s Alphas?”
“I do. Why?”
“I think he might be having a Stress Heat.” She said, holding her phone out to the Beta.
“Shit.” Kagami pulled his phone out before stepping away. Aida watched as he spoke in rushed words to whichever Alpha was on the other side of the line.
“They’ll text me as soon as they’re at his place.” Kagami said and Aida nodded. That would have to do, for now they had a practice game to start.

Kuroko groaned at the excessive knocking on his front door. His body felt heavy and there was no way that he’d be able to stand up, let alone get to the front door. He just hoped that whoever was at his door would just give up and leave him in his misery.
A key turning the lock spooked him, until the scents his Alphas flooded into his home and his nose.
Shit.
He moaned in pain as the hot water bottle was removed from his stomach and replaced with large warm hands.
“Tetsuya, where is your nest?” Akashi asked. Kuroko waved his hand weakly in a gesture that the omega hoped the Alphas would take as ‘non-existant’.
“You didn’t build one?” Murasakibara asked, his breath brushed against the back of Kuroko’s head. The omega assumed that the hands on his bare skin belonged to the large Alpha. Kuroko tried to shake his head.
“Okay.” That was Akashi again. Kuroko squeezed his eyes shut even more. “Atsushi, please pick Tetsuya up. Be as gentle as possible.” Kuroko cried out as he was lifted off of the bed. A large hand gently pressed into his scent glands, gently massaging the tender skin.
Soon, he was back on the bed only this time in a messily made nest. He purred at the thought that his Alphas made it for him but the purr soon turned into a grunt of pain. Arms wrapped around him and his nose was pushed into someone’s neck. “Silly omega,” Akashi’s voice was right next to his ear. “You need to let us know when you’re in pain, little omega. But don’t worry, we’ll work on it.” Kuroko quickly lost track of the rest of the bodies as his Alphas surrounded him but soon, he was buried in the scent of his mates and the intense pain dulled out enough that he was finally able to fall asleep.
