Sigma’s Pov
It was considerably dark, around 11pm. No one else was in the meeting room - a suddenly called upon meeting in the sky casino, just Dostoevsky, him and Gogol. The Casino man questioned why just the three, although yes both other males were staying at the sky casino, Dostoevsky would usually call for everyone to come up to the sky casino for a meeting, no matter what. Yet here he stood waiting by the window starring out into the dark night sky, waiting for the demon and jester to arrive.
Sigma summed him being the first one there despite being exactly on time was because it is his casino and so he would obviously know the best route to the meeting room from places he stood previously before departure.
By the time Dostoevsky had arrived, Sigma had finally settled himself in a seat and preferably the one which was always furtherest from where Dostoevsky and Gogol usually sat. Soon after Fyodor had arrived, Nikolai came bouncing in, using his hand above his eyes to ‘scout’ his way around the room as if to pretend check if the room was the correct one despite already knowing it was in fact the correct room.
Sigma bounced his knee uncomfortably underneath the table as dread washed over him, both Fyodor and Nikolai decided to sit right next to him. Pretty ironic given he sat where he was sitting to be away from them yet both seemed to have to have sat next to him. There was most likely a reason behind it, but it was hard to tell since no one had even started talking to one another - just silence. And it had been silence for around 5 minutes. Which was surprising given Gogol was there. Sigma was just waiting till the man would snap and end up spouting his usual clown or jester shit he tend to speak of. But what Sigma did notice is that Fyodor was organising files. Ones that said in a large text and bold font ‘UA’. UA? As in the hero school in Musutafu? Why would Dostoevsky have files on a hero school - since they mainly operated in Yokohama. So many questions yet no one dared to utter a word.
It was driving sigma insane. The silence was seriously too much. They started 40 minutes ago. No one. No one had said a word. Gogol had been making dove origamis made out of discarded paper, Dostoevsky continued to read through the ‘UA’ files and Sigma? Still bouncing his knee under the table. Being in a room with the two was just stressful. Finally Sigma built up the courage he didn’t know he even had and spoke.
“…Dostoevsky? Why did you call me and Gogol here? Especially such a late time into the night.”
And so Fyodor looked up, and sigma earned himself a massive grin from the clown or jester - to be honest he didn’t know at this point.
“That is a good question, Sigma.”
The Russian man spoke with a cruel smile on his face, Sigma just wanted to rip it off so badly.
“The three of us will be off to Musutafu. The mission will take a long time and so Kamui will be taking over our current missions.”
Sigma was stunned, even Gogol who was usually a drooling dog for Dostoyevsky remained shocked.
“B-but what about the casino!”
Sigma couldn’t just leave the casino, it was his home. What he protected.
“Like I said, Kamui will take care of it for the time being.”
Silence.
“Excellent. Sigma, you will be working as a finance teacher at UA as well as teach occasional quirkless self defence classes and Nikolai, you will join a villain organisation who will soon rise into fame and assist in getting information through them.”
Of course sigma was going to work with something to do with finance. But self defence? Okay, yes he knew quite a lot but that was more to do with the fact his ability was not one of offensive use. But teaching and using it on heros? He could never imagine.
Fyodor began to speak again.
“I will be teaching them parts of criminology and basically how black and white their stupid little world is.”
Fyodor passed out more files, Sigma’s had the big bold lettering of ‘UA’ but also said ‘sigma’ in italics underneath. Nikolai had gotten one which said in bold ‘League of villains’ and once again, Nikolai’s name in italics underneath.
What stupid was League of villains though? Wasn’t being discrete a key in having a long lasting organisation?
But then Fyodor sighed, causing the two men to look up and focus back on Fyodor.
“Sigma, due you not having a last name and for more protection, us two shall be married.”
If it was possible sigma’s jaw would have dropped straight down to the ground floor, touching the grass which was far, far below.
“What about meeeeeeeeee Fedyaaaaaaa!!”
Right, Nikolai was here too. Whining loudly.
“Whyyy can’t I be married to you guyssssssss!!”
Sigma wanted to rip out the man’s vocal cords and his Adam’s apple for double measures.
“Kolya, I do not think it would be good for someone to play as a villain in a black and white world to be married to two men assisting heros and teaching their next generation.”
With Gogol’s whining in the background, Fyodor slipped out a small black box from inside his coat. Opening it to reveal that there were two rings inside. Both silver. The one Fyodor carefully and delicately slipped onto Sigma’s finger was one which had Fyodor’s name on, engraved in neat cursive handwriting. Whilst Fyodor’s had Sigma’s name engraved on, also in cursive.
The sight of the rings caused Nikolai to whine even louder. Sigma was seriously about to hit him to make sure he shut up.
Fyodor stood up to leave, though he turned his head around when at the exit.
“Sigma, your information is all written down in your files. But do remember, you are an underground hero from Russia, me too. That is key and so keep it close.”
And then he left. Leaving Sigma alone with Nikolai.
Sigma tried to leave the meeting room in a hurry, yet the stupid clown followed him back to his room. Coming in through his portal when Sigma locked him out.
“Sigmaaaaaaaaaaaaa~”
Nikolai called like a cat this time.
“Gogol please get out.”
This seemed to have offended the clown.
“Why are you calling me Gogol, Sigma!! You should never call your bestie that!!”
Sigma blankly stared at him, debating whether or not to push him from his on suites balcony. Well only if he managed to get Nikolai’s cloak off of him to make sure he dies successfully. Sigma sighed.
“..Nikolai please get out of my room..”
This made Nikolai grin.
“No!!”
He spun around Sigma’s big manager room. Of course Sigma being the manager meant he got the best bedroom in the whole entire casino. Nikolai wanted a big room too!
