April Fools 2024

Summary:

Much like last year, I've decided to write another joke fic for April Fool's Day, so April Fool's!

Notes:

This is a another joke fic. It is not to be taken seriously.

Work Text:

Bismarck sat at her desk. Her hat rested on a small hat stand next to her computer as she typed away on an assignment.

A knock on the door snapped her out of work-induced state. She looked at the tall dark oak office door as a slight smile grew across her face.

“Come in.”

A woman with short white hair walked inside the office, followed by two other women. The woman held a small black cardboard box as Bismarck smiled.

“Ah, Mainz. I see you brought Lützow and Seydlitz with you. What do you need?”

Mainz laughed as she placed the box on a table.

“Well, I’ve brought Lützow and Seydlitz with me to continue our game of Dungeons and Dragons. And this is the only quiet place I could think of. You mind if we play it here?”

Bismarck shook her head as a slight smile grew across her face. She placed her hands on her keyboard as she looked at her computer.

“Not at all.”

Mainz nodded as she sat on a fold-out chair. Lützow and Seydlitz joined her as she smiled.

“Heh heh. We’re only missing-”

Graf Spee walked into the office, holding a small green duffel bag. She smiled as she grabbed a fold-out chair and sat on the far end of the table.

“Sorry, I’m late. Voroshilov kept me busy. I had to help her fix the Satsuma 100 and make some kilju. You know how it is.”

Mainz nodded as Bismarck felt a warm feeling go through her. Graf Spee pulled out her rulebook and a green binder. She flipped a few pages in her binder as a slight smile grew across h face.

“Alright, I’ll start where we left off.”

The three shipgirls nodded as she looked at their reference sheets. Graf Spee cleared her throat as she looked at the party.

“Your party is in a dungeon. A red dragon blocks your path. The dragon blows a flash of fire at your party.”

Graf Spee looked at Mainz with a slight grin.

“Paladin Mainz. What do you do?”

Mainz placed her hands behind her head as she crossed her legs with a smirk on her face.

“I roll to seduce the dragon.”

The group started at Mainz with a blank stare. She giggled as she grabbed the D20 die and held it in her hand. She smiled as the die rolled on the table.

As the die stopped rolling, Mainz’s smile faded. Her blue eyes went as wide as saucers as she looked at the number on the die.

“1”

The group stared at Mainz as Graf Spee felt a smirk grow across her lips.

“Ah. I see.”

Graf Spee cleared her throat as she covered her mouth with her fist.

“Alright. You seduced the dragon, and the dragon turned out to be male. He transformed into an anthropomorphic form and you suffocated you because you forgot the safe word.”

Mainz stared at Graf Spee, her blue eyes filled with a blank expression.

“Ah. I see.”

Graf Spee placed her hands behind her head as she placed her legs on the table and leaned back.

“I mean, you always try to seduce the dragon. And the dragon outweighs you by a ratio of least 10 to 1. What did you think would happen?”

Bismarck looked at the shipgirls. She placed her elbows on the table and rubbed the sides of her forehead.

“Can you guys take this somewhere else, please?”

Graf Spee sighed as she packed up her things and placed them in her duffel bag. She stood up and walked out of the office, with the others following close behind her.

Bismarck sighed as she felt the warm feeling again. It felt hotter than before, and she felt a bead of sweat go down her forehead as she slowly rubbed it with her fingertips.

The sound of rapidly approaching footsteps made Bismarck sit up in her chair. Two young shipgirls ran into her office. The two shipgirls had sliver-grey hair, with one of them having magenta eyes and the other having amber eyes. Bismarck smiled as the two children ran up to her desk.

“Ah. Zeppy and Z46. What are you guys doing in my office? I thought you would be with your mom?”

Z46 giggled as she smiled from ear to ear.

“Well, Zeppy and I are trying to find who the fuck asked.”

Bismarck’s blue eyes went wide as she stared at Z46.

“Um, excuse me?”

Zeppy laughed as she looked at Z46.

“Admiral Hipper told us to find who the fuck asked. And I’ve already asked Aunt Strasser.”

Bismarck sighed as she pitched the ridge of her nose and groaned.

“Of course. Leave it to me to explain this.”

Bismarck sighed as she looked at the two young shipgirls.

“Listen. I don’t know who the fuck asked. But they’re not in my office.”

Zeppy and Z46 sighed as they looked down at the floor. Zeppy looked at Bismarck with a slight smile on her face.

“It’s alright.”

Zeppy giggled as she looked at Z46.

“Come on! We need to continue our search!”

Z46 nodded as she took off running out of Bismarck’s office. Zeppy followed close behind her as she ran as fast as she could. Bismarck giggled as she covered her mouth with her white-gloved fist.

