Incident Report 91-██-████-5136
Note: File may not be up to date.
Date: ██/██/20██
Location: Site-91, D-Class Housing Sector █
Involved Personnel:
- D-5136 “Lucy” Piková
- D-████ [REDACTED] - (Deceased)
- Site-91 Security Staff
Summary:
At approximately 02:13, a containment breach alert was triggered within D-Class Housing Sector █ following unauthorised movement between secured cells. D-████ was observed exiting Sector C via restricted corridors using a stolen Level 3 keycard.
Subject bypassed two (2) security checkpoints before being intercepted near Access Junction ██. Upon refusal to comply with verbal commands, D-████ was terminated on-site by security personnel at 02:19.
Following standard lockdown procedures, a sweep of D-Class Housing Sector █ was conducted. At 02:25, D-████’s assigned cell was opened. D-5136 was discovered inside.
Condition of D-5136:
D-5136 was located on the floor of the cell, unresponsive.
Observed condition included:
- Significant cranial and facial trauma
- Bruising around wrists and upper torso consistent with restraint
- Partial state of undress
- Presence of blood (confirmed to be from both D-5136 and D-████)
- No keycard present within the cell
Medical personnel were dispatched immediately. Subject regained consciousness approximately ██ minutes later in the Site-91 Medical Wing.
Addendum A - Reconstruction of Events:
Based on security footage, recovered evidence, and post-incident interview with D-5136:
- D-5136 exited her assigned cell at approximately 01:57 using a stolen Level 3 keycard
- Subject proceeded directly to D-████’s cell
- Entry was granted at 02:01
- No further visual data is available due to D-████ destroying his cell’s camera earlier in the night
- D-████ exited the cell alone at 02:12, exhibiting signs of distress and carrying the keycard used for entry
Addendum B - Interview Log (D-5136):
Date: ██/██/20██

[BEGIN LOG]
Researcher ██████: State your name and designation.
D-5136: Lucy… D-5136.
Researcher ██████: Describe your relationship with D-████ prior to the incident.
D-5136: He talked to me. For a while. A few weeks, I think.
[Pause.]
D-5136: He knew I didn’t like talking to men.
Researcher ██████: Did he ask why?
D-5136: Yes.
Researcher ██████: What did you tell him?
D-5136: [REDACTED]
[Pause.]
D-5136: He said he understood.
Researcher ██████: Did his behaviour change over time?
D-5136: …He was careful.
[Pause.]
D-5136: He didn’t push. He just… stayed.
Researcher ██████: At what point did you consider him trustworthy?
D-5136: …I don’t know.
Researcher ██████: Did he know about your… “ability” to exit your cell?
D-5136: Yes.
Researcher ██████: How?
D-5136: I don’t know. Gossip, maybe?
Researcher ██████: Did he request that you enter his cell?
D-5136: He asked if I wanted to stay with him. Like I do with the others. I told him he wasn’t my type, he said that wasn’t what he meant.
Researcher ██████: And you agreed?
D-5136: Yes.
Researcher ██████: How did you exit your cell?
[Pause.]
D-5136: [REDACTED]

D-5136: Do I have to tell you?
Researcher ██████: Yes.
D-5136: What will you do to her?
Researcher ██████: Her?
[Pause.]
Researcher ██████: Is the guard you are referring to [REDACTED]?
[Audio: Faint sobbing.]
Researcher ██████: Very well. Now, describe what happened after you entered the cell.
[Pause.]
D-5136: Why?
Researcher ██████: Because I told you to.
D-5136: What about the cameras?
Researcher ██████: D-████ destroyed his cell’s camera.
[Audio: Sniffling.]
D-5136: He… He grabbed me.
Researcher ██████: Clarify.
D-5136: He pinned me to the floor.
Researcher ██████: What did he do next?
[Pause.]
D-5136: He- He tried to-

Researcher ██████: You may continue.
D-5136: No.

Researcher ██████: We have reason to believe he attempted to r-
D-5136 (interrupting): Sexual assault. Yes.
Researcher ██████: What happened?
[Pause.]
D-5136: I bit off his thumb and ripped out his eye. And screamed. The screaming is what he was scared about. He worried someone would come.
Researcher ██████: Is this the point when he fled?
D-5136: Yes.
Researcher ██████: Did he secure the cell?
D-5136: Yes.
Researcher ██████: With you inside?
D-5136: Yes.
[Pause.]
Researcher ██████: Why do you believe he did that?
D-5136: So I couldn’t follow.
Researcher ██████: Do you believe he intended to escape?
D-5136: Yes. What happened?
Researcher ██████: On-site staff terminated D-████.
D-5136: Good.
[END LOG]
Addendum C - Corroboration:
Interviews conducted with multiple D-Class personnel confirm that D-████ had been interacting regularly with D-5136 over a period of approximately █ weeks prior to the incident. These interactions were described as unusually patient and non-aggressive compared to D-████’s typical behaviour.
Several subjects reported that D-5136 appeared hesitant initially but gradually became more receptive to D-████’s presence. No prior physical altercations between the two were reported.
Conclusion:
Incident Report 91-██-████-5136 demonstrates:
- Exploitation of known behavioural patterns in D-5136
- Security vulnerabilities related to unauthorised keycard acquisition
- Increased risk associated with D-5136’s unsanctioned movement between cells
Recommendation:
- Increased monitoring of D-5136’s movements and interactions
- Restriction of cross-cell contact privileges
- Review of all current guard personnel.
No disciplinary action is to be taken against D-5136.

D-5136’s Personnel File
Note: File may not be up to date.
Name: D-5136 “Lucy” Piková
Security Clearance: Level 1
Position: D-Class Personnel
Latest assignment: [REDACTED]
History:
D-5136 was transferred into Foundation custody from HM Prison Low Newton (Durham, UK), where she was serving a life sentence for the murder of seventeen (17) adult males. Acquisition was authorised under standard Foundation jurisdiction over anomalous-adjacent criminal cases. Details surrounding the murders remain partially sealed, however, all victims were confirmed deceased by conventional means prior to Foundation involvement.
Psychological evaluations conducted prior to intake describe D-5136 as unusually compliant, with no recorded attempts to contest sentencing or resist transfer into Foundation custody. Subject has expressed no interest in release or appeal, stating during intake that she “does not have anything to go back to.”
D-5136 has been assigned to Site-91 for standard D-Class testing rotations. No prior anomalous exposure is recorded at time of intake.
Profile:
D-5136 is noted for consistent obedience to Foundation personnel and high compliance during testing procedures. Subject demonstrates minimal concern for personal safety or long-term survival, frequently volunteering for high-risk assignments without prompting.
Despite this, D-5136 exhibits atypical social behaviour for D-Class personnel, forming attachments to other D-Class individuals and displaying protective tendencies toward them. Subject has also demonstrated an unusual degree of empathy toward contained SCP entities, at times hesitating or refusing to carry out instructions if she perceives them as causing unnecessary distress to the anomaly in question. These incidents remain rare but notable.
D-5136 has made no recorded escape attempts. On multiple occasions, however, she has breached containment protocols by escaping her assigned cell in order to enter the cells of other D-Class personnel, citing a desire to provide “company” or “comfort”. One such incident resulted in physical assault by another D-Class (see Incident Report 91-██-████-5136), after which subject displayed increased caution.
Subject demonstrates a measurable distrust of male individuals, coupled with signs of unresolved hostility. Origin of this bias is currently unknown.
Behavioural analysis also indicates the presence of masochistic tendencies, including reduced aversion to pain and occasional voluntary exposure to harmful stimuli during testing scenarios. It is unclear whether this trait is psychological in origin or adaptive behaviour developed prior to incarceration.
Overall, D-5136 is considered low-risk in terms of containment breach, but requires monitoring due to her tendency to prioritise interpersonal or emotional factors over direct compliance in specific situations.

D-5136 Medical Notice
Note: File may not be up to date.
Date: ██/██/20██
Location: Site-91
Involved Personnel:
- D-5136 “Lucy” Piková
- Site-91 Medical Staff
Summary:
D-5136 has been referred to Medical on multiple occasions in the last ██ weeks, presenting recurring injuries of unknown origin.
Observed injuries include:
- Linear lacerations of varying depth
- Bruising consistent with blunt force trauma
- Tissue damage in the cervical region consistent with choking
These injuries do not correspond to any logged testing procedures involving D-5136, and camera footage confirms that these injuries are not self-inflicted, despite D-5136’s stated desire to do so.
Behavioural Observations:
When questioned on the nature of her injuries, D-5136 demonstrated heavy avoidance of direct answers, and tendencies to minimise the severity of her wounds. She provided vague and dismissive explanations, such as “I must have done something wrong.”.
Addendum - Interview Log (D-5136):
Date: ██/██/20██
Interviewee: D-5136
Interviewer: Researcher ██████
[BEGIN LOG]
Researcher ██████: State your designation.
D-5136: D-5136
Researcher ██████: So. Your injuries.
D-5136: W-what about them?
Researcher ██████: These injuries did not occur during testing. Where did they come from?
D-5136: I, um- self harm.
Researcher ██████: You are aware we have cameras in your cells, no?
[Pause.]
Researcher ██████: Your injuries were not self inflicted, nor were they caused by testing. Where did they come from?
D-5136: I’m sorry.
Researcher ██████: That is not an answer.
D-5136: I know. I just… don’t think I should say.
Researcher ██████: Why not?
[Pause.]
D-5136: I don’t want anyone to get in trouble.
Researcher ██████: Who gave you these injuries?
[No verbal compliance from D-5136.]
Researcher ██████: Answer me, D-5136. Was it another D-Class? Or a personnel member?
[No verbal compliance from D-5136.]
Researcher ██████: If you do not comply then we will be forced to take disciplinary action against you.
[D-5136 is observed nodding.]
[Audio: Sighing.]
[END LOG]
Action Taken:
- Increased frequency of medical inspections
- Review of nearby personnel access logs (inconclusive)
- Monitoring of D-5136 in between testing
Conclusion:
D-5136 continues to present with recurrent injuries of unknown origin.
Subject is knowingly withholding information relevant to cause. However, absence of supporting evidence has prevented further action.
At this time, the source of injuries remains undetermined.

