Different color paints dripped off several paintbrushes that lay within reach of a certain Easter bunny who was surrounded by eggs. " There we go, now only 43,000 more to go " Bunnymund said to himself smiling as he went to grab another egg to paint.
Easter was in three days, and he was slightly behind this year, hopefully nothing would go wrong let's say a certain winter sprite.
last year Frost frozen his Warren two months before Easter making him fall behind. Some parts of the world didnt get as many eggs as others but he had managed it.
The sound of twigs breaking caused the Kangaroo to turn ready to defend himself only for a bright white light to blind him. He through his boomerang blindly hoping it would hit his attacker.
When he opened his eyes, he found himself staring into the face of Tooth who looked just as confused as he was. " Bunny? " Another voice sounded from his left, it was North, He was sitting on a couch with a plate of cookies and a huge glass of milk.
Sandy was next to him with his own plate of food. " North, Sandy what's going on? " Asked Tooth. " Yeah, that's what I like to know " Bunnymand glared once he got his bearings. He couldn't afford to put up with whatever North was doing.
" Easter is in three days " He growled stomping a little. " It wasn't me " the big man in red raised his hands in defense. " Someone teleported us here and whoever it is has very strong magic, Even me and sandy couldn't break through the barrio " Explained the man while eating a cookie.
" So, you just decided to give up and eat the food " Bunnymund dead panned. " Well couldn't let a good cookie go to waste now could I now" was the Jolly man's excuse. " Right Sandy" North looked down to the man made of sand who had fallen asleep at some point mid conversation.
" Sandy " North called shaking the man's shoulder trying to wake him.
Bunnymund rolled his eyes and turned to Tooth who was over by the wall. " There magic dosen't feel evil" Tooth said touching the wall of the room, It glowed purple in response to her touch. " but it also doenst feel good either, who ever this is they feel nutrual " She said just as a bright light light once agian blinded them again.
" Do you think you can get us out " Bunnymund asked, It worried him that not even Sandy could free himself or Them. Sandy was the oldest and strongest out of all of them.
When they opened their eyes the four guardians were met with sight of Jack frost sprawled out on the floor.
" uhhhh what's going on " The winter sprite asked picking himself up, His staff was missing. One moment he had been making flying with the wind until he had been blinded by some strange light and somehow got transported here.
" Figures when there's trouble somehow you find yourself in it, why am I not surprised " Bunny growled at the sprite. " Hey " Jack cried out.
Before anyone could respond another flash of light and this time there were a group of children. " Jamie? " Jack said but said boy appeared not to have heard him.
" where are we? " Jamie asked in wonder, Sophia was holding his hand, eyes locked onto Bunnymund. " Easter bunny" She yelled and ran forward grabbing onto the Kangaroo's leg.
A voice was heard all around the Room, " you have been given the chance to see the future " the voice said. " Future " Bunnymund frowned. This person must be strong if they could show them the future. He had known seers who had drained themselves from just trying to see an hour of the future.
" There is a great threat near the future that concerns all of you " The voice continued. " How do we know this isn't a trick " Bunnymund said wishing he had his boomerang. " You don't, if I was you, I would use this information wisely " The voice said.
" I believe her " Tooth said, stopping the two before they could do something stupid. She didn't know how but she felt this person meant no harm to her to the others.
Also, Sandy was still asleep, Sandy must feel that whoever this person must be not a threat.
" uhh what do we call you? " Asked Tooth realizing the voice never gave a name. All they knew was that she was female. " You may call me Cordelia " Answered the voice.
"Now there will be one more person joining you once I am able to get him to cooperate, make yourself comfortable until then" she said.
Now that Tooth had a good look around, she notices it was a theater, couches, chairs and beanbags decorated the room, a big black screen in the middle of the room. There was a table full of food in the corner and a hall that led to the restrooms.
Tooth watched as the children bombarded North and Bunnymund with questions. she spotted Jack in a corner by himself but before she goes over to him there was another bright flash of light and standing there was the Nightmare king himself Pitch black.
" Pitch " Bunnymund growled blocking the children from the man's view. Both North and Tooth got into fighting positions. Sandy was still asleep which confused the guardians even more.
" Calm down, everyone will corporate or else " warned Cordelia. " What's he doing here " Hissed Bunnymund. " Just like you he will also be watching the future " Explained Cordelia as Jamie poked his head from around the Easter bunny to look up at the dark figure. Something about the man scared him.
Jack watched the others warily; He did not want to be in a room with the big four and Pitch black without a escape. He had already tried to get out, but the wards would not budge.
" Now everyone take a seat, This Viewing will be in the form of a movie and will mostly be from Jack frost perspective " Cordelia said making said winter sprite look up from his spot near the nightmare king.
" Whose Jack Frost " Asked Jamie frowning in confusion. " No one " Bunnymund said cruelly making Tooth hit his arm. " Bunny " She scolded him. " that's not nice " She then turned to Jack who had already made his way over to the left side of the room right next to pitch. She didn't like the thought of Jack sitting next to Pitch.
The children sat near the guardians who look up the couches and beanbags on the right side of the room while the two outcasts were on the left side. It didn't help that the children couldn't see him, but Jack would rather sit with the Pitch over the big four. Pitch took a chair while Jack took the bean bag. He liked the bean bag; it was squishy and soft.
Bunnymund grumbled while glaring at the two.
" The viewing will start " Cordelia said as the screen lit up making the children excited.
