Notes:

My headcanon is that when the belt was first made there were five husbands so it bears a copy of their medallions. The smaller medallion that hangs down represented their children/fledgling Griffins.

Work Text:

A horizontal oval of gold chains, angled to look like it is wrapped around someone's waist. There are five gold medallions attached to the chains. The top of the oval has two medallions facing away from the viewer (the front of those two are viewable at the top of the screen), the bottom of the oval has three medallions facing toward the viewer. The center medallion has a smaller medallion hanging from it. All six medallions portray different heraldic griffins.
