Chapter Text
One was behind a tree seething. Everyone smiling, they had someone in their lives. She was a wilting flower; after all, she lost. They were so close to saving three. They could’ve fixed all of this. But they lost. She even could’ve got put back into the moon if it weren’t for two saying she was harmless. Now, it was just like in the past, everyone having friends, being happy, while she was all alone. Their mouth quivered and tears welled up in her eyes.
“Umm, hey! One was it?” A kind voice from behind her said. It was a bright green leaf peeking out of the tree with a worried face. The blue numbers eyebrows furrowed. “What do you want?” Her tone was aggressive. Leafy’s voice softened a little. “I…i wanted to talk. We’re similar in a lot more ways than you think.” One curled up in a fetal position “How? Its not like you’ve ever been alone before…” the leaf sighed and sat down beside one. “Heh, for a good few years, i was alone. Everyone hated me, wanted me gone. And for awhile, i wanted to be gone. But then, someone…they wanted to be my friend. They loved me and helped me realize i was worth something.”
She offered her hand. “Listen, i know we got off the wrong foot but…i wanna help you. Let me be that someone.” One hesitated for a moment, before taking the leafs hand. They looked to the side. “thank you…” leafy smiled, she helped someone who was alone just like firey did for her. She was ready to help one whenever she could.