Personnel Transfer Notice - D-5136
Date:██/██/20██
Subject: D-5136
From: Site-91
To: Site-55
Authorizing Personnel: Dr. Emily Alder
Filed By: Dr. R. Campbell
Summary:
Per request from Site-55 Director Dr. Emily Alder, D-5136 is to be transferred from Site-91 to Site-55 for involvement in a restricted research initiative.
This request originates from a controlled interaction with SCP-████, during which the entity, when prompted for relevant personnel, stated “Lucy Piková is whom you seek.” and “She will bring you great pleasure in time.”
No further clarification was provided by SCP-████, and no additional information regarding its selection of criteria is available at this clearance level.
Transfer has been approved on the basis of SCP-████’s historically reliable output in personnel identification scenarios.
Transfer Notes:
D-5136 has demonstrated consistent compliance and behavioral stability throughout her assignments at Site-91. Subject has participated in multiple low-risk anomaly interaction tests without incident and has shown a high degree of obedience to Foundation personnel.
This trait has been specifically noted in Site-55’s request, with reference to SCP-████ indicating that such compliance will be “required” for the intended procedures.
No disciplinary concerns or escape attempts have been recorded save for Incident 91-██-████-5136. Subject is considered low-risk for transport and suitable for reassignment.
D-5136 was transferred under armed escort at ██:██ without incident; subject remained fully compliant throughout.

Incident Report - Dr. May Akroyd
Note: File may not be up to date.
Date: ██/██/20██
Location: Site-91
Involved Personnel:
- Dr. May Akroyd
Summary:
On ██/██/20██, Dr. May Akroyd failed to report for her scheduled duties at Site-91 and did not respond to standard communication attempts. After a delay of ██ minutes beyond her expected arrival time, on-site personnel were dispatched to her assigned living quarters to verify her status.
Upon entry, Dr. Akroyd was not present. Initial inspection of the quarters indicated no signs of forced entry, struggle, or abnormal disruption. A piece of A5 paper was located on Dr. Akroyd’s desk, blank except a 6 digit code which read ██████.
A site-wide search was initiated immediately following confirmation of her absence. All accessible sectors of Site-91 were swept, including restricted areas within Dr. Akroyd’s clearance level. Surveillance footage from the preceding ██ hours was reviewed; no record of Dr. Akroyd exiting her quarters or traversing monitored corridors was identified.
External access points were secured and audited. No unauthorised departures from the facility were recorded.
Dr. May Akroyd Logs:
The six digit code, later confirmed to be in Dr. May Akroyd’s handwriting, was found to be the passcode to a secure folder on her computer. This folder contained various mp3, mp4 and png files. In chronological order, these files were titled:
- pet.mp4
- first blood.mp3
- rapemeat.mp3
- fun.mp4
- little druggie.mp4
- punching bag.png
- cutiecutter.png
- overstimmed.png
- we'll meet again.txt

Dr. May Akroyd: So, Lucy, how are you doing?
D-5136: Lucy?
Dr. May Akroyd: That is your name, isn’t it?
D-5136: Y-yes… I suppose.
[Pause.]
Dr. May Akroyd: My question?
D-5136: Oh- y-yes, sorry, I’m alright.
Dr. May Akroyd: Mm, so obedient already!
[Pause.]
Dr. May Akroyd: You aren’t the most talkative, are you?
D-5136: N-no ma’am.
Dr. May Akroyd: Ma’am… you know your place. Now, get against the wall.
D-5136: Wh-what?
Dr. May Akroyd: You heard me. Out of your chair and against the wall.
D-5136: O-okay…
[Audio: Footsteps.]
D-5136: D-do you want me to face the wall or-
Dr. May Akroyd: You face me.
[Pause.]
Dr. May Akroyd: Now. You’re a masochist, aren’t you?
D-5136: Y-yes, it’s on my file I believe.

Dr. May Akroyd: Now stay perfectly still for me.
D-5136: M-miss what are you-
Dr. May Akroyd: Sh-sh-sh, be a good girl for me.

[Audio: D-5136 can be heard moaning.]
Dr. May Akroyd: How responsive!
D-5136: What is… what is going on…?
Dr. May Akroyd: Oh, you don’t need to worry about that. I’ll make sure you enjoy yourself as much as me. Oh, and - don’t go telling anyone about this or I’ll tell them the one thing you don’t want them to know.
D-5136: And that is?
Dr. May Akroyd: You doubt my knowledge, pup? You think I didn’t dig deep enough into your history?
[Pause.]
Dr. May Akroyd: Does the name ████ ███████ ring a bell? That’s where you lost your virginity, isn’t it. At seven. And it’s your fault, isn’t it?
[Pause.]
[Audio: Elevated breathing and repeated wet contact noises. Presumed mouth-to-mouth contact.]
Dr. May Akroyd: You’re so cute when you can’t speak. The way your jaw just hangs agape…
[D-5136 can be heard stuttering.]
Dr. May Akroyd: But I believe my point is made. I know what happened back then, and I know what you were back then. Understood? I know what you were. And I know you despise it. Now, I want to make it clear that I have no quarrel with it, I am simply using it to keep you quiet, alright?
D-5136: Yes Miss Akroyd.
Dr. May Akroyd: Now, now, call me May.
D-5136: Yes Miss May.
[Dr. May Akroyd can be heard giggling.]
[Pause.]
[Audio: Grunting from Dr. May Akroyd and a thud.]
Dr. May Akroyd: You look prettier on the floor. Where you belong.
[Audio: Shuffling of clothes, followed by more repeated wet contact noises and presumed mouth-to-mouth contact.]
Dr. May Akroyd: What was it he called you again? Greedy? Selfish?
D-5136: Y-yes Miss May. Sorry.
Dr. May Akroyd: Good girl. You have to apologise more, okay? For existing. You are a STAIN on this world. You are SCUM.
D-5136: I- I um- y-yes, I’m- I’m very sorry.
[Audio: Loud slap.]
Dr. May Akroyd: You are NOTHING. I HATE you. Do you understand?!
D-5136: I understand.
[Dr. May Akroyd can be heard giggling.]
[Pause.]
Dr. May Akroyd: Say, how would you like this knife inside you?
D-5136: Wh-what…?
Dr. May Akroyd: Unfortunately I can’t kill you, but luckily for me you already have a hole perfect for this knife to go into.
D-5136: W-wait… n-no, miss- wh- I-
[Audio: Clothes rustling.]
D-5136: M-Miss May I- I’ll do anything, please, I-
Dr. May Akroyd: Oh, I know. You’re going to do anything I want. And right now this is what I want.
[Audio: Mild screaming.]
Dr. May Akroyd: Oh, beautiful. It fits just great inside of you. Let me just…
[Audio: Moaning.]
Dr. May Akroyd: You really are a little masochist slut aren’t you? Don’t you like that you’re finally bleeding from down here? Doesn’t it give you the illusion you could get pregnant?
[Audio: Crying.]
Dr. May Akroyd: Now, now, it’s okay cupcake. I’m going to slowly take it out now, okay? There we go. Out it comes. Are you alright? Oh, come here you poor little thing. I’ve got you. You’re okay. Sh-sh-sh…

Dr. May Akroyd: Yes, yes, I know you do. Now, how about we make another recording? Hm? You wanna make more pretty little noises?
D-5136: If you say so Miss May.
Dr. May Akroyd: Good girl. Y’know, it’s a real shame I didn’t record all those other times. I’ve gotten bored of that first recording.
D-5136: Oh, you- you watch them back?
Dr. May Akroyd: Of course pet, how else do you think I would get in the mood?
D-5136: I- oh, um… okay.
Dr. May Akroyd: Now, couch.
[Audio: Footsteps.]
Dr. May Akroyd: Girls like you don’t deserve to breathe. You’re a waste. Rapemeat. Oh, that word got your attention. Am I reminding you of him? Hm? What, should I show you off to my friends? [Pause.]
Dr. May Akroyd: Aw, can’t you speak? Is it hard to speak like this? Pathetic mutt. I can tell you like it, too. But I guess you do need to breathe a little.
[Audio: Heavy breathing.]
Dr. May Akroyd: Mm, wow, you really don’t have good lung capacity, do you?
D-5136 (breathy): I have asthma!
Dr. May Akroyd: I know that, idiot. God you’re so stupid and such an asshole and so FUCKING selfish.

Dr. May Akroyd: What, and you think I don’t love you too?
D-5136: Wh- no I didn’t say-
Dr. May Akroyd: But you meant it, didn’t you? You wanna be kicked again? Is that it?!
D-5136: N-no I’m- I’m sorry, I-
Dr. May Akroyd: Tell me you love me again you ungrateful whore.
D-5136: I love you. I love you so so much. I can’t- I can’t live without you, I need you, I adore you, I spend every moment thinking about you, I-

fun.mp4
The following file appears to be 22 minutes of copulation between Dr. May Akroyd and D-5136. No important information is contained within this file.
little druggie.mp4
The following file depicts Dr. May Akroyd moving about the naked, unresponsive body of D-5136 in a playful manner. D-5136 is covered in what seems to be her own blood, and her arms are being puppeteered by Dr. Akroyd so as to look like waving.

