"Prefect! Watch out"
"SHIT!" A blast of blue fire comes charging towards the fallen student and-
Yup, that's me. You're probably wondering how I ended up in this situation. Well, it all started a couple of months ago.
20XX
It was the year 20XX. My name is Allison Yuuki, a second year student in Hokkaido, Japan and a softball player of my high school. That's the basics of my life and who I am.
It was the end of the day when I logged into the game, Twisted Wonderland. The team just made it to the big leagues and were out celebrating. I was never one for celebrations but this was our big break! I was waiting for the team at the front gates of the school, passing time by continuing the last few chapters. I was lost in what's happening until I got the "Bad Ending". Yuu, the Player, got to go home but Twisted Wonderland was destroyed in the process.
"That's how it ends!?" I couldn't believe it at first.
Years of speculating and theory crafting about how the game's Main Story will end all comes down to this. I looked all around online to see if anyone else got the "Good Ending", but turns out, everyone got the "Bad Ending" too. It spreads pretty quickly online as other players express their feelings on the ending. Some go back and try to get the "Good Ending" but they all fail. I didn't realize it was getting dark while scrolling. Then I checked the time. It's getting late already.
"Where are they?" I wondered as I looked around to try to see if I could see any of my teammates or couch anywhere. I was thinking should go back inside the school to see if they were there or not.
Ping.
That's when I got the familiar notice sound. I thought it was a disconnection again or relog. But it wasn't the usual message.
Restart?
... When did I log back into the game? I wondered now. I don't remember logging back into the game. Without thinking of it, I pressed the 'Okay' button. Then suddenly, I heard the approaching sound of running. The neighs of horses. Then I looked up and see the Ebony Couch coming my way before everything went bright white, then faded to black.
And that's how it all started. My life came to an end but also began.
