Chapter Text
The gunshot was loud. It hadn't been aimed properly. Preferably death would have been be instant. Definitely not ideal, but the wound would do it's job anyway. Seven dropped the gun and closed his eyes. Now all he had to do was wait. His mind was focused on the sharp pain, and the feeling of warm blood soaking his clothing. He sighed. He hoped this was the right decision. As he pictured son’s face, any bit of doubt left inside him melted away.
This was the right choice. He would see his son again.
He could already feel his life draining away. He felt an unearthly sense of calm filling up his body. This was it. He had finally done it. He would see C00lkidd again. He would see C00lkidd again.
As his vision faded to darkness, he swore he could see a flash of purple in the corner of his eye.