And now he was lying in Sigma’s bed, the split half and half man threatening to burn his cloak if he didn’t get out.
Fyodor’s Pov
Fyodor made his way towards Sigma’s room. The door opening through the touch of his thumb print. It was around 7:24 am. The manager should be awake by that time. But what Fyodor did not expect was that Nikolai was in there too. And so Fyodor entered to the sight of Nikolai’s sleeping form practically crushing sigma’s, who was actually also asleep. Fyodor made his way to the side of the bed Nikolai was hogging before roughly shoving him off. Waking the pair up almost immediately.
“Fedyaaaaaaaa! I was enjoying my nap time with sigmaaaa!! Don’t tell me you got jealous? After all he’s your wifey now!”
Nikolai giggled, knowing full well he was testing Fyodor’s waters. It wasn’t really that Nikolai was irritating Fyodor due to being in the same bed as an exhausted Sigma, but it was more Fyodor had information for only Sigma’s ears and having to drag away the clown was too tiresome.
“Oooh fedya!! Does that mean for the mission you and Sigmaaaa will share a bed?”
The clown sure was annoying today. The comment did make Sigma flush red, though he hid it well by burying his face deeper into the fluffy pillows.
“Nikolai get out.”
Fyodor was not taking it.
Nikolai did a fake dramatic sigh before turning his attention back to the manager.
“Where’s my cloak sigmaaaa!!”
Sigma lifted his head up. His greyish purple eyes slightly clouded, showing off that the man had clearly just woken up.
“Burnt it.”
“Noooo you didn’t!!”
“I did. Threw the ashes out the balcony.”
“You don’t have the balls to do that sigma!! Not that you have any but still!! Where’s my cloak!!”
Sigma sighed and pointed to a far corner of the room, it was hidden beneath the rest of Nikolai’s stuff that he had left there previous nights given how often he just sneaks into sigma’s room. Upon only taking his cloak, Nikolai was off.
“How irritating”
Fyodor spoke, calmer now the clown had left. In the time it took the clown to leave, Sigma had dressed himself in decent wear and had made tea for the two. It was quiet at first, not surprising as Sigma never spoke first in a private conversation between the two.
“Have you made yourself acquainted with your new persona yet?”
Fyodor asked, receiving a nod from Sigma.
“You have to remember to address me by Fyodor from now on, it would be weird for one’s spouse to call them by their last name.”
“Of course…Fyodor”
It was obvious to Fyodor that Sigma may struggle to adapt to that one factor.
“Is what Nikolai said true? Will we have to share a bed?”
Sigma asked quietly.
“I am yet to be sure, the apartment complex did not expand on the subject.”
What Fyodor wasn’t going to tell Sigma was that it was most likely they share a bed due to how they are registered as a married couple meaning the company would probably give them a king or queen sized bed. At least he was grateful for them allowing him to put Nikolai on the opposite side of the apartment complex Because he did not want to deal with that stupid clown everyday for the many months the mission would go on for.
“Two new teachers? I thought you said we had enough for this school year.”
Aizawa asked the rat who sat in his scarf. Nezu had sent a bunch of teachers to the meeting room to announce how he was bringing two new subjects and bringing two teachers into his chaotic mix.
“I get how finance is important, as majority of the time it’s all dumped onto their agencies but criminology? Why would they need that?”
This made the rat laugh.
“Everything is important!! You just have to wait to discover it!”
Nezu said with a lot of energy. Jumping out of Aizawa’s scarf and pointed towards the board, gaining the other heros attention.
“Sooooo! We got our finance teacher’s file here!! Sigma Dostoevsky!! Polish he is! Quite an interesting fellow!”
All might watched with slight interest, a foreign teacher? Not really a thing in UA, well to his knowledge given he was also joining this school year.
“Teacher no.2!! Now here’s our criminology teacher!”
Nezu clicked on his little remote, it changing to the next file.
“Fyodor Dostoevsky! Quite intimidating! Russian he is! Yes the two are married. Don’t know how that works if they were in Russia working as underground heros but you never know!”
Midnight looked at the two males files. Both pretty attractive in her opinion. A shame they were married to each other, well not really but for anyone else probably.
The meeting ended soon, the end was more on about the way the systems would work and how to get lunch from lunch rush. Though upon exiting the meeting room, he couldn’t put his mind past the new teachers. The black haired one. Fyodor Dostoevsky. Looked nothing like a teacher of any sorts. Criminology teacher? More like I commit crimes teacher. But his spouse? Sigma Dostoevsky looked kind and actually caring, definitely able to be a teacher. How were the two even married? Unless it was some odd paring thing, Aizawa just couldn’t get it. It could be like him and Hizashi. Friends from years previous, ones too fall in love. Yet Aizawa just couldn’t understand this pair.
sigma’s Pov
Four weeks ago the pair moved into the apartment together. It was odd at first, especially sharing a bed with who he deemed a demon. But also having to get use to a ‘teacher’ life style. Like preparing the materials he was to teach, Fyodor doing the same. Sigma had also been designed a ‘hero’ costume, it was more an updated version of his usual casino attire but with many, many pockets for weapons. Even his heels had built in blades. Whilst Fyodor, well he wasn’t ’permitted’ to fight due to having such serious anaemia. Sigma felt it was excuse after another, as Fyodor could probably fight just not physically unless completely necessary.
And in 2 days was the start of the UA school year. The first day is apparently going to be some sort of introduction day. So no work…! Sort of. Fyodor was assigned to assist as some sort of assistant home room teacher for EraserHead’s class. Which judging by the files he and Fyodor reviewed together, would drive him more insane than Nikolai does. Sigma gets to be the home room teacher for class 1-C, they looked more manageable.. sort of.
Sigma couldn’t wait for the life of a teacher…!
