Ckat Sucks At Social Interaction

Summary:

Just putting my minecraft character through trauma once again <3

Chapter Text

Ckat had never liked the idea of fate. So when a wave hit Lost, carrying people away to an island. A different world called Fate? Talking about how they were fated to be there?

 Yeah, she didn't like that.

Ckat recognized most of the people: Fae, Wolfie, Star, Watt, Custom, and a few others. Then there were others that she had maybe heard of but hadn't met or just didn't know at all.

But through it all, Ckat hid. Ckat hid in the shadows watching, not interacting. It reminded her of her early days on Lost, and while she hated that she was falling into her bad habit of avoiding conversation or interaction, she couldn't help it.

These people were new. She didn't know them. She didn't know if they were safe.

So she watched as the new people interacted with her friends, paying most attention to Fae. She may be worried about the others, but Fae?

Fae was her closest friend. If something happened to her... Well, Ckat didn't want to think about that...

So she watched, making sure they weren't going to hurt them and that her friends were safe. (She would never tell this to anyone, but her talons were out the whole time, ready to protect if needed.)

However, as Ckat stayed in the world, she realized something. She was gaining memories. Of her and Fae, memories that hadn't actually happened.

It's like... her past was being rewritten. And while she still remembered her old life on Lost. It felt like a different life.

 Like it was slipping away.

She didn't like it. Not to mention the fact that her and Fae's past are connected Is... odd.

Especially since she didn't know Fae before lost.

Ckat was snapped out of her thoughts as everyone said bye and dispersed to explore the world. She watched as Fae made a boat and started sailing away, following from a distance.

Ckat honestly felt kinda bad for basically stalking Fae, but she was kinda scared to approach her.

Her talons weren't going away, and whenever she got close, she got the overwhelming urge to perch on her arm or shoulder.

Which would not end well, considering that if she did try right now, it would probably hurt Fae since she only has basic clothes on, and nothing that would actually keep her talons from hurting her.

Eventually, Fae hit land and set up a small shack, and went to bed. As Fae was doing that, Ckat perched on a tree and got comfy.

After she knew that Fae was safe, she fell asleep.

She closed her eyes for ten seconds, and suddenly she was in Lost again. Standing at spawn.

She could see the few people who weren't carried away, building or searching for them. But... they couldn't see Ckat.

So Ckat wandered, and watched chat, which she tried to use, but...

Cannot send chat message.

She just ended up getting an error message.

Cannot send chat message.

She wondered if Ika got left on Lost.

Cannot send chat message.

Atleast Fae got washed up with her.

Cannot send chat message.

And eventually, after a few hours, she blinked and was back in the tree.. on fate.

And suddenly she was scared...

What in Starclan is going on?

 Why are we here?

Did anyone else see Lost in their sleep?

 Ckat didn't have any answers...