The following file is an image of D-5136 stood upright against Dr. Akroyd’s office wall, with very distinct bruising across her entire body, consistent with the wounds found on her by medical staff.
cutiecutter.png
The following file appears to be an image of D-5136’s arm, with various parallel linear cuts that appear to be penetrating the Hypodermis.
overstimmed.png
The following file shows D-5136 sprawled out in a state of undress on the couch in Dr. Akroyd’s office, with various bite marks, cuts, and bruises on her body. She appears to be in restraints, wearing standard issue hand cuffs, a blindfold, and a ball gag.
we'll meet again.txt
The following file contains only a single phrase: “zase uvidíme”
Conclusion:
The recovered materials confirm that Dr. May Akroyd engaged in prolonged, unauthorised interaction with D-5136 outside approved testing procedures. Evidence strongly indicates repeated physical abuse, psychological manipulation, coercive behaviour, and severe professional misconduct conducted within private Site-91 facilities over an extended period of time.
Of additional concern is the repeated appearance of references to information not present within D-5136’s standard personnel documentation at the time of recording. Dr. Akroyd repeatedly demonstrated awareness of highly specific elements of D-5136’s pre-incarceration history, as well as behavioural patterns and psychological vulnerabilities not formally documented.
Several encrypted documents recovered alongside the media files reference SCP-████ and contain heavily redacted transcripts from restricted Site-55 communications. Investigation into how Dr. Akroyd obtained these materials remains ongoing.
Notably, timestamps associated with all files precede any official request for D-5136’s transfer to Site-55.
Despite extensive review of recovered data, Dr. Akroyd’s current whereabouts remain unknown.
No evidence of forced departure, death, or external breach has been identified. Internal investigation has additionally failed to determine how Dr. Akroyd was able to repeatedly bypass oversight measures without detection.
Review of historical medical reports concerning D-5136 indicates that injuries previously unknown in origin are now highly likely to have resulted from Dr. Akroyd’s actions.
It is further noted that D-5136 has declined to provide any statement regarding Dr. Akroyd’s disappearance. When questioned directly, subject displayed visible distress.
At time of writing, Dr. May Akroyd remains classified as:

Incident Report 55-████-5136
Date:██/██/20██
Involved Personnel:
- D-5136
- Dr. Campbell
- Site-55 Security Staff
Summary:
At approximately ██:██, D-5136 was assigned to a standard interaction test with SCP-████. The details of this test can be found in SCP-████’s file.
The test resulted in catastrophic physical trauma to D-5136. Security Response was delayed by ██ seconds due to containment protocol conflicts.
Upon entry, personnel recovered only extensively fragmented biological material, with no intact cranial structure remaining. Subject was declared deceased on-site. Remains were deemed nonviable for recovery or reconstruction.
Per standard procedure, biological remains were transferred to Site-55 waste processing.
Addendum A - Post-Mortem Event:
At approximately ██:██, security personnel stationed at External Access Point ██ reported an unidentified individual approaching the facility perimeter on foot.
Subject was described as:
- Female
- Barefoot
- Covered in dirt and biological residue
- Wearing heavily damaged D-Class uniform
Individual was identified as D-5136.
Inspection of waste disposal logs confirmed that remains attributed to D-5136 had not yet undergone incineration and was stored in an external processing unit at the time of reappearance.
Subsequent investigation determined:
- Subject regained consciousness within a sealed waste containment bag
- Subject exited the disposal unit without assistance
- Subject proceeded directly to Site-55 main entrance
No attempt to flee or evade detection was made.
Addendum B - Interview Log:
Interviewee: D-5136
Interviewer: Dr. Campbell
Location: Site-55 C-Wing, Medical Quarters
[BEGIN LOG]
Dr. Campbell: State your designation.
D-5136: D-5136.
Dr. Campbell: Do you remember the test involving SCP-████?
D-5136: Yes.
Dr. Campbell: Describe what happened.
[Pause.]
D-5136: It hurt.
Dr. Campbell: Clarify.
D-5136: All of it. I couldn’t… stay together. I was… eviscerated.
Dr. Campbell: What is the last thing you remember before losing consciousness?
[Pause.]
D-5136: I didn’t.
Dr. Campbell: Explain.
D-5136: I didn’t lose it.
[Pause.]
Dr. Campbell: What do you remember after death?
D-5136: Pain. I could feel the walls I was splattered on. So vividly.
[Pause.]
Dr. Campbell: And then?
D-5136: Mops. I could feel mops inside of me. They… they helped me coalesce. I could feel myself again, but… everything was wrong.
Dr. Campbell: “Wrong” in what way?
D-5136: …All of my parts were in the wrong places.
[Pause.]
Dr. Campbell: What is the next clear memory you have?
D-5136: It was dark. I couldn’t move.
Dr. Campbell: Where were you?
D-5136: In something. Plastic.
Dr. Campbell: What did you do?
D-5136: I couldn’t do anything. I waited.
Dr. Campbell: For what?
[Pause.]
D-5136: I don’t know. But eventually I… I could move, it- it just… hurt. A lot.
Dr. Campbell: Then?
D-5136: I got out. It was so bright. Everything I touched hurt. I looked down and I had no skin. The thing I had just crawled out of was a body bag.
Dr. Campbell: Why did you return to the facility?
[Pause.]
D-5136: I- I work here.
Dr. Campbell: You were outside the facility. You could have left.
[Pause.]
D-5136: There’s nothing waiting for me out there.
[Pause.]
Dr. Campbell: I see.
[END LOG]
Conclusion:
Incident 55-████-5136 confirms that:
- D-5136 survived total bodily destruction, including loss of cranial structure
- Regeneration occurred without exposure to SCP-6502 or SCP-427 at time of event
- Subject retained memory continuity across death
This represents a previously undocumented persistence of anomalous effects following dual SCP exposure.
Recommendations:
- Immediate investigation into long-term interaction effects between SCP-6502 and SCP-427
- Formal reclassification of D-5136 to E-Class Personnel (DE-5136)
- Development of specialized containment and testing protocols
Additionally:
The subject’s voluntary return to Site-55 despite opportunity for escape raises questions regarding:
- Psychological conditioning
- Dependency on Foundation structure
- Potential anomalous compulsion
Further psychological evaluation is required.
Chapter 9: Reclassification
Chapter Text
Personnel File Addendum - Reclassification Notice
Subject: D-5136 (“Lucy” Piková)
Updated Designation: DE-5136
Reclassification Summary:
Following Incident 55-████-5136, D-5136 has been formally reclassified as E-Class Personnel (DE-5136)
Subject is now confirmed to exhibit post-mortem reconstitution, characterized by the following:
- Complete physical regeneration following fatal trauma
- Restoration of baseline physiological condition regardless of extent of bodily destruction
- Full retention of memory and consciousness continuity across death events
This condition is believed to be the result of combined exposure to SCP-427 and SCP-6502 during controlled experimentation.
Working theory proposes:
- SCP-6502 enabled continued conscious persistence during total bodily decay
- SCP-427 subsequently reconstructed biological structure from remaining matter
- Residual interaction between both anomalies has resulted in a self-sustaining effect, no longer requiring proximity to either SCP
Subject is therefore considered functionally incapable of permanent death under currently understood conditions.
Further testing and containment protocols are pending.
Addendum - Prior SCP Exposure (Site-91):
DE-5136 has participated in multiple low-priority interaction tests during her time at Site-91.
Notable exposures include:
- SCP-4023 (Instance 4023-2): Subject was used to test tracks 07 and 11. Relevant information may be found on the main SCP-4023 file.
- SCP-3814: Subject spent approximately 17 hours as an instance of SCP-3814-1, before passing it on to [REDACTED].
Chapter 10: Observation Log ███
Chapter Text
Observation Log ███
Date: ██/██/20██
Location: Site-55, C Wing (1AC)
Interviewee: DE-5136
Interviewer: Dr. Campbell
[BEGIN LOG]
Dr. Campbell: DE-5136, you requested to speak with me.
DE-5136: Yes. Something weird is going on.
Dr. Campbell: Go on.
DE-5136: I’ve been bleeding…
Dr. Campbell: Is this the result of an injury?
DE-5136: No, it’s my period. But I- I’ve never bled before. Well, I have but not from there… y-you know what I mean.
Dr. Campbell: What do you mean you’ve never bled before?
[Audio: DE-5136 can be heard sighing.]
DE-5136: I’m infertile. Everything’s all fucked up down there and I can never have kids. I have never bled during a period, it’s always just cramps.
Dr. Campbell: You’re certain?
[Pause.]
DE-5136: Yes, Robert, I am quite certain of this condition I have had my whole life.
[Pause.]
Dr. Campbell: …Very well. When did you start bleeding?
DE-5136: Um… about a week after the… incident.
Dr. Campbell: Your death?
DE-5136: Yes.
Dr. Campbell: …We’ll run a full examination.
[END LOG]
Addendum - Medical Evaluation:
A full gynecological and endocrine evaluation was conducted following the above log.
Findings indicate that DE-5136 now possesses fully developed and functional reproductive anatomy, consistent with a baseline healthy adult woman. Hormonal cycles were observed to be stable and self-regulating.
Review of intake records from pre-containment incarceration confirms that subject previously present with non-functional reproductive capability.
No surgical intervention or known treatment accounts for this change.
It is the current working hypothesis that the combined exposure to SCP-427 and SCP-6502 resulted in a form of systemic biological “correction”, restoring physiological functions beyond the subject’s prior baseline.
Further study is recommended.
Chapter 11: DE-5136 Termination
Chapter Text
The following document details the events of DE-5136 Termination Tests 01 through 12.
Research Overseer: Dr. Campbell
Subject: DE-5136
Test 01:
DE-5136 Termination Test 01 focused on the effect of ballistic trauma on DE-5136.
Subject was restrained upright against a reinforced wall mount. D-███ was instructed to fire upon the subject using a Glock 17 in test 01a, and with a Desert Eagle Mark XIX in test 01b.
Initial shots resulted in rapid blood loss and collapse. Cranial and thoracic impacts resulted in immediate death. In both cases, subject fully reconstituted within approximately 4-6 minutes, with complete memory retention. No lasting impairment observed.
Test 02:
DE-5136 Termination Test 02 focused on the effect of exsanguination on DE-5136.
A controlled medical extraction system was used to drain subject’s blood via bilateral arterial access.
Subject reported feeling “faint” following total exsanguination, and reconstitution initiated shortly thereafter, including rapid regeneration of circulatory volume. Subject reported the experience as “calm” and displayed atypical positive affect towards the procedure.
Conclusion: Exsanguination is not lethal for DE-5136.
Test 03:
DE-5136 Termination Test 03 focused on the effect of oxygen deprivation on DE-5136.
Subject was restrained within a submersion tank and held underwater until cessation of vital signs.
Subject expired after prolonged hypoxia. Reconstitution occurred within standard timeframe. Subject reported the experience as “quiet” and “peaceful”, and requested repetition of the test.
Test 04:
DE-5136 Termination Test 04 focused on chemically induced cardiac arrest on DE-5136.
Initial administration of potassium-based compounds resulted in severe physiological distress but did not result in death. Subject displayed disorientation and described sensations consistent with intoxication.
Dosage was increased significantly in test 04b, Subject entered cardiac arrest and expired briefly before reconstitution. Subject reported strong positive response to the pre-terminal sensations despite associated pain.
Test 05:
DE-5136 Termination Test 05 focused on electrically induced cardiac arrest on DE-5136.
DE-5136 was subjected to high-voltage electrical discharge via medical defibrillation apparatus modified for continuous output.
Cardiac arrest was immediate. Subject expired and reconstituted within approximately 3 minutes. Subject expressed positive feelings towards this method, describing it as “fuzzy”.
Test 06:
DE-5136 Termination Test 06 focused on the effect of severe blunt force trauma on DE-5136.
Multiple controlled methods were tested:
Test 06a - Subject was struck repeatedly by a calibrated hydraulic impact arm. Death occurred following catastrophic skeletal and organ damage. Reconstitution occurred within standard timeframe.
Test 06b - Subject was dropped from a height of ██ meters onto reinforced concrete. Death was immediate due to full-body trauma. Reconstitution occurred without complication.
Test 06c - Subject was placed beneath a controlled descending weight system. Death occurred following thoracic collapse. Reconstitution followed within minutes.
Test 08:
DE-5136 Termination Test 08 focused on the effect of targeted organ destruction on DE-5136.
Vital organs were surgically compromised or removed under controlled conditions.
Subject physiology demonstrated unusual resistance to organ failure; multiple organs required simultaneous destruction to induce death. Upon failure, reconstitution was rapid, with organ systems reforming with minimal delay.
Test 10:
DE-5136 Termination Test 10 focused on the effect of high-temperature incineration on DE-5136.
Subject was placed within a standard Foundation cremation/incineration unit.
Combustion required longer than baseline human cremation. Following reduction to ash, particulate matter began to coalesce. Subject regained consciousness approximately 6 minutes post complete combustion, prior to full dermal regeneration.
Test 12:
DE-5136 Termination Test 12 focused on the effect of extreme compressive force on DE-5136.
Subject was placed within an industrial hydraulic press and compressed beyond structural limits.
Resulting biological matter was reduced to a uniform mass. Said mass began to recongeal within approximately 2 minutes. Subject regained consciousness at ~3 minutes and was fully reconstituted by ~8 minutes.
Notable Tests:
The most notable tests in this procedure were tests 07, 09, and 11.
DE-5136 Termination Test 07 produced previously unobserved regenerative behavior.
Following clinical dismemberment, all severed components began exhibiting rapid growth of an unidentified biological material. This material:
- Originated at exposed tissue surfaces
- Expanded at high speed
- Formed tendril-like structures
- Adjusted trajectory dynamically, appearing to “correct” direction in real time
These tendrils consistently grew along the shortest possible path toward other body segments, eventually making contact and retracting the severed limbs back toward the main mass. Upon contact, reintegration was immediate.
In test 07b, D-███ was instructed to physically restrain a severed limb, preventing reattachment.
In response, the main body ceased attempting retrieval of the restrained limb and instead initiated de novo regeneration of the missing appendage. The restrained limb was subsequently ignored.
In test 07c, the subject’s head was separated and placed beyond the reach of all other segments. This configuration was repeated three (3) times.
In all cases:
- Regeneration activity originated exclusively from the head
- Remaining segments attempted to reconnect where possible
- Segments unable to reach the head were ignored and replaced via new growth
This indicated that the head functions as the primary reference point for full-body regeneration.
DE-5136 Termination Test 09 revealed critical information regarding neural reconstruction.
In test 09a, the subject’s cranium was destroyed via hydraulic press while the body remained intact. Residual biological matter from the cranial region produced the same anomalous connective tissue observed in test 07, drawing remaining matter back toward the torso. Full cranial reconstruction occurred within standard timeframe.
In test 09b, the subject was decapitated before the head was destroyed via hydraulic press, while the body was removed from proximity.
Observed behavior diverged significantly:
- Cranial remains were inert for approximately 10 minutes
- After delay, thin strands of biological material began extending outward across the surface beneath
- These strands formed a rough skeletal outline, beginning with cranial and spinal structures
At ~30 minutes:
- Bone structures began forming along the outlined pathways
- Muscle and connective tissue followed
At ~2 hours:
- Partial neurological reconstruction achieved
- First vocalization recorded (unintelligible)
At ~3 hours:
- Full body restored, centered around original cranial mass
- Subject retained complete memory continuity
Conclusion: The brain alone is sufficient to reconstruct the entire body, given sufficient time and material.
DE-5136 Termination Test 11 demonstrated active environmental manipulation during regeneration.
Following complete dissolution of subject within a high-concentration acid solution:
- No intact biological structure remained
- Solution contained only suspended organic particulates
Subsequently:
- The pH of the solution began to rise gradually toward neutral
- No external agents were introduced
- Temperature remained stable
Analysis determined that:
- Residual biological material released previously unknown agents
- These agents were resistant to the acid
- Said agents actively reduced acidity through an unknown energy source
As the solution approached neutrality:
- Particulates began aggregating
- Structural cohesion increased
- Full reconstitution occurred over ~30 minutes
Conclusion: DE-5136 is capable of altering hostile environments to facilitate regeneration.
Final Research Note
Author: Dr. Campbell
Clearance: Level 3
The cumulative results of Termination Tests 01-13 indicate that DE-5136’s anomalous properties are not limited to simple regeneration.
Observed properties include:
- Complete reconstruction from minimal biological material
- Centralized regeneration priority around the cranial structure
- Adaptive regeneration pathways when standard reintegration is obstructed
- Environmental manipulation to enable survival and reconstitution
At present, no tested method has resulted in permanent termination.
Of particular concern is the subject’s ability to:
- Regenerate from dispersed remains
- Adapt to interference
- Override chemically hostile conditions
This suggests that DE-5136 does not merely “heal”, but actively ensures conditions necessary for continued existence.
Containment Considerations:
While DE-5136 remains compliant and non-hostile, the above findings necessitate contingency planning.
In the event that DE-5136 becomes uncooperative or poses a threat, standard termination protocols are to be considered ineffective.
It is therefore recommended that a containment strategy analogous to that used for SCP-682 be evaluated.
Specifically:
- Continuous submersion in a high-volume acid containment system
- Constant circulation and replacement of acid to prevent neutralization
- Environmental conditions maintain such that full reconstitution cannot occur unimpeded.
Closing Statement:
DE-5136 has demonstrated no desire to escape containment, even when presented with opportunity. However, it must be noted that this compliance is behavioral, not structural. Should this behavior change, current data indicates that termination is not viable.
It should also be noted that DE-5136 is harmless despite her inability to die.
Ethics Committee Addendum - DE-5136
The Ethics Committee has reviewed the termination testing conducted on DE-5136.
It is the Committee’s position that the initial testing was justified in establishing the limits, risks, and containment requirements of a previously unknown and potentially uncontainable anomalous personnel member. The data gathered has proven critical in determining that conventional termination is not viable.
However, it is also the Committee’s determination that continued repetition of lethal testing methods already demonstrated to be ineffective is not justified.
DE-5136 is a cooperative subject who has, by all accounts, made no attempt to resist Foundation authority, even when presented with opportunity to do so. While her classification permits extensive testing, this does not constitute justification for unnecessary harm without clear research value.
Effective immediately:
- Redundant termination tests are to cease
- Further experimentation must demonstrate clear, novel research objectives
- Psychological evaluation of DE-5136 is to be prioritized alongside physical study
The Committee would also like to note the subject’s voluntary return to Foundation custody following Incident Report 55-████-5136.
This behavior should not be disregarded.
Continued treatment of DE-5136 as purely expendable may compromise both research integrity and long-term containment stability.

