Summary:

Translator's notes:
Hello there! New fandom, how rare xD
But we are doing things a bit different this time! I want to start translating more works in general, from Spanish to English and viceversa, and since I think I have already gone through most of the works of this tag, why not begin here? lol
Now, I've been enchanted by this pairing and the premise and nuances of their whole relationship. And I really liked this fic, so I thought I'd start with this one. Let me know if you think I did a good job, and go give the Author some love too!

(See the end of the work for more notes.)

Work Text:

There’s nothing in this world that Gojo Satoru loves more than to see young people enjoying their youth.

He isn’t sure if the flare of joy he feels watching that behavior is about the lack of normal experiences in his own youth (as a matter of fact, yes, it is) or if he just loves the unconscious freedom that this stage of life provokes in people.

Keeping that small detail in mind, it’s obvious that he’d be more than willing to support whatever his adorable students want to do to commemorate their flourishing years. So, when the second years came to demand a resting day to go to a new amusement park, how could he say no to them?

( What Satoru didn’t know is that he’d regret saying yes too soon.)

As a competent adult that decided to fold to his students’ whims; Yaga-san forced him to be the one to accompany them because, in his words: “ No child under your tutelage is far from trouble. So sort out their future disasters.” If Satoru didn’t know his kids so well, he’d be offended.

The thing is, he’s not happy, at all. The amusement park his students wanted to visit is packed with people, due to their doors opening only a few days ago. So it’s not a big surprise to be surrounded by people, but if he didn’t have Infinity active all the time, more than one rowdy child or incompetent adult would have made him stumble a few times.

Another reason he’s not happy: the amount of people has pushed Yuuta close, too close, to Megumi.

His Megumi.

Being 1.90 cm of height brings him pleasures that no one of lower stature could ever hope to comprehend. The ease with which the world is never covered up by a sea of heads, and the feeling of looking at everyone from above is incomparable. However, being allowed witness to perfection how his cousin’s shoulder doesn’t stop touching Megumi’s makes him want to tear out his Six Eyes and give them to Sukuna for lunch.

And maybe some other time he wouldn’t make such a big deal out of something like this, Yuuta and Megumi do train together whenever the older boy comes back from his missions; and of course there’s physical contact between them then. The problem rouses from how aware both teens are of it now; because Yuuta has already called Megumi’s attention to apologize for it five times; and his sweet boy, his innocent and naive boy , downplays it due to the masses of people pushing them constantly; barely taking notice of the red cheeks of his sempai getting worse with time.

Oh, wow, there goes the sixth one.

Satoru wants to use Hollow Purple to get rid of all the people and put a two meter barrier between Yuuta and his boy.

Look, Satoru is not a jealous man; there’s nothing in the world someone of his position can covet. He was born with a silver spoon in his mouth, was blessed by the universe not only by being the greatest sorcerer in the whole history of Jujutsu, but also by his overwhelming beauty and wonderful personality. How could someone who has it all, with the world at his feet, experience something so simple as jealousy? Ha! Satoru is too honoured to fall so low.

That’s something he fervently believed up until five minutes ago; because jealousy is devouring his common sense and the self-control he’s always been so proud of.

Megumi loves him; he could die right now knowing that nothing would change that fact. There’s a sweet and fragile heart under that titanium shell Megumi uses to protect himself against everything and everyone; and it has loved him since the first minute Satoru proved to him that he came into his life to never ever leave. But Satoru knows that that delicate and treacherous heart also let  Yuuta in a while ago (Satoru will bite his tongue off before using the L word alongside his cousin’s name); so it’s not entirely his fault when he allows that green eyed monster to peek over his shoulder.

Yuuta is a good kid, kind and attentive, no one that has met him can deny it. He’s a great catch for anyone that wants to be protected and loved.

But Megumi is his. He belongs to him. Literally, he’s got a document to prove it and everything. Satoru has been the center of his boy’s universe ever since he stole him away from the filthy hands of the Zenin Clan, and he intends to keep it that way until his imminent death.

