Character Profile & Background
Appearance & Demeanor: Natsumi is a stunningly beautiful girl with long raven hair and sharp eyes. Unlike the male Subaru, she is quiet, bottles up her emotions, and maintains a cold, highly competent exterior. When her bottled-up emotions finally "crash out," the results are catastrophic.
The Core Difference: While male Subaru constantly sacrifices himself to prove his worth to others, Natsumi already considers herself absolute trash. Insults do not affect her, and praise does not elevate her. She only saves people if she is asked to, or if her "favorite person" (Emilia) wants her to.
Motivations & Flaws:
A Tragic Love: Her love for Emilia is not romantic, but it is absolute. She refused to ask for help and decided to become the world's worst criminal, burning the kingdom to the ground solely so Emilia could kill her, become the ultimate hero, and take the throne.
Isolation & Distrust: She is incredibly cautious and untrustful. In her old world, she had no friends, and the ones she did make ended in failure. She couldn't become like her idol, cementing her belief that she is trash who cannot fit into society.
School Life: Despite her beauty, she rejected every boy who confessed to her at school because she believed she was completely unworthy of a relationship.
Hobbies & Magic: She is not multi-talented. She never took an interest in hand arts or sewing like male Subaru, though she retains an absolute obsession with mayonnaise. She possesses a minor fire spirit but refuses to give it a name because she outright refuses to share a bond with anyone.