“The innocence of children.”

A cough made Bismarck snap out of her bliss as she felt like she was standing in front of a fireplace. A woman with raven black hair walked inside her office, holding a blender. Another woman with similar-looking hair followed close behind her. The woman with raven black hair smiled from ear to ear as he placed the blender on Bismarck’s desk. She looked at the blender and then at the group.

“Friedrich. What brings you to my office today?”

Friedrich Der Große smiled from ear to ear as she placed a hand on the blender.

“I’ve created a blender that can make anything you want.”

Bismarck nodded as she looked at the blender intently.

“I wonder what will be our first item?”

Friedrich Der Große turned at looked at the woman with long straight hair.

“Do you have any ideas?”

Deutschland laughed as she placed her fists on her hips.

“Peas be upon you!”

A green light came out of the blender as a bunch of peas filled the blender.

Bismarck coughed as she placed a hand on her desk.

“Hey, is it getting hot in here, or is it just me?”

The lid of the blender came flying off as the peas spilled onto Bismarck’s desk. She sighed as she stood up.

“I’ll get some fresh air.”

The men nodded as Bismarck stepped out of her office, trying to not step in the increasingly growing amount of peas. She stopped walking as U-556 stood next to U-96 and U-47 as she turned a corner. She crossed her arms as she glared at the ground.

“I swear. If logistics keeps giving us bread that goes moldy after a few days, I’m gonna lose it!”

U-96 nodded as she stretched the back of her head.

“Tell me about it. Johann’s hasn’t been the same since the incident.”

U-47 rolled her crimson eyes as she rested a foot on the wall.

“Not to mention that my rigging keeps playing It's a Long Way to Tipperary on a loop every time I turn on the MP3 player.”

U-556 laughed as a playful smirk grew across her face.

“Yeah. I’d rather not use my rigging’s MP3 player if all it plays is that.”

U-556 stopped as she turned and looked at Bismarck.

“Oh hi, Bismarck. We were just ranting about our new rigging.”

Bismarck nodded as a slight smile grew across her face.

“I heard.”

Bismarck coughed as she supported herself against the wall. U-556 grabbed her master’s arm as she looked at Bismarck with concern.

“Lord Bismarck. Are you alright?”

Bismarck shook her head as she closed her blue eyes.

“No. If I’m being honest, I feel like shit.”

Bismarck jumped as she felt a hand on her shoulder. She turned around as a woman with long white fox tails looked at her.

“Shinano? What are you doing here? And why do you have a large bucket of popcorn with you?”

Shinano took a handful of popcorn and ate it as she looked at Bismarck. She grabbed a large cup of Oxy-Cola and took a swig. As she swallowed, she gave Bismarck a warm smile.

“Well, you know I can watch other people’s dreams right?”

Bismarck nodded as she crossed her arms.

“Yeah. But why are you watching mine?”

Shinano laughed as she closed her deep blue eyes. Her white fox tails twitched with delight as a slight smile danced across her lips.

“Fever dreams are the most fun to watch.”

Bismarck raised an eyebrow as she looked at Shinano.

“Huh?”

Shinano went as still as a statue as a man’s voice came out of her mouth.

“Honey! Wake up!”

Bismarck opened her eyes as she looked at her husband. Heinz stood over her by her bedside as he held a laser thermometer in his hands. He pointed it at his wife’s forehead as he pressed a button. A grim expression grew on his face as he looked at the results.

“39 degrees Celsius. You’re staying in bed.”

Bismarck sat up, but Heinz touched her shoulder and pushed her back down.

“Don’t worry. I’ll have your sister take Helga and Joachim to school, and I’ll call the Commander to let him know what’s going on.”

Bismarck sighed as she coughed. Heinz pulled out his phone and placed a small trash can with a white plastic bag inside of it.

“If you feel you’re going to puke, do it in this.”

Bismarck nodded as Heinz placed his phone against his ear. He smiled as he looked at Bismarck.

“Commander. Bismarck woke up with a fever of 39 degrees Celsius.”

Heinz went silent as he nodded.

“I see. I will let her know. Thank you.”

Heinz put his phone in his pocket.

“The Commander wants you to take the day off so you don’t spread what you have.”

Bismarck sighed as she looked up at the ceiling.

“Of course. Leave it to me to get sick out of nowhere.”

Heinz closed his eyes and crossed his arms.

“You were talking in your sleep again. Did you have that dream where you were the Commander and Akashi resurrected those Luftwaffe aces as she felt you were lonely?”

Bismarck coughed as she shook her head.

“No, I had a different dream.”

Heinz nodded as he opened the bedroom door.

“I’ll be in my office if you need me.”