And as long as Satoru can stand, nothing can change that.

But there are times his cute baby seems to forget that irrefutable truth; and it’s his duty to remind him of it when that happens.

So, when Yuuji points out at the Haunted House as their next attraction, and everybody agrees; Satoru can’t let the perfect opportunity to do it go to waste.

The line is a little bit long for Satoru’s current impatience. His students amuse themselves with small talk about the rides they’ve already gone to and the ones they would want to go to again before the day is over. Maki and Nobara are standing on one side, arguing with Yuuji about whether the water ride is better than the typical roller coaster. On the other side, Toge is resting on Panda’s shoulders, who is carrying a silly sign that reads “mascot for all kinds of festivities”, to justify his peculiar appearance.

And then there’s Yuuta and Megumi, watching the park’s map and pointing at sites here and there; heads brushing. They’re close. Very close.  Their voices are barely perceptible among the racket of screams surrounding them. Their shoulders are grazing each other again, although they hardly separate anymore. They won’t stop looking into each other’s eyes while they speak. And Megumi has smiled at Yuuta…THREE TIMES.

Satoru needs a slice of strawberry shortcake stat, because his blood pressure is gonna drop if this little situation continues.

The line moves and it’s finally their turn. There’s a tired looking boy that explains to them what to do to find the way out; and after agreeing that the park isn’t responsible for any possible accidents or physical damages, their little intrepid group goes through.

Darkness is the first thing that welcomes them with open arms. Well, welcomes his students, since Six Eyes becomes two infrared lenses and allows him to watch how his students move around the black nothingness; except for Megumi, who walks through the first stretch of the attraction with the naturality and ease worthy of a king of shadows. Isn’t his boy wonderful?

When they arrive at the first room, a red light turns on and shines on a guy with a sack on his head, wearing gloves and thick boots splattered in blood; standing in the right corner holding an obviously non-functional chainsaw. In front of him, there’s an area with ruined plastic curtains that divides the path they must cross from a gurney where a humanoid shape is covered by a sheet, also splattered in blood.

It’s not until they get to the middle of the room that the red light starts to flicker. Somewhere, there’s a hidden speaker that starts playing an audio on a loop; of desperate screams and the typical sounds of a chainsaw. Only then the humanoid shape in the gurney rises and the guy in the corner moves.

To his surprise, his kids, who have seen and faced worse and uglier Curses throughout the last couple of years, let out shrill screams and run out terrified when the chainsaw guy and the “body” on the gurney start chasing them.

But all of that matters little to him because he gets the perfect chance to make his move when Megumi stays behind everyone, walking calmly and barely rattled into the direction the others escaped to.

Megumi lets out a little surprised squeak when he pulls his arm and corners him against a wall, although he calms down when he realizes who caught him off guard.

“Megumi, quickly! Tell me you love me!” Satoru yells, trying to make himself heard over all the uproar.

Megumi forces his sight a little to see beyond the shadows.

“W-what?”

Satoru’s lower lip falls immediately.

His hands move to the sides of his boy’s face, thumbs squeezing his sweet cheeks. He breaks into Megumi’s personal space until their noses are touching, and brings out the biggest sad puppy eyes he can do.

“Tell me I’m the love of your life and you can’t live without me or I’ll cry.” he insists, on the edge of a tantrum.

Megumi just blinks.

“Why are you pouting all of the sudden?” he asks, lowering his voice now that the noise has quieted down significantly.

“You’ve been glued to Yuuta all day, Megumi. Walking around all close, chit chatting and smiling like you’re a couple.” He suddenly squeezes Megumi’s cheeks in annoyance, turning the boy’s plump lips into a silly fish mouth. “Have you thought about the irreparable damage you just did to my poor, naive heart!?”

“You…?” Those green lanterns, that light up his existence, dull as a result of a furrowed brow. “Wait….are you jealous of Okkotsu-senpai?”

