Or, a happy modern au where Judge and Sora are divorced, Zeff's trying to swoon his sous chef's mom, Sanji accepts terrible advice from a certain long-nose, and Reiju doesn't know how to flirt.

Will be adding the tags as I write the chapters

Notes:

I started reading the one piece manga a couple of weeks ago, I got addicted, and I caught up with the daily chapter. Am I insane? maybe, but the thing is that I got a looooot of things wrapped in my mind and if I don't let them out I might as well explode. So here it is! Enjoy if you want.

Disclaimer: English is not my first language, be aware, don't judge me.

Chapter 1: In which Usopp forgets that he shares the rent

Chapter Text

hey bud dont forget to buy extra pizza for tonight

what do you mean "extra" its enough with just one box righ

so funny! see ya!

*hentaicyborg is disconnected*

Usopp didn't know what to think first: the fact that he already had bought the pizza and was on his way to his apartment, or the fact that Franky was so used to Usopp's jokes that he couldn't bring himself to believe him. Now, with confusion painted on his face and an almost burnt hand, Usopp had to figure out who Franky invited this time. The last time Franky asked him to bring extra pizza, the mechanic had thrown a party in their apartment. And the aftermath wasn't pretty. Because it was unannounced, Usopp had gone out to buy painting supplies for his unfinished project that just happened to be in the middle of the living room. When he returned it was already a disaster. The TV crashed, the sofa was turned apart in two, the walls were spotted with who knows what liquid that Usopp didn't want to know, the kitchen had been stolen with zero crumbs left, and his plants, his precious plants , were turned into pieces. He then found his project hanging in the balcony as a target for a darts game the next day. Usopp cried.

So now that he could prevent that from happening again, Usopp never left anything out of place, checked twice if his room was locked, and locked up every kitchen counter. His baby plants were now safe and sound in his office where he could watch over them every day and make sure no pervert could destroy them again.

Though he could do nothing about the pizza on his hands, he called the pizzeria again for a delivery of twenty pizzas to his address. He didn’t pay with a card, go figure how Franky would pay because Usopp wasn’t returning to that house in a week. And because of that same reason, Usopp had to find somewhere to stay, for at least a week.

He started eating the pizza on a bench in the park, thinking where he could go and where he wouldn’t be thrown away. The first option was to call Nami, but she probably would charge him per night. And, with all honesty? He was afraid of her sister. He could stay with Kaya, though, but his parents were fully against letting them sleep even three houses near each other until their relationship was serious. He thought of Chopper, but Usopp didn’t know how charged he was in the hospital tonight, and even just a call would falter all his work. Usopp was sure Luffy lived under a bridge, so he was discarded. He really didn’t want to bother Jimbe on his vacations, and Robin was working overseas, so the only option was…

Well, a second dinner wouldn’t be bad.

He called Sanji, as his last resort. Oh, how he would have loved to sleep under a bridge if he’d known what was coming.

“Sure, thing! You can stay with me!” Usopp let out a sigh of relief, thanking Sanji’s kindness for a poor soul like him. “Though, I had to move places due to some… circumstances,” ok, that wasn’t good news, “but I’m sending you the address if you don’t mind sharing a house with others.”

Usopp could only assume that Sanji had roommates, just like himself, so he accepted. He only prayed that the roommate wasn’t as chaotic as Franky. The address Sanji sent wasn’t actually very far from the park, and as he was just finishing his pizza, he walked to Sanji’s house already savoring all the delicious food the chef would prepare for him.

He was expecting anything, really, anything but a mansion before him. Sure thing, the address guided him into the fancy neighborhood, but maybe it was just a coincidence. Sure thing, there weren’t any apartments or normal houses around, but that didn’t mean Sanji out of everyone lived in one of those! Sure thing! It wasn’t like the fucking mansion he was facing was even bigger than Kaya’s. Sure thing! It wasn’t a surprise at all if Sanji lived in a cabin very far away from the mansion, hidden in the infinite garden, like a parasite! Sure thing, the owners wouldn’t even know a Sanji

Aah, Sanji’s friend? Come on in. ”

The fuck?
