********

Maybe she’d gotten a bit ahead of herself. As Golden Cheese Cookie woke up, stretching her wings, she remembered she had a kingdom to take care of. Could she keep her greedy subjects waiting? No, she couldn’t.

But she needed to find White Lily Cookie. She wasn’t even sure how long it had been since she saw her.

Golden Cheese Cookie sighed, rolling out of bed. She looked in the mirror, seeing how.. disgusting she seemed. Though, that was putting it lightly.

White Lily always helped Golden Cheese fix her wings, braid her hair, and look presentable in the morning. Now… well, she’s definitely looked better.

Golden Cheese could take care of herself, but she liked having White Lily do it for her. There was always something so calming about her presence, the sent of lilies, her gentle hands…

But oh well. She would come back eventually, this Golden Cheese knew. No matter how long it took her, she would wait.
