The Savage She Hulk, Amity Blight!

Summary:

Amity Blight was just a normal 19-year-old witch (with perhaps some suppressed anger issues and body dimorphism) who wanted to help her girlfriend. But when she gets caught up in an experiment gone wrong, she will find herself having to grapple with trying to control the monster she becomes when her emotions get the better of her, and if she really wants to control it. All the while, she has to contend with enemies both new and old, trying to hunt her down for their own gain.

Notes:

Hope you will enjoy me and Windwolf9's first attempt at a joint fic. This will be lighter and more comedic than the Sukuna Luz fic but will still have plenty of drama, high stakes moments, and some angst.\

I would greatly appreciate a TV Tropes page for this fic.

Please don't be shy to post comments down below, and thanks to all that give kudos.

Chapter 1: Prologue: Runt of the Litter

Chapter Text

A lone ray of light shone harshly through the window blinds, illuminating the particles of dust in the room and hitting the youngest Blight straight in her eyes. The pink-haired groaned awake, her eyes fluttering asynchronously open, hair unkempt, and with a stream of drool pouring from her mouth.

The 19-year-old Blight let out a small yawn and stretched her thin, stick-like arms into the air, rubbing her still sleepy eyes and wiping away the drool from her delicate face. She tried to push away her thick green blanket, but struggled and squirmed under its bulk, like a fish flopping underneath a net. After a minute or two of fruitless struggle, she resigned herself to slithering out of the covers like a snake.

Amity grabbed her spiked choker and spiked bracelets from the red marble counter beside her and slid them easily onto her neck and wrists. The Blight's weariness slowly abating, she knelt down, put on her socks, then her oversized boots, and walked over to the window blinds.

In a swift motion of her small hands, she pulls open the window blinds and lets the room be bathed in the light of the sun. The room is revealed to have a pastel gothic aesthetic, awash in pinks, purples, blacks, and some highlights of green here and there. There are posters of the Good Witch Azura all along the Wall (with some deep in her closet, having a risqué look to them), a smattering of images of herself during her grudgby days, a fair bit more than healthy pictures of Luz (some with a teasing disposition), and a newly put out dart board with Hunters smug face in the center of it, already full of green darts.

With another sleepy yawn and a second stretch, the youngest Blight walked over to her bathroom mirror to get a good look at herself in the morning. Yet, when she saw her reflection in the ornate golden mirror, perched atop her Swiss White Marble bathroom countertop, her face contorted into a shy frown.

She was around 5 feet 4 inches tall, which was the mean height for an adult human woman, but below that of the average adult witch, and shorter than all of her friends, aside from Gus, especially Luz. Her hair was a faded pink with her bland brown roots showing. Her chest was as flat as the mirror itself, barely even an A cup, and wholly unappealing in her own mind.  She raised her thin, noodly arm in front of her mirror with a deepening frown as the Blight saw how large her shirt looked on her small frame. Pulling her arms down, she touched her marshmallow belly; it was not fat or chubby by any measure, but it lacked the definition and muscle that her girlfriend's stomach had. Moving her hand yet further down her petite body, she touched her rear, and could hardly even feel where her back ended, and her ass began. She was just average, the word she had been taught to despise from a young age.

With an irritated huff, she downed a yellowish-green potion that Eda had given her; it tasted like a mix of lime and seawater and was far too viscous for her liking. Eda had promised her that it could help with her physical growth, but Amity was unsure how much she should trust the word of a woman who sold literal Basilisk Oil, even if she were her girlfriend's mentor/maternal figure.

After finishing drinking the dubiously effective concoction, Amity walked out of the bathroom and took a long look at one of her grugby photos on the wall. She touched the picture frame and silently wished for the days when she was the most physically gifted of her peers, before puberty had left her in the dust and a union of malnutrition and stress had ravaged her form. But she knew that was a mere fantasy; it was not as if she could change her biology and suddenly transform into the body of her dreams.

Snapping out of her daydreaming, she quickly descended down her mansion's winding and twisting red velvet carpeted stairs for breakfast. Yet, her pace slowed to a crawl when she heard the unfortunately, far too familiar sound of her mother's shrill shrieking voice. Curiosity took hold of the petite Blight as she turned around the hallway corridors and stooped just at the entrance to the main dining room. Amity placed her back on the Swiss White Marble and ever so slightly peered her head into the opening, eavesdropping on what her mother was talking about.

Her bitch of a birthing person was in the family's Baroque Dining Room, filled with gold ornamentation, crimson drapes, and crystal utensils. Odalia looked much like Amity, though with the height and prodigious curves that the youngest Blight lacked, being 6 feet 6 inches tall, with C cup breasts, and a rear to match her chest in size. That being said, her looks are significantly harmed by her overly stuffy white overall, her hair bun, and her rancid personality, the last of which is on full display as she was currently busying herself by yelling into a neon green phone.

“Oh, stop being such a nag,” Odalia yelled hypocritically to her associate over the phone. “The Artificial Titans' blood experiment with the gamma radiation is going according to the Emperor's specification.”

“Artificial Titans' Blood, that can’t be good. If the Emperors Coven wants to try to replicate Titans Blood, it can’t be for anything good.” Amity thought to herself, her brows furrowing in concern.

“While I would be the first to cut corners and rush out a shoddy product before it's finished, it’s not really possible to do it here. The concoction is made from multiple rare materials and empowered by cursed artifacts that would be near impossible to replicate.” Odalia informed the person on the phone as she started walking towards the door.

“Yes, yes, we have it in a secure location. It's being developed at the old “abandoned” Blight research facility, 10 miles north of the Mansion. Need to run it through a few more tests for possible mutagenic properties. Again, I would normally not be the one to fret over the safety of the rabble that buys our products, but it’s a different thing when your customer is the Emperor and his highest-ranking servants. Need to drop the call now, going outside for a meeting with investors.” Odalia said before putting away her phone, walking out the door.

Amity let out a breath she didn’t even know she was holding when she was certainly sure her mother was gone, and walked into the dining room with a contemplative expression.

“Hmmm... If Emperor's Coven was actually able to replicate Titan’s blood, then maybe I could steal it for Luz to make up for messing up Eclipse Lake.” Amity said as she smacked her small fist into the palm of her other hand perpendicularly, and her pace increased.

“Sure Luz said she wasn’t mad at me, but some part of her must be a little bit upset that her plain-looking girlfriend let that weasel, Hunter, take most of the Titans' blood she had to work with when making a new portal door. Odalia's comment about the potential mutagenic properties is a cause for concern, but I could be the one working with the Artificial Titans' blood instead of Luz, and think of how excited and proud she will be when she sees her awesome girlfriend gave her a way back home.” Amity remarked, her grin becoming bigger as she hyped herself up.

“If I do that for her, then Luz is certain to never leave me, even if I might not be the strongest or sexiest girl on the Isles. That settles it, I am going to steal Artificial Titans' Blood for Luz!” Amity declared before going to eat her Breakfast.

Little did the young Blight know that her little declaration would put her on the path to experience her greatest life-altering event since meeting Luz.