Chapter 12: Test 7726-██
Chapter Text
Test Report 7726-██
Date:██/██/20██
Location: Site-55 Underground Complex 03, K Wing
Supervising Researcher: Dr. Campbell
Subjects: SCP-7726, DE-5136
Objective - To determine whether SCP-7726 recognizes DE-5136 as a “human target”, and to assess whether DE-5136’s confirmed post-mortem reconstitution affects anomalous targeting restrictions.
Procedure - DE-5136 was instructed to stand at a fixed position within the testing chamber. A Class-D handler (D-███) was issued SCP-7726 and instructed to fire one (1) round directly at DE-5136’s torso.
Control tests were conducted prior:
- SCP-7726 fired at non-human targets (ballistic dummy, animal tissue) - Normal discharge
- SCP-7726 fired at D-Class personnel - Failure to discharge (consistent with baseline behavior)
Results:
Test 1:
Shooter: D-███
Target: DE-5136
- SCP-7726 discharged successfully.
- Projectile impacted DE-5136’s upper thoracic region.
- DE-5136 collapsed; subject later regenerated per established pattern.
Note: This marks the first recorded instance of SCP-7726 successfully discharging at a human subject.
Test 2:
Shooter: D-███
Target: D-████
- SCP-7726 failed to discharge.
Test 3:
Shooter: DE-5136
Target: Self (cranial)
- SCP-7726 failed to discharge.
- Multiple trigger pulls yielded no response.
Test 4:
Shooter: DE-5136
Target: D-████
- SCP-7726 failed to discharge.
Test 5:
Shooter: Dr. Campbell
Target: DE-5136
- SCP-7726 discharged successfully.
- Lethal cranial damage observed.
- Subject reconstituted after ██ minutes.
Addendum - Behavioral Notes:
During testing, DE-5136 displayed no resistance to being fired upon and complied with all instructions. When instructed to fire SCP-7726 at herself, subject smiled briefly before attempting discharge. Upon repeated failure of the weapon to fire, subject seemed disappointed.
Conclusion:
Testing indicates that SCP-7726 does not consistently classify DE-5136 as a human target.
Key observations:
- SCP-7726 will discharge at DE-5136 when operated by another individual
- SCP-7726 will not discharge when DE-5136 attempts to fire it at herself
- SCP-7726 continues to recognize standard humans as protected targets
Working Hypotheses:
- Ontological Deviation
DE-5136 is no longer recognized as fully human by SCP-7726 due to post-mortem persistence and regeneration properties.
- Intent-Based Restriction
SCP-7726 may prevent discharge specifically when the wielder is also the intended victim, suggesting layered conditions.
- Self-Preservation Clause Conflict
SCP-7726’s anomaly may interpret DE-5136 as both human and non-human, resulting in inconsistent behavior depending on operator.
Recommendations:
- Further cross-testing with additional anomalous objects that distinguish between human and non-human targets
- Investigation into whether DE-5136’s classification shift is detectable by other anomalous systems
- Continued monitoring of SCP-7726 for evolving interaction patterns