Bismarck closed her blue eyes as she felt the heat from her fever on her forehead. She took off the blanket as she lay in her bed only in her underwear. She felt her black bra and panties stick to her sweaty skin.

"I might as well call my sister."

Bismarck grabbed her phone as she tapped on the screen. She held her phone against her ear as a slight smile danced across her lips.

"Happy launch day, Schwester."

Tirpitz giggled on the other end.

"Danke, schwester. Do you want to hang out with me today for my launch day?"

Bismarck sighed as she shook her head.

"I can't. I woke up as sick as a dog with a fever of 39 degrees."

Tirpitz gasped as she went silent.

"Are you alright?"

Bismarck nodded as she slowly closed her eyes, feeling the heat of her fever radiate from her forehead.

"Yeah. I'm just in bed recovering."

"Well, I won't keep you. I hope you feel better soon, schwester."

Bismarck smiled as she slowly opened her blue eyes.

"Danke. Ich liebe dich, schwester."

"Ich liebe dich ache."

Bismarck placed her phone back on her nightstand, closed her eyes, and fell asleep.

Bismarck’s eyes opened as she heard a knock on her door. She placed her back against the headboard and covered herself up with the blanket.

“Come in.”

The door slowly opened. A young girl with light blue hair poked her head inside. She walked inside the bedroom holding a breakfast tray with a bowl of hot soup on it. The soup emitted a trail of steam as she placed the breakfast tray on top of Bismarck. Bismarck giggled as she looked at her ever-loyal knight.

“Ah. U-556. Come to take care of me, huh?”

U-556 nodded as she giggled.

“I made you some chicken noodle soup.”

Bismarck smiled as she grabbed the metal spoon and ate a bite of soup.

“This tastes wonderful. Thank you.”

U-556 smiled from ear to ear as she giggled.

“Thanks. I always make chicken noodle soup when I’m feeling sick. Or when I don’t have any ideas for meals.”

Bismarck nodded as she cleared her throat.

“Can you bring me my laptop? I still need to work on some assignments for the Commander.”

U-556 shook her head as a slight frown grew across her lips.

“No. The Commander said you have the day off because of medical reasons.”

Bismarck sighed as she took another sip of her soup.

“I see. Can I have it so I can watch my shows?”

U-556 nodded as she walked out of Bismarck’s bedroom. She came back with her laptop as she placed it on the bed.

“Here’s your laptop, Lord Bismarck. Anything else?”

Bismarck shook her head as she smiled.

“No. I’m good.”

U-556 nodded as she slowly closed the door behind her. She peeked through the doorway as she looked at Bismarck.

“If you need anything, just holler.”

Bismarck nodded as U-556 shut the door. She ate the last bit of her soup as she looked at the door.

“Percival?!”

U-556 opened the door as she walked inside. Bismarck smiled as she placed her head on her pillow.

“Can you take my bowl to the kitchen?”

U-556 nodded as she picked up the breakfast tray. She walked out of Bismarck’s bedroom as she closed the door behind her.

Bismarck grabbed her laptop and placed it on her belly. She opened it as she turned it on. She placed her finger on the mouse pad as she clicked on an application.

“I wonder what the others are up to.”

Bismarck smiled as Enterprise and New Jersey appeared on the screen. Richelieu joined the group as she smiled.

“Bismarck? What are you doing here?”

Bismarck sighed as she coughed into her elbow.

“I’m sick as a dog.”

Enterprise nodded as New Jersey giggled.

“It’s a good thing I’m not near you. As I wouldn’t want to get Nicky sick.”

Bismarck nodded as she looked at Enterprise.

“So what are your plans for the day?”

Enterprise giggled as a slight smile grew across her lips.

“Well, I was thinking of visiting Oklahoma for a bit. Irving brought the kids to school today, so I’m all here by myself.”

New Jersey laughed as she smiled from ear to ear.

“I might go to the park with Nicky. It’s getting warmer, and Vestal wants him to get some sun for vitamin D.”

Bismarck nodded as Richelieu unmuted herself.

“I’m going to shop with my sisters. Akashi is running a special on clothes.”

Bismarck nodded as she coughed, covering her mouth with her elbow.

“I see. Well, I’ll leave you guys to it. I’ll watch some of my shows on my laptop.”

The group nodded as they disappeared from the screen, one by one. Bismarck clicked out of the application and looked at her laptop.

“I might as well watch the show I’ve been meaning to watch.”

Bismarck clicked on her laptop as she placed a pillow on the headboard. She placed her head on the pillow as her long blonde hair spread out behind her head. She smiled as she grabbed a pair of earbuds and placed them in her ears.

Bismarck let out a heartful sigh as she plugged her earbuds in and her show loaded. She relaxed as she felt herself get absorbed in her show.