“And you have the nerve to ask me that!?” Satoru shakes his arms up and down, irate. Honestly, he worries little about acting so childish, Megumi is used to it. What matters here is that outrageous actions are being committed against his person and the guilty party is playing dumb.

The confusion clears from Megumi’s face, and he proceeds to look at him with all the serenity typical of somebody used to dealing with a spoiled child. Satoru wouldn’t usually take the insinuation of being a petulant brat to heart because he has every reason to be treated like one.  But Megumi clearly isn’t taking him seriously and Satoru is three seconds away from throwing himself to the floor kicking and screaming until his boyfriend asks for forgiveness for undermining his feelings.

“You know perfectly well that nothing like that is happening between Okkotsu-senpai and me, Gojo-sensei.” Megumi says a few seconds later, embodying patience itself.

Satoru then moves like he’s possessed, holding Megumi’s face again and resting his forehead against the younger boy’s.

“Say you’re mine, then. That’s all I need.” His eyes light up with a maniacal sheen, but his perfect boy, beautiful and untouchable, hardly reacts to the imminent threat. “Otherwise I’m sending Yuuta to an eternal mission on the moon and you won’t see him ever again.”

Megumi lets out a sigh that reaches Satoru’s face in a breeze that smells like fresh mint from the chewing gum Yuuta had shared with him before.

There’s a soft sound of fabrics brushing against each other and now it’s Satoru’s face being squeezed by smaller hands and delicate fingers.

“I don’t know what weird delusions your head has been cooking up all day, but none of that is real.”

Satoru doesn’t allow himself to be so easily manipulated by sweet words and cages Megumi between his arms. Infinity activates better than ever, trapping the boy completely.

“Say it.” Persistent would fall short describing him. The world can demand all it wants; but he’s never been a child to share what’s his, let alone allow himself to be robbed right under his fucking nose.

“There’s no need for me to.” Megumi refuses in a whisper.

“Say it.” Satoru mimics his tone and begins contouring the edges of his boy’s sweet features with the tip of his nose, a caress far too intimate for the place they are in right now.

Megumi’s breath falters as it escapes his cute mouth and Satoru can’t find within himself enough willpower not to fall at the feet of such beauty.

“I’m yours, Satoru-san.” his cheeks flush bright red as soon as he says it. “I always have been and always will be.”

A wolfish smile stretches Satoru’s lips.

“And don’t you ever forget that.”

Sentence ruled, Satoru dives fully into the tantalizing lips of his cute boyfriend, devouring each corner of them and capturing the wonderful moans Megumi produces as if they were the most intoxicating nectar there is.

Megumi follows the devastating rhythm as much as he can, getting on his tippy-toes when the kiss turns even more passionate and threatens to steal even his last breaths. Sharp teeth bite into his lips, forcing him to open his mouth further; and a vivacious tongue seduces and dominates his own into total submission.

A new layer of shadows takes over the room inside the Haunted House, obeying the orders of the only one worthy of manipulating them: to avoid being interrupted by the two employees that finished their performance for that viewing and return to their places.

The shadows surround them, hugging and giving shelter to the two bodies that can’t break apart from one another, even when the air begins to thin; taking them to the only place where they can be free with no one to disturb their peace.

°°°

The first and second years have been outside the haunted attraction for twenty minutes already, waiting for their sensei and the only student that’s unaccounted for to show up once and for all, so they can continue their tour.

When they finally show up, they are holding hands, their hair is messier than before, their clothes are rumpled and Satoru has an annoyingly smug grin tattooed on his face. Meanwhile, Megumi is a walking tomato, his face is so red.

When the younger of the two makes a false move, making red and violet marks stand out on the pale skin of his neck; the students immediately understand what the hell happened to them.

Except for Yuuta, who doesn’t understand why Gojo-sensei keeps throwing him such conceited looks; and why his cute kohai seems to be shying away from his eyes.

What is he missing here?