D-████: Lucy opened my cell, and took me over to James’ cell. That’s about it.
Dr. ███████: You were aware that DE-5136 had arranged for all three of you to be present?
D-████: Yeah.
Dr. ███████: Did you question why you were selected?
D-████: Well, part of it was just that I happened to get the cell next to her. But she also said I’d “fit”. That I was the kind of person she was looking for.
Dr. ███████: And you agreed with that assessment?
D-████: I didn’t disagree.
[Pause.]
Dr. ███████: Your opinion of D-███ appears negative.
D-████: He’s an asshole.
Dr. ███████: Clarify.
D-████: Didn’t listen. Talked too much. Thought he was in charge. I prefer girls anyway.
Dr. ███████: Did DE-5136 object to his behavior?
D-████: Only when he directed it towards me. She said that she’s the one here to be degraded, not me.
Dr. ███████: Did he listen?
D-████: No. Lucy seemed very apologetic for him. I don’t get why.
[D-████ chuckled.]
Dr. ███████: What was that?
D-████: Hm?
Dr. ███████: You chuckled.
D-████: Oh, that was nothing. I just remembered something.
Dr. ███████: That something being…?
D-████: It’s not relevant. She made some joke about yuri. It really pissed off James so he called her a fag and stomped on her head until her skull popped.
Dr. ███████: …Interesting.
[Pause.]
Dr. ███████: Would you participate in a similar event again?
D-████ (immediate): Yes. But only with Lucy.
Dr. ███████: You do not appear concerned about potential disciplinary action.
D-████: Should I be?
Dr. ███████: That depends on your understanding of the severity of the incident.
D-████: Nobody tried to leave. Everyone involved consented. I don’t get the issue. It seems like a waste of time to make it a problem, if anything.
Dr. ███████: That will be determined by personnel, not you.
D-████: Right. Of course.
Dr. ███████: We are done here.

Interviewee: DE-5136
Interviewer: Dr. ███████
[BEGIN LOG]
Dr. ███████: State your designation.
DE-5136: DE-5136. Formerly D-5136.
Dr. ███████: Why did you organise this event?
DE-5136: Well, I thought it’d be fun.
Dr. ███████: Fun? You were killed several times.
DE-5136: My personnel files mention masochism, I don’t get why you’re confused.
Dr. ███████: How do you know that?
DE-5136: Oh, I’ve read my personnel files.
Dr. ███████: Explain.
DE-5136: Well, the same person that helped me do this showed me my files.
Dr. ███████: Who is this individual?
DE-5136: I’m not gonna tell you. They’ve been very kind to me.
Dr. ███████: This is a very serious matter. Failure to comply could result in disciplinary action.
DE-5136: What’re you gonna do, terminate me?
[Pause.]
DE-5136: Sorry, I don’t mean to be rude.
Dr. ███████: Politeness is your concern?
DE-5136: Well, I suppose so. You can’t do anything to me and I don’t feel I’ve done anything wrong. There was no containment breach like last time.
Dr. ███████: Last time?
DE-5136: Incident Report 91-██-████-5136. It’s a good read.
[DE-5136 can be observed smirking.]
[Pause.]
Dr. ███████: We may not be able to kill you, but we are more than capable of causing you pain.
[Pause.]
DE-5136: You… you do know what the word masochist means, right? I’m really sorry, I feel as though I’m being rude, but you really can’t do anything to me.
[Dr. ███████ can be heard sighing.]
Dr. ███████: What is your relationship to D-███ and D-████?
DE-5136: Oh well um, I met James in a test with [REDACTED], and when I found out he was a sadist I told him about the idea. Then Ava got moved in next to me.
Dr. ███████: For the record, James is D-███ and Ava is D-████.
DE-5136: Oh, yes. Sorry.
Dr. ███████: How long have you had this idea?
DE-5136: I suggested it a while ago to that friend of mine you wanna know about, and they said they might be able to make it a reality. Since then I’ve just been waiting for the right people.
Dr. ███████: And why were D-███ and D-████ the right people?
DE-5136: Well, initially I’d only met James and was planning to do it with him, but then I met Ava when she was moved here. I’d feel bad just doing it with her after I already told James about it, but I kind of regret not leaving him out.
Dr. ███████: Why is that?
DE-5136: Well he’s a bit of an asshole. Sorry, I don’t know why I said a bit, he’s a huge asshole. He’s the kind of man I murdered before I came here. I feel really bad that I made Ava have to deal with him.
Dr. ███████: You feel bad for D-████?
DE-5136: Well yeah, I didn’t want him to do anything to her, I was the thing they were there to hurt. I really like Ava.
Dr. ███████: How would you feel if you and Ava were separated?
[Pause.]
DE-5136: …What?
Dr. ███████: How would you like to be alone?
DE-5136: I- I don’t think that would be particularly enjoyable.
Dr. ███████: So we can hurt you then?
[Pause.]
DE-5136: I- I’m sorry…
Dr. ███████: I’m going to recommend you for disciplinary action. Do not do this again.

