Chapter Text
Brickbattler was cleaning his sword after being in Rocket Arena. He sighed, feeling irked for no reason. He usually felt irritated but never irked.
Meanwhile, Bloxxer was deciding to be lazy and not do tasks. He damn well knew he would get lectured for it, but he just wanted to rest, even if it was for a few minutes.
Bloxxer was just desperate for rest. Not even a minute later, he was asleep and snored softly, unlike Builderman who snored like a dad.
It was for a few minutes before he stirred awake from hearing a voice.
"Bloxxer...Bloxxer."
The voice called out as if they were some parental figure. Something Bloxxer yearned for.
But instead, he was met with his dear best friend, Brickbattler.
He looked up at him, Bloxxer's own mismatched eyes glimmering. He sighed and blinked, trying to get the tiredness out of him.
"How long has it been...?"
Bloxxer murmured, rubbing the back of his head.
"You've been asleep for a bit."
Brickbattler replied, crossing his arms as he lied. It definitely was night, but Bloxxer only slept for around five minutes.
Bloxxer's eyes widened in shock, not believing he slept for that long.
"There's no way I did..."
He couldn't. He didn't. Not in the state the world was in.
...
Their world.
Brickbattler felt alive during those days. He truly did. Until Doomspire Brickbattle collapsed. After the collapse, Brickbattler changed, but kept his confidence.
Bloxxer couldn't imagine how broken Brickbattler was. Now here they were, alive and surviving.
However, Bloxxer noticed how attractive his friend is. He was good looking. He knew he shouldn't think about Brickbattler like that, but he couldn't help himself.
Bloxxer was a bit...strange- freaky, and he knew.
But he had self-control.
