Summary:

Dainsleif, the best warrior in the royal guard of Kaenri'ah, finds himself assigned to accompany Princess Lumine, the youngest royal. At first, he thinks she's just another spoiled princess, but he soon realizes she's hiding secrets.
Lumine's main goal is to find her brother. She remembers bits of her past and believes the gods hold the answers. However, in a kingdom that no longer believes in gods, she and Dainsleif must search the nation's history for clues.
Though neither of them is thrilled about working together, their upcoming journey forces them to rely on each other. Could this journey lead to unexpected feelings between them?

Hi! Fallon here, one day after having spent a good time playing, I fell asleep and dreamed about the end of this story, so I wrote it mainly for myself. I need to leave it somewhere so I can reread it many times when I don't have creativity in my head anymore.

Things I need to warn: This writing is inspired by the Lore, but it doesn't carry the actual lore perfectly nor to the letter - I added extra things. And secondly, English is not my native language, so if you find any mistake or something I can improve, I will be grateful to correct it.