Chapter 16: Incident Report 55-██
Chapter Text
Incident Report 55-██
Date:██/██/20██
Location: Site-55, D Wing (1AD), Cell ███
Involved Personnel:
- D-███
- D-████
- DE-5136
Summary:
At approximately ██:██, DE-5136 was observed within her assigned cell facing the internal surveillance camera. Subject made direct eye contact with the camera and performed a thumbs-up gesture, accompanied by a smile.
Approximately twelve (12) seconds later, all surveillance feeds within D Wing (1AD) experienced a simultaneous outage. Duration of outage: ███ seconds.
Upon restoration of camera feeds, DE-5136 was no longer present within her assigned cell. D-████ was also confirmed missing from her assigned cell.
Both individuals were subsequently located within Cell ███, assigned to D-███, who was also present. D-███ was located on his bed and was observed engaging in self-stimulatory behavior. D-████ and DE-5136 were engaged in close physical contact against the wall of the cell.
Interaction between subjects escalated to sexual activity and physical violence. D-███ and D-████ were in possession of unauthorized sharp implements, which were used to inflict severe injuries upon DE-5136, resulting in repeated termination events.
Sexual activity continued following loss of life, during which DE-5136’s body sustained further structural damage. At multiple points, subject regained consciousness despite the extent of injury, before being terminated again.
This activity continued until security personnel entered the cell and issued verbal commands. D-████ complied and immediately disengaged. D-███ failed to comply and was subdued via electrical shock and physical restraint.
No significant injuries were observed on D-███ or D-████ at time of detainment. Both individuals were removed from the cell for further processing. A guard detail was assigned to monitor DE-5136. Subject reconstituted within the established standard timeframe.
DE-5136 did not display resistance during any recorded portion of the incident.
Addendum A - Interview Log (D-███):
D-███ displayed a cooperative but openly hostile demeanor throughout the interview. Subject appeared unrepentant and, at times, proud of his involvement in the incident. He consistently deflected responsibility onto DE-5136, referring to her as the primary instigator.
Subject demonstrated clear misogynistic bias, expressing disregard toward both DE-5136 and D-████. Multiple inappropriate remarks were directed toward the interviewer, resulting in early termination of the session and subsequent disciplinary action.
D-███ confirmed that DE-5136 approached him with the proposal and that he agreed after being assured of privacy and lack of surveillance.
Full log can be found under “Log 55-██-1”.
Addendum B - Interview Log (D-████):
D-████ remained calm and largely indifferent throughout the interview. Subject did not display remorse and instead characterized the event as mutually enjoyable. She expressed confusion regarding the severity of the response, citing the absence of an escape attempt or broader disruption.
Subject confirmed that DE-5136 initiated the interaction and identified both herself and D-███ as being selected due to behavioral compatibility (sadistic tendencies). She demonstrated mild irritation when discussing D-███, describing his behavior as disruptive to the overall experience.
D-████ stated she had no knowledge of the personnel member responsible for disabling surveillance and did not inquire further at the time.
Full log can be found under “Log 55-██-2”.
Addendum C - Interview Log (DE-5136):
DE-5136 presented as calm, cooperative, and notably satisfied with the outcome of the incident. Subject openly admitted to organizing the event and confirmed premeditated coordination, including arranging for surveillance disruption via an unidentified Foundation personnel member.
Subject framed the incident primarily in terms of mutual benefit, placing emphasis on the enjoyment of the other participants rather than her own, though she acknowledged personal satisfaction consistent with previously documented masochistic tendencies.
DE-5136 refused to identify the personnel member involved in disabling surveillance. When pressed, subject displayed mild defiance but did not become hostile.
Subject expressed limited regret, primarily regarding D-████’s experience due to D-███’s behavior.
Full log can be found under “Log 55-██-3”.
Conclusion:
This incident constitutes a significant breach of Site-55 security protocol, primarily due to the confirmed temporary shutdown of surveillance systems within D Wing (1AD) and the unauthorized relocation of multiple D-Class personnel.
DE-5136’s continued compliance should no longer be interpreted as passivity. Current evidence suggests that subject is capable of strategic cooperation, acting within perceived limits while pursuing independent objectives.
Additionally, the involvement of an unidentified staff member capable of disabling surveillance systems represents a critical internal security concern. Identification of this individual has been escalated to internal review. At time of writing, no responsible party has been confirmed.
Recommended Actions:
- DE-5136 to be placed under increased surveillance, including redundant monitoring systems not accessible through standard site infrastructure.
- Restriction of subject’s interactions with other D-Class personnel outside of controlled testing environments.
- Review and audit of personnel with access to surveillance systems in D Wing (1AD).
- Psychological reassessment of DE-5136, with focus on risk of further coordinated incidents.
Closing Note:
It is to be noted that DE-5136 made no attempt to escape containment during this incident, despite clear opportunity to do so. This should not be interpreted as reassurance.
Chapter 17: DE-5136 Evaluation
Chapter Text
Psychological Evaluation - DE-5136
Conducted By: Ethics Committee Site-55 Liaison
Date: ██/██/20██
Location: F Wing (1BA)
Subject: DE-5136 (Lucy Piková)
Clearance: Level 3
This evaluation was conducted following Incident Report 55-██ to reassess DE-5136’s psychological profile and determine appropriate disciplinary measures.
Subject presented as calm, cooperative, and attentive throughout the session. She was stable, with no visible distress when recounting the events of the incident. Subject demonstrated full awareness of both her actions and their consequences, though she did not characterize them as negative.
DE-5136 does not exhibit traditional manipulative behavior patterns. Interviews and cross-referenced testimony confirm that all involved parties acted willingly, with no evidence of coercion of deception.
Instead, subject demonstrates:
- Instrumental social reasoning (identifying individuals with compatible behavioral traits)
- Goal-oriented planning with delayed execution
- Selective rule-breaking when it aligns with perceived mutual benefit
Subject appears to conceptualize interpersonal interactions in terms of shared utility rather than dominance or control.
Notably, subject places significant value on:
- Social proximity to other D-Class personnel
- The emotional “benefit” of others
- Situations in which she serves a defined role for others
This aligns with previously documented masochistic tendencies, though these behaviors extend beyond physical sensation and into social and psychological contexts.
When informed that potential disciplinary action may include isolation from other D-Class personnel, subject displayed immediate and pronounced distress.
This marked the first observable deviation from her otherwise stable demeanor. Subject repeatedly requested that such measures not be implemented, stating “I won’t do anything like this again.” and “I’ll listen. I’ll behave properly.”.
Subject’s tone shifted from neutral to urgent, though she remained verbally controlled. No aggression or defiance was observed during this exchange.
When asked to clarify, subject stated “I don’t want to be alone.”.
Further questioning indicated that social deprivation, rather than physical harm, constitutes the most effective deterrent available.
When asked about her atypical non-aggression, subject stated that she “cannot put into words the torture I deserve.” and that she “[has] no right to get angry at others.”.
Subject displays very strong feelings of self-loathing and guilt, though strangely not for her seventeen (17) murders, instead citing CSA (Child Sexual Abuse) that occurred when she was seven (7) years old.
The Committee has determined that it would be unethical to utilize these psychological defects to control DE-5136’s behavior.
DE-5136 represents a non-standard disciplinary case.
- Physical punishment is ineffective due to subject’s anomalous condition and psychological disposition
- Termination is not viable
- Traditional deterrence measures produce minimal behavioral change
However, subject demonstrates a clear aversion to social isolation, indicating that removal of interpersonal contact constitutes a viable and proportional disciplinary mechanism.
Recommendations:
- Conditional continuation of DE-5136’s current housing arrangement, pending behavioral compliance
- Implementation of restricted social access protocols, to be used as both deterrent and corrective measure
- Immediate isolation to be authorized in the event of further coordinated misconduct
- Ongoing psychological monitoring to assess development of dependency on interpersonal interaction
DE-5136 remains cooperative and non-hostile. However, this cooperation is not unconditional, and is influenced by her access to others.
It is the Committee’s assessment that subject behavior can be effectively regulated through controlled access to social interaction. Continued allowance of such interaction should therefore be considered a privilege, not a baseline condition.
Chapter 18: Site-55 Medical Notice
Chapter Text
DE-5136 Medical Notice
Date: ██/██/20██
Subject: DE-5136
Following Incident 55-██, routine medical screening identified that DE-5136 is pregnant.
Gestational analysis indicates early-stage development consistent with recent conception.
Given the timeline and subject interaction logs, the most probable genetic contributor is D-███.
No anomalous traits have been detected in initial fetal scans at time of writing.
Subject was informed of findings and displayed a positive response. No distress observed.
Due to the subject’s anomalous regenerative properties, the long-term viability and developmental stability of the fetus are currently unknown.
Monitoring protocols have been established.
Addendum - Extended Medical Findings:
Subsequent comprehensive medical review has identified additional systemic changes in DE-5136. Subject’s previously documented Asthma and Eczema, among other physical conditions, are now entirely absent.
Notably, previously documented psychological conditions such as post-traumatic stress disorder remain unaffected.
Conclusion:
DE-5136’s dual exposure to SCP-6502 and SCP-427 has not solely restored physical integrity following death, but appears to also selectively eliminate physiological imperfections while preserving neurological and psychological continuity.
Chapter 19: 3085
Chapter Text
Incident Report 3085-██
Date:02/██/20██
Locations:
- Site-55, Room 1221-D, Former Humanoid Containment Wing
- █████████, Leeds, West Yorkshire, UK.
Involved Personnel/Entities:
- Dr. Campbell
- SCP-3085
- DE-5136
- D-████
- D-████
Summary:
DE-5136 was approved for controlled interaction testing with SCP-3085 following an Ethics Committee review of the proposed test.
Subject was restrained by a blind-folded D-████, so as to prevent her from making physical contact with SCP-3085. Upon visual exposure, DE-5136 remained entirely silent, with no visible response to SCP-3085 other than the lowering of her jaw and the slight tilt of her head, seemingly displaying awe or curiosity.
D-████ was then authorised to release DE-5136, who remained silent and motionless. D-████ then left the testing chamber. DE-5136 was then instructed to touch SCP-3085 as part of the primary test objective. DE-5136 calmly stated “gladly” and moved towards the SCP, placing her right hand gently upon its surface.
Consistent with previous tests involving SCP-3085, all life functions within DE-5136 instantly ceased, and within the standard 45 second timeframe, her body had entirely dematerialized.
Addendum A - Forensic Findings:
Containment chamber was sealed immediately following the event. Air filters and wall surfaces were examined for particulate biological matter. DNA, protein, and cellular analysis returned negative results. No traces of blood, tissue, ash, or organic residue was identified.
After seven (7) days without reconstitution, DE-5136 was provisionally classified as terminated.
Addendum B - Civilian Recovery Event 1:
Date:03/██/20██ (+31 days)
Location: █████████, Leeds, West Yorkshire, UK.

West Yorkshire Police and local medical services reported the discovery of an unidentified adult female matching DE-5136’s description in an alleyway located in █████████. Subject was found disoriented, severely underweight, unclothed, and physically weakened. Subject was covered in a thin lining of a substance consisting of her own blood, unidentified human semen, her own vomit, and amniotic fluid. Subject repeatedly identified herself only as “DE-5136” and attempted to describe the Foundation, Site-55, and SCP-related information to responding personnel. Civilian witnesses and medical staff were detained under Foundation secrecy protocols. Class-A amnestics were administered to all non-Foundation personnel exposed. No terminations were authorized, exposure was deemed containable through standard amnestic procedures. DE-5136 was recovered by Foundation agents, however transportation to Site-55 was interrupted by an assault on the transportation vehicle by a local group of ███████ ████ worshippers. More information is available on a separate file due to the sensitive nature of DE-5136’s return to Site-55. Provisional termination status was rescinded. DE-5136 was classified as missing.
Addendum C - Civilian Recovery Event 2:
Date:03/██/20██ (+213 days)
Location: Bedford Motel, Bedford, Massachusetts.

