Reapers are enigmatic beings with much unknown about them. Their name comes from their striking similarities to the Grim Reaper of Legend. They are often referred to as the "Omen of Death" due to their inability to be killed without Light, as well as their strikes leaving behind Darkness in the wound guaranteeing death with out the presence of both a Bearer and Wielder. The source of Reapers is a topic of much debate amongst those who research the umbral forces with many theories and no confirmation so far. but one thing that is certain, is that Reapers are intelligent enough to engage in manipulation if that furthers the Darkness' goal to end all Light.
