Fuyumi sneezed when she woke up, she felt exhausted and her entire body hurt. She sighed getting out of bed. “Hey snowflake You okay?” Mirko asked when she walked out of their room. Hawks looked over at her, one of his arms in a cast. “Yes I'm-" Fuyumi was interrupted by a sneeze. Hawks frowned and walked over to her putting the back of his good hand on her forehead “you're burning up” he said worried. “I’ll be fine,” Fuyumi said back, looking away from her partners. “Come on yumi go back to bed” hawks said, annoyed. “I’ll be fine, kigo,” Fuyumi said before Mirko walked over to her.
Mirko picked her up walking back to their room. “Hey *caught* put me down” Fuyumi said before sneezing. Mirko sat her down in their bed. “Now stay here!” Mirko said walking away “keigo take care of Fuyumi” Mirko said before grading her phone. Hawks walked over to their room as Mirko called Fuyumi sick from work.
“i’ll be fine!” Fuyumi yelled, annoyed before she sneezed. “Come on Fuyumi” hawks said grading Fuyumi hand “just rest the world not gonna end just because stay in bed for a day” hawks said smiling. “Alright, I'm going to work You two better not try to injure yourselves” Mirko said before leaving the house. “I'm not hurt, I'm sick!” Fuyumi mumbled under her breath. Hawks laughs “well yumi do You want some tea?” hawks asked, smiling. “.. i can make the tea myself” Fuyumi said as she went to get out of bed.
Hawks sighed watching her “Fuyumi My arm might be broken but I can get it for You” hawks said following her. “You burn toast hawks, I'm not trusting you with tea,” Fuyumi said as she got out the kettle and put water in it. Hawks sigh watching her opening a kitchen cabinet and getting Fuyumi's favorite tea bag. Fuyumi took it from him, putting it in the mug before pouring the hot water in the cup. “Fuyumi want me to make you something to eat?” hawks asked, smiling. “Did I not just say You burnt toast?” Fuyumi asked before coughing. “That was one time!” Hawks said defending himself. Fuyumi sneezed a few times before looking at hawks “your arm is also broken” Fuyumi snapped back with a sniff.
“And you're sick” hawks answered with a smile. Fuyumi grumbled as she drank her tea, “I don't need help,” Fuyumi said as she went to get eggs out of the fridge and some toast. “eggs could upset your stomach," hawks said. “And we're did you hear that from?” Fuyumi asked as she put a pen on the stove. “My own experience," Hawks answered. “Well not everyone is the same,” Fuyumi said as she started to cook her eyes. Hawks let out a sigh “your imposible” he said rolling his eyes. Fuyumi put the eggs on a plate and started making her toast.
Hawks watched her as she put the toast on the plate and walked over to the kitchen table “i think you can eat in our room” hawks said looking at her. “I’m fine,” Fuyumi said as she started eating. Fuyumi ignored him as she ate. Hawks watched leaning his back on the fridge “so are you gonna at list let me wash the plate” hawks asked. Fuyumi groaned “fine,” she said, annoyed as she took a bite of her toast. Fuyumi finished eating hawks Taken her plate and fork as Fuyumi walked over to the closet “hey Fuyumi rest!” Hawks yelled “but I don't want to just sit around!” Fuyumi complained. Hawks let out a sigh “why don't you grade your students' papers?’ hawks asked.
Fuyumi sighs “fine,” she said as she went to grade a folder, setting it down on a table before opening it. She started to grade them well, humming as hawks did his best to clean up the house. Fuyumi put the pen down rubbing her face with her hand. “You okay love?” Hawks asked, walking over “everything hurts,” Fuyumi answered. “Come on, take a bath and then I'll get you some medicine" hawks said, helping her up. “Hawks You don't need to help me” Fuyumi complained as hawks brought her to the bathroom. “Very well I'll be outside if You need me” he said walking out of the bathroom closing the door.
Fuyumi started the shower sighing as she felt her muscles relax. She started to wash her hair before feeling extremely warm and tired. She breathed heavily before turning the shower off. She changed her clothes and walked out of the bathroom walking over to her room. “You okay Fuyumi?” Hawks asked Fuyumi. “Warm” Fuyumi answered as she laid down in bed. “I’ll be back soon, I need to get your medicine" he said before walking away.
Fuyumi let out a sigh before closing her eyes. Fuyumi woke up a few minutes later when she heard the door open. “Fuyumi!” She heard mirko yell walking over to the room opening the door, hawks behind her holding a bag. “I saw hawks on my way home and we got you some flu medicine," she said, going to sit down next to her. Fuyumi set up as they walked over to her.
Hawks put the beg down on the beg side table getting the medicine and give it to Mirko. Mirko opened it and gave Fuyumi two spoons of it. “Now stay in bed, I'll handle everything,” Mirko said before looking at hawks. “what!?” Hawks asked, “watched her,” she said, before walking to the kitchen. Hawks sigh as he sits down on the bed “well Fuyumi i Guess Rumi put us on bed rest” hawks joked as Fuyumi laid back down.
Hawks smiled as Mirko walked over with a try of food, putting it in front of Fuyumi. Fuyumi smiles as she eats hawks and Mirko sit next to her.