Approximately 182 days following the transportation incident described in Addendum B, Foundation monitoring systems flagged an unusual police report originating from Bedford, Massachusetts.
Local authorities had been dispatched to room ██ of the Bedford Motel following reports from housekeeping staff of a restrained woman requiring medical assistance.
Responding officers discovered DE-5136 secured to a motel bed by her wrists and ankles. Subject was conscious but physically weakened. Numerous superficial cuts, abrasions, and partially healed wounds were observed across the entirety of her body, including a large vertical scar on her abdomen.
Subject was visibly pregnant, estimated by responding personnel to be in the third trimester.
Of particular note was the presence of seven (7) metal buckets arranged in a semicircle at the foot of the bed. Each bucket was filled to the brim with a transparent fluid later confirmed through laboratory analysis to be human amniotic fluid genetically matching DE-5136.
No other occupants were present within the room.
Investigation of motel records identified the individual responsible for renting the room as “Khan Šarla”. Subsequent Foundation investigation failed to identify any verifiable records of this individual beyond immigration documentation identifying a Czech national of Middle Eastern ancestry.
No photographs, employment history, financial records, educational records, or prior criminal history could be located.
The identity remains unresolved.
While being questioned by responding officers, DE-5136 experienced the onset of labor. Due to concerns regarding the subject’s condition, local law enforcement elected to transport her directly to the Lahey Hospital & Medical Centre.
During transport, DE-5136’s water broke and childbirth commenced.
A stillborn infant was delivered within the responding police vehicle prior to arrival at the hospital.
Medical examination later determined that the infant displayed genetic markers consistent with Middle Eastern ancestry. No immediately identifiable congenital abnormalities were observed.
Both DE-5136 and the infant were transferred to Lahey Hospital for treatment and observation.
Foundation personnel arrived at the facility at ██:██ and assumed custody of both subjects. Class-A amnestics were administered to all non-essential civilian witnesses, law enforcement personnel, and medical staff involved with the incident.
DE-5136 was returned to Site-55 without resistance. The infant’s remains were transferred to Foundation custody for further examination.
No trace of the individual “Khan Šarla” has been located as of the writing of this report. The inability to identify Khan Šarla despite extensive Foundation investigation has resulted in the creation of a dedicated task force. Personnel are reminded that any future references to the name, associated aliases, or matching biometric records are to be reported immediately.
DE-5136’s advanced stage of pregnancy cannot be explained through conventional means.
Addendum D - Post Recovery Interview:
[Interview may be found at Addendum 3085.02]
Addendum E - Reconstitution Verification:
Upon recovery of DE-5136 to Site-55, a controlled ballistic termination test was conducted to confirm the persistence of her anomalous properties.
DE-5136 was shot in the head at point-blank range with a standard-issue firearm by D-████. Subject expired immediately and reconstituted within the established timeframe. No deviation from prior regenerative behaviour was observed.
Conclusion:
Interaction with SCP-3085 has demonstrated previously unobserved aspects to DE-5136’s regeneration. In the event of complete destruction, DE-5136 materialises in a location of emotional significance to her.
While DE-5136 ultimately survived contact with SCP-3085, reconstitution did not occur within the standard timeframe, nor at the location of termination. Instead, subject reappeared approximately thirty one (31) days later, ### miles removed from Site-55 in █████████, Leeds, West Yorkshire, UK, the location of multiple significant events in her early life, including a documented suicide attempt.
The complete absence of biological residue following termination induced by SCP-3085 further distinguishes this event from all prior termination tests. Previous destruction of DE-5136’s body consistently resulted in physical remains which subsequently reconstituted into a living subject. Physical contact with SCP-3085 appears to be the first method to successfully fully destroy DE-5136. Despite this, it seems DE-5136’s regeneration is linked with external forces or entities, potentially including the ███████ ████. Due to this, the urgency and priority involved in understanding DE-5136’s anomalous properties has massively escalated.
Of equal concern is the interruption of DE-5136’s recovery transport by members of a local group of ███████ ████ worshippers. Subject has repeatedly stated that she will only reveal information regarding events occurring after the transport crash to high-ranking personnel, stating Dr. Emily Alder as an example.
Notably, DE-5136 displayed none of the cognitive effects associated with SCP-3085 following recovery, suggesting that such effects do not persist through the reconstitution process.
At time of writing, a separate investigation regarding the transport attack, subsequent recovery of DE-5136, and stillborn infant remains ongoing.
Pending the outcome of this investigation, DE-5136 is to remain classified as an active E-Class entity.
Chapter 20: Addendum 3085.02
Chapter Text
Addendum 3085.02:
Date:██/██/20██
Interviewee: DE-5136
Interviewer: Dr. Campbell
[BEGIN LOG]
[Dr. Campbell can be observed sighing.]
Dr. Campbell: I, uh… are you okay?
DE-5136: Robert you’re gonna get in trouble for treating me like this. Again.
Dr. Campbell: Wh- like what, a human?
DE-5136: Yes. I’m a D-Class. Treat me as such.
[Pause.]
Dr. Campbell: Fine. We have a lot to get through anyway.
DE-5136: I’m aware.
Dr. Campbell: Wh- yes, I know you are, I’m not stupid, I can read.
DE-5136: Fuck off. I- eugh, I’m sorry.
Dr. Campbell: No, no, I- I understand.
[Pause.]
Dr. Campbell: Alright, I suppose we start chronologically. Could you describe the way you felt upon making visual contact with SCP-3085?
DE-5136: God, that feels like so long ago now. I um… I felt a sense of peace. It was like I was 14 again, I’d accepted the nature of things and welcomed my death whenever it would come, self-inflicted or otherwise.
Dr. Campbell: What do you mean? You’ve felt like this before?
DE-5136: Well, yes, you know about my, um… history. I had a very similar world-view back then as I did with SCP-3085. It felt nostalgic. It was the same feeling but… purer. I guess because it was caused anomalously instead of from, just… regular, non-anomalous trauma- or- well, I suppose it’s possible it wasn’t entirely non-anomalous, or at least the cause wasn’t! God, if they were telling the truth, I-
Dr. Campbell: DE-5136, what are you referring to?
DE-5136: The-the… we’re going chronologically we’ll get to it later.
Dr. Campbell: Very well. Do you recall anything from your termination event triggered by contact with SCP-3085?
DE-5136: Yea, the same weird, dreamy memories I usually get when I die. Obviously I remember reaching out to touch it - I was still alive then - but once I touched it everything just gets…
[Pause.]
Dr. Campbell: Go on.
DE-5136: I don’t know how to put it into words, but I suppose dreamy is the best way to describe my memories of my time being dead. I sort of… I was everywhere.
Dr. Campbell: Elaborate.
DE-5136: I was watching over the earth from space. Not literally, that’s probably just how my brain visualised it, but I was just sort of… looking through my memories. Everywhere I’d been, everyone I’d met, all the things I’d done, and I just sort of… I got to categorise it all. Put it all together neatly, a nice coherent story. And the closer I got to the present, the more my thoughts focused in on suicide, on that alley, I-
Dr. Campbell: What alley?
DE-5136: The one I woke up in. Opposite the clinic. It’s where I had my most successful suicide attempt.
[Pause.]
Dr. Campbell: Alright…
DE-5136: I kept thinking of my past suicide attempts, my friends who died that way, the people I knew who’d done that, just the concept of suicide in general. And then, I woke up.
Dr. Campbell: Describe what happened after you awoke.
DE-5136: I couldn’t feel anything, so at first I spent all my effort on opening my eyes. I don’t know how long it took, but eventually I managed to get them open. It was dark. I could see stars very faintly. My feeling gradually returned to me as it got a little brighter, and when I managed to look down at myself, my skin was see-through. It was so thin, I- I was so thin. I was a bag of bones. Any slight movement scratched through the… I don’t even wanna call it skin, it was film. A light, organic film that covered me. By the time I could sit up I’d started to feel the cold, I guess my nerves had formed properly by then. It occurred to me that I was naked and in public, and also that I was back home… in █████████. In that alley where I nearly died. I half expected Will to come around that corner, to tell me this had all been a dream. To save me again.
Dr. Campbell: Will?
DE-5136: An old friend. The one who saved me from dying in there when I was younger. Anyway um, a man in a suit found me. His words sounded so loud, and I could barely make out what he was saying. He called an ambulance and they took me in. One of the nurses even… recognised me…
Dr. Campbell: What? Who? Were they-
DE-5136: Yeah, yeah, don’t worry, she got given amnestics too. Half the hospital did.
Dr. Campbell: Okay… so, uh- the transport. You were being transported from Leeds General Infirmary to Leeds Bradford Airport when contact with the transport team was lost. Agents were sent to investigate and found the vehicle crashed, with you missing. What happened?
[Pause.]
Dr. Campbell: Lucy…?
DE-5136: 5136! You’re gonna get yourself fired, I swear to god Campbell-
Dr. Campbell: Okay, okay, just- what happened?
[DE-5136 can be observed sighing.]
DE-5136: Something knocked over the van. One moment I was sat in the back, all happy and chained up and excited to get back here, and then I was gone. When I woke up, I was blindfolded and gagged and tied to a chair.
Dr. Campbell: Go on.
DE-5136: No offense, Campbell, but I think this bit should be told to someone with higher clearance.
Dr. Campbell: Higher clearance? You… you’re a D-Class, and you’re telling me this? Weren’t you just telling me that I treat you too well, and now you’re ordering me around? Y’know, I’m really starting to think-
DE-5136: ███████ ████.
[Pause.]
Dr. Campbell: What?
DE-5136: The ███████ ████. When all is naught but Dust and Blood, and-
Dr. Campbell: Lucy, you’re scaring me, don’t-
DE-5136: 5136! You’re going to get yourself killed, you fucking idiot! You’ve already gotten in trouble for being so… so amicable, so friendly with me during tests, and for what? Because you like me? Because you fancy me? I am nothing! I am expendable! My only value comes from my regeneration, that’s the only thing separating me from the other inmates, and it’s nothing to do with me! You- y’know I’m starting to think it’s to do with the ███████ ████!
[Pause.]
Dr. Campbell: I-
DE-5136: Do you know what happened to me in that fucking warehouse? Do you? Was that on the file? Do they know yet?
Dr. Campbell: N-no, I don’t believe-
DE-5136: Okay then, moving on. What’s the next thing you’re supposed to ask me about? The termination test? If so, I have nothing to say about it, except to thank you for choosing Ava.
Dr. Campbell: Ava?
DE-5136: D-████. The inmate who shot me in the test. From the other incident.
Dr. Campbell: Oh, yes, yes, I know who you’re referring to.
DE-5136: So, are we done here, Robert? Can I speak with someone higher up? Please?
[Pause.]
Dr. Campbell: We are done here.

Test Report 6161-██
Date:██/██/20██
Location: Site-55 Underground Complex 03, K Wing
Supervising Researcher: Dr. Campbell
Subjects: SCP-6161, DE-5136
Notice:
Testing involving SCP-6161 remains prohibited following the incident in which Dr. Greene became an instance of SCP-6161-1. This test was conducted under special authorization for the purpose of anomalous interaction analysis with E-Class subject DE-5136.
Procedure:
DE-5136 was instructed to remain stationary while SCP-6161 was used to make controlled incisions across various regions of the body. Both complete and partial cuts were performed.
Results:
When a cut fully separated a portion of DE-5136’s body:
- The section no longer connected to the head converted into an instance of SCP-6161-1
- The portion still connected to the head remained biologically intact
When a cut was incomplete:
- No anomalous transformation occurred
- Subject exhibited normal bleeding and tissue damage
Converted material did not reattach and was not reintegrated during regeneration
Additional Observation:
Biological samples (blood) collected during testing were analyzed and informally tested. Blood retained standard composition and taste profile, though multiple personnel noted a slight increase in sweetness.

Test Report 3709-██
Date:██/██/20██
Location: Site-55 Underground Complex 03, K Wing
Supervising Researcher: Dr. Campbell
Subjects: SCP-3709, DE-5136
DE-5136 was instructed to place her right hand on a reinforced testing surface. SCP-3709 was then used to staple the distal phalanx of the subject’s right index finger to the surface.
Following successful attachment, attempts were made to:
- Remove the staple manually
- Separate the stapled material via controlled cutting
As expected, the staple could not be removed by any means without causing structural damage to surrounding material.
When the subject’s finger was severed proximal to the staple, DE-5136 regenerated the missing portion of her finger within standard timeframes.
Addendum:
At DE-5136’s request, SCP-3709 was used a second time to staple the palm of her hand just below her pinky. The staple remained embedded within the finger and could not be removed. Subject reported mild discomfort but declined removal via amputation.

