The Blessed Maiden, or sometimes The Martyred Maiden, The Enlightened One, Congenital Aero Resonator of Sentinel Imperator and Threnodian Leviathan, Cartethyia. Also known as Fleurdelys, she is the Blessed Maiden of the Order of the Deep that serve as the ultimate authority in Ragunna and plays a crucial role in protecting the city by ensuring safety and order by handling various affairs, from city management, diplomacy, civil disputes, and overseeing all Common Echoes. The Order's doctrines are: "Salvation," "Ascension," and "Unity" as per their Codex.

"W-What happened to her!?" exclaimed Julia in horror.
"Though Cantarella, the current head of the Fisalia Family, reveals that the Leviathan "possesses the power to merge and assimilate" entire civilizations through the slow spread of "distorted beliefs" that function as a kind of "spiritual plague." Its method of conquest is not brute invasion, but gradual internal collapse, where the very soul of a culture is infected and transformed. She also states that it has already infiltrated both the beliefs of the Fisalia Family and the Order of the Deep. As a Threnodian, Leviathan, uses the Lament to pursue its intrinsic nature - in this case, the catastrophic Waveworn Phenomenon called the Dark Tide. Though two previous instances of the Dark Tide were already "thwarted" by Napoli II and Cartethyia, Cantarella claims that the damage remains: "The tall mast of the galleon that is Ragunna has already been snapped in half," a metaphor suggesting irreversible spiritual erosion. Infected individuals become increasingly detached from truth and reality, with Cantarella explaining that "once the soul fractures, the mind will follow until only a puppet remains." This indicates the Leviathan’s influence progresses from subtle manipulation to total domination."