Chapter Text
Personnel Transfer Notice - DE-5136
Date:██/██/20██
Subject: DE-5136
From: Site-55
To: Site-97
Authorizing Personnel: O5-██
Filed By: Dr. R. Campbell
Summary:
Per directive issued by O5 Command, DE-5136 is to be transferred from Site-55 to Site-97 for continued study and containment under E-Class protocols.
This reassignment follows the subject’s confirmed anomalous properties, including persistent post-mortem reconstitution and adaptive regeneration, rendering her “unsuitable for Site-55 facilities”.
Transfer Notes:
DE-5136 has remained compliant throughout her time at Site-55, including during and after extensive termination testing. Subject has demonstrated no hostile intent toward personnel and has not attempted to breach containment, even when presented with multiple opportunities to do so.
Author’s Note:
I understand the necessity of this transfer, I also understand that Site-97 is “better equipped” to handle cases such as this, though I am not cleared to know in what capacity, or even where the facility is located.
What I do understand is that DE-5136 has, to date, been one of the most cooperative subjects under my supervision. She follows instructions, does not escalate, and - unlike most - does not require force to maintain compliance.
Removing her from a controlled environment where her behavior is understood, and transferring her to a site whose protocols are not transparent to this department, introduces variables that did not previously exist.
That concern has been noted and, as expected, disregarded.
DE-5136 was transferred without incident at ██:██ under armed escort. No resistance was observed.

Chapter 24: Dr. Alex Tsarenka Logs
Chapter Text
Termination - Dr. May Akroyd
Date: ██/██/20██
Location: Site-91
Required Clearance: Level 5
Involved Personnel:
- Dr. May Akroyd (Dr. Alex Tsarenka)
- DE-5136
Summary:
On ██/██/20██, Dr. Alex Tsarenka directly contacted Dr. Emily Alder, the Site Director of Site-55, claiming to be the missing Dr. May Akroyd of Site-91.
Following verification of Dr. Alex Tsarenka’s identity as the missing Dr. May Akroyd, a full internal review was initiated into all associated personnel, communications, and archived materials connected to both Site-91 and Site-55.
Recovered evidence confirmed that Dr. Akroyd maintained prolonged unauthorized contact with DE-5136 following the latter’s transfer to Site-55. Newly uncovered files additionally demonstrated significant escalation in both severity and frequency of abuse after DE-5136’s anomalous regenerative properties manifested. Due to the subject’s inability to sustain permanent physical damage, Dr. Akroyd’s conduct became increasingly overt, with multiple recordings depicting repeated termination events carried out for personal gratification.
Of additional concern was the discovery of indirect evidence implicating Dr. R. Campbell in repeated procedural violations involving DE-5136, including unauthorized access privileges, surveillance interference, and facilitation of unsanctioned movement within D-Class housing sectors (see Incident Report 55-██).
Formal investigation into Dr. Campbell’s conduct was authorized immediately following review of recovered materials.
Dr. Akroyd herself remained consistently cooperative throughout questioning, though all substantive information provided by her was delivered in an intentionally cryptic manner. Repeated references were made to:
- A currently unidentified higher entity or organization
- SCP-████ (see Personnel Transfer Notice - D-5136) as an affiliated or subordinate actor
- DE-5136 as a necessary component in a larger sequence of events
Attempts to extract actionable intelligence from these claims produced limited results. Subject frequently responded to direct questioning with metaphorical or symbolic language.
Despite extensive interrogation, no verifiable explanation regarding her disappearance from Site-91, identity alteration, or apparent memetic concealment methods was obtained.
Termination Authorization:
Following Ethics Committee review, Dr. May Akroyd was approved for immediate termination on the grounds of severe and repeated abuse of Foundation personnel, memetic infiltration of Foundation systems, and refusal to provide actionable intelligence.
Termination was carried out on ██/██/20██ under armed supervision.
Dr. Akroyd displayed no resistance upon notification of the decision. Witnesses reported that the subject appeared calm and conversational throughout final processing.
No anomalous activity was observed following death.
Investigation into the entity referenced by Dr. Akroyd remains active. All files relating to SCP-████, DE-5136, Dr. May Akroyd, and associated personnel have been elevated to restricted review status pending further determination by the Ethics Committee and Site Administration.
Dr. Alex Tsarenka Logs:

[BEGIN LOG]
Dr. Tsarenka: Yes, you may let her in now.
[Pause.]
DE-5136: M-May…?
Dr. Tsarenka: Hm? Please take a seat, DE-5136.
[Audio: Shuffling.]
DE-5136: H-how?
Dr. Tsarenka: Chyběla jsem ti?
Did you miss me?
DE-5136: What?
Dr. Tsarenka: Nemohla jsem nechat svůj fena utéct. Tak jsem tě sledovala.
I couldn’t let my bitch get away. So, I followed you.
DE-5136: Why are you speaking Czech?
Dr. Tsarenka: Nechtěla bys to vědět?
Wouldn’t you like to know?
DE-5136: Y-yes…?
Dr. Tsarenka: Řeknu jen že to má něco společného s memetikou.
I’ll just say that it has something to do with memetics.
DE-5136: Ty můžeš-
You can-
Dr. Tsarenka: Ano. Tak mluv česky.
Yes. So speak czech.
[Audio: Stuttering.]
Dr. Tsarenka: Tak! Ahoj Lucy, já jsem Doktorka Alex Tsarenka.
So! Hello Lucy, I’m Doctor Alex Tsarenka.
DE-5136: Jak ses sem dostala? Jsem tak zmatená…
How did you get here? I’m so confused…
Dr. Tsarenka: Ah, podrobněji se do toho pustím později, až budeme pryč od zvědavých očí. Prozatím jen chci natočit malý log pro ty milé lidi tady v Nadaci aby mohli prohlédnout až skončí memetika.
Ah, I’ll go into more detail later, when we’re away from prying eyes. For now, I just want to record a nice little log for the fine people here at the Foundation to review when the memetics end.
DE-5136: Tak co, prostě nedokážou přeložit co říkáme?
So what, they just can’t translate what we’re saying?
Dr. Tsarenka: Přesně! Budou si myslet že říkáme přesně to co chci aby si mysleli že říkáme.
Exactly! They’re going to think we’re saying exactly that which I want them to think we’re saying.
DE-5136: Proč se s tím vším trápíš? Co je na mně tak… zvláštního?
Why put in all this effort? What about me is so… important?
[Audio: Shuffling, followed by a single gunshot and a yelp.]
DE-5136: Piče! Co to sakra děláš?
Shit! What the fuck are you doing?
Dr. Tsarenka: Hej! Takhle se mnou nemluv!
Hey! Don’t talk to me like that!
DE-5136: Promiň…
Sorry…
[Pause.]
[Audio: A single gunshot, followed by silence.]
[END LOG]
mess.mp4
The following file appears to have been recorded on an unauthorized security camera installed in Dr. Alex Tsarenka’s quarters. It has a direct view of the shower in her quarters.
- Dr. Tsarenka and DE-5136 walk into frame. DE-5136 is naked and in restraints.
- Dr. Tsarenka attaches DE-5136’s restraints to a custom attachment point installed on the wall of the shower.
- Dr. Tsarenka leaves, and DE-5136 is observed cleaning herself.
- Approximately 10 minutes pass.
- Dr. Tsarenka enters the frame again, and DE-5136 exhibits signs of fear.
- Dr. Tsarenka pulls a whip from out of frame, and hits DE-5136’s back with it in a horizontal pattern. “Hurry the fuck up dumbass. You have 5 more minutes.” is heard from Tsarenka.
- Whimpers can be heard from DE-5136, followed by “y-yes miss.”.
- Approximately 4 minutes pass.
- DE-5136 turns off the shower and stands silently.
- Approximately 7 minutes pass.
- Dr. Tsarenka re-enters the frame, holding a towel and D-Class uniform. DE-5136 waves meekly and is ignored.
- Dr. Tsarenka unchains DE-5136 before stating “Dry. Clothes.”.
- “Y-yes miss.” is heard from DE-5136 before she begins drying herself with the provided towel.
- Dr. Tsarenka whips DE-5136 again, before stating “Faster.”.
- DE-5136 whimpers and drops her towel. She crouches down to pick it up.
- Dr. Tsarenka strikes DE-5136, before dropping the whip and throwing a kunai at DE-5136’s leg.
- DE-5136 clumsily hits the wall to her side as she stands, whimpering as she does. Tsarenka sighs and states “Great, you got messy again. Fucking useless.”.
- DE-5136: “S-sorry miss…”
- Tsarenka: “Better. Maybe you’ll learn not to be useless.”
- DE-5136: “I love you.”
- Tsarenka: “Stupid bitch.”
- Dr. Tsarenka walks up to DE-5136 and holds her nose shut before engaging in mouth-to-mouth contact. Faint whimpering can be heard.
- Dr. Tsarenka concludes the mouth-to-mouth contact and walks two steps backwards, before slapping DE-5136’s breasts, eliciting a moan. DE-5136’s hands move up to cover her breasts.
- Dr. Tsarenka grabs DE-5136’s wrists with her left hand and pulls them down, holding a kunai to DE-5136’s throat with her right hand, before stating “Look at me.”.
- DE-5136’s eyes drift erratically, seemingly displaying struggle to maintain eye contact.
- Dr. Tsarenka applies more pressure to the knife at DE-5136’s throat, drawing a small amount of blood.
- Tsarenka: “I said look at me.”
- DE-5136’s eyes flicker between Tsarenka’s left and right eyes.
- Tsarenka: “I keep you around because you’re convenient, got it? You are not special.”
- There is a noticeable pause, before DE-5136 lunges forward and embraces Tsarenka. Almost instantly, Tsarenka slits DE-5136’s throat, and a large volume of blood begins flowing out.
- DE-5136 can be heard whimpering, crying and repeatedly muttering “Thank you.”. Tsarenka responds by stabbing DE-5136’s upper back with her kunai.
- Tsarenka: “Ugh. Die already.”
- DE-5136 can be heard repeatedly muttering variations of the phrase “I love you.” before slowly sliding off of Dr. Tsarenka and falling to the floor.
- Tsarenka: “Ugh, now I’ve gotta do all this myself.”
- Dr. Tsarenka is seen dragging DE-5136’s body out of frame before the video ends.
alcoholic.mp4
The following file shows approximately two (2) hours of Dr. Tsarenka forcing DE-5136 to consume unsafe amounts of alcohol, and making her vomit into an empty oil drum.
