Summary:

Shane finds erotic inspiration in ancient stories - it's not his fault Ilya resembles a cruel and powerful god.

Or: A collection of fantasies Shane has about a godly Ilya having his way with him.

Notes:

This is a silly collection of stories I'm creating as I get back into writing, inspired by conversations I had on this post.

Chapter 1: an eagle with eye sharp-shining

Chapter Text

Father Zeus now deceitfully changed his form, and in his love, before the due season, he flew above River Asopos, the father of a daughter, as an eagle with eye sharp-shining like the bird, as he were now presaging the winged bridal of Aigina. He left the sky, and approaching the bank of the near-flowing river he scanned the naked body of the girl with her lovely hair. For he was not content to see from afar; he wished to come near and examine all the pure white body of the maiden, though he could send that eye so great – such an eye! ranging to infinity all round about, surveying all the universe, yet he thought it not enough to look at one unwedded girl.

— Nonnus, Dionysiaca 7. 210. (Trans W.H.D. Rouse).

It all started after they babysat for the Pike's while Jackie and Hayden went out for date night. Specifically it was Ruby's fault — which, now that Shane thought about it, was a weird way to put it. So not that. But it wasn't Shane's fault either. Probably it was Ilya's fault.

All to say, they were babysitting the Pike children, and Ruby had a new obsession with all things Greek mythology, so Shane and Ilya got to experience a mythologically themed evening. They watched Hercules, which Shane found out later was the eleventh time the kids had watched it that week, and at dinner they got to hear all about Ruby's favourite goddess, Artemis, and how Ruby was going to learn archery to be just like her. Jade said her favorite was Persephone, because she had the prettiest name, which sparked a heated debate between the girls that only broke up once Ilya managed to distract them.

"I don't know much about these gods, which one would I be?"

"Apollo!" Ruby decided. "He's got hair like yours!"

"Uncle Ilya, can you play an instrument?" Jade narrowed her eyes.

"Ah, no, only instrument I play is the hockey stick." Ilya sighed.

"Then he can't be Apollo!"

"Well then who!"

"Uhhhhh…" Jude scrunched her forehead up and stared at Ilya.

"Maybe Zeus?" Shane offered. He didn't know much about Greek mythology either, but everyone knew Zeus.

"Nooo, Uncle Ilya's not old enough to be Zeus."

"He's a kid Zeus!" Ruby said, which finally seemed to have the girls agreeing enough that they could start clearing dinner from the table.

"What is Zeus the god of?" Ilya asked while they were doing the dishes.

"I don't know really, he's just the one I've heard of."

"He's the king of the gods!" Ruby said.

"Ah, so you think I am a king." Ilya smirked at Shane, who blushed.

"Gross!" Jade screamed.

It wasn't long before all of the kids were getting ready for bed. Ilya ended up with the youngest two in the baby room while Shane helped the girls get into bed, then set up to start reading to them. Predictably, they were in the middle of a big kids' book of Greek mythology. Shane flicked it open to the bookmark, and started reading.

There were many more gods than the most powerful twelve. In fact, there were many minor gods of specific places in Greece, including the rivers. One such river god was Aspous. He cared for his rivers with his wife Metope, who herself was a nymph, and their many daughters.

One day, the family were all spread throughout many parts of the river, so far apart that they could not see one another, when Zeus happened to look down from Olympus and catch sight of the family at work. He saw the many daughters of the river god, but was struck by the beauty of one daughter in particular, Aegina. Overwhelmed by this beauty, Zeus took the form of a great eagle and soared down so that he could witness it at a closer distance, but when he got closer, he was overcome with love, and made contact with Aegina. With his mighty claws he carried her through the skies until they reached an island where they could be alone.

Aspous was shocked by the disappearance of his daughter, and chased after the giant eagle. But on the island Aegina had come to love the king of the gods, and did not want to return to the river with her father. When Aspous continued to try and bring his daughter home, Zeus hit him with one of his mighty thunderbolts to protect his new love. Once together, Aegina and Zeus had a son named Aecus, who lived to become a king.

Shane looked up from the book to find both of the girls sleeping, and Ilya standing in the doorway with a smile. The hallway light gave him a golden glow, and between that, his bare arms, his messy hair and his warm smile Shane was left breathless, but he was startled back into the world by the sound of the front door unlocking as Hayden and Jackie got home.

They said hushed goodbyes, then started back home with Shane driving. In the passenger seat, Ilya played with his phone, but when they arrived home he shoved it into his pocked as they got out the car.

"I found the story you read the girls."

"Oh?"

"Mm. Is not a nice story."

Shane didn't say anything. He could have guessed it wasn't actually a story of love at first sight.

"This Zeus did turn into an eagle, but he kidnapped that girl and took her to an island where he, ah, had his way with her. Her father tried to save her but Zeus half-killed him with thunder or something."

"That is what Zeus is the god of."

"That's the boring part. You think I am like this Zeus?"

"That's not what —"

"I am shocked! You think I would do this?"

Shane unlocked the door and Ilya crowded him through it, then backed Shane into the opposing wall.

"You think I would see something beautiful and decide I have to have it no matter what?" Ilya ducked his head and kissed Shane's neck between words.

Shane for his part couldn't get himself to say anything. He felt trapped, and he couldn't get the image of golden Ilya out of his head.

"That I would capture it? That I would have my way with her?" Ilya bit his neck.

"Yeah?"

"So you think I would turn into big bird?"

And Shane knew he was joking, but for a second he could see eagle Ilya, huge and regal with a sharp beak and sharper talons and predatory eyes trained on him.

Ilya laughed and slid his hands down to Shane's thighs and hoisted him into the air.

"Okay, if you want I will make bird noises."

He started cawing as he carried Shane to bed, which gave Shane enough time to join in laughing about it.

They were both tired from playing with the kids, so the most they got to was Ilya holding himself over Shane, stroking himself over his chest while Shane rutted against Ilya's thigh. Neither of them brought up the story again, and it didn't take long for Shane to slip into exhausted post-orgasm sleep.

It was a beautiful day. The sky above him was bright, and the sun warmed his skin, while the river which he stood in cooled his feet. It flowed gently around his ankles, and he watched the blue of the water and the gray rocks beneath his feet. It was a beautiful day, and Shane felt peaceful. He knew that his father was nearby, working on something, but there was nothing for Shane himself to do or think about beyond the water.

He stripped out of his peplos and waded deeper into he river, enjoying the sensation of it rising up his thighs, until it reached mid way up his torso. He took his time washing himself, raising the water in cupped hands to let it fall over his shoulders.

A shadow appeared on the river, sweeping through and gone just as quickly. He glanced up to try to spot what had blocked out the sun for that moment, but the sky was clear again. Just as he looked back down, the shadow appeared again.

Shane's head snapped up. Suddenly he was overwhelmed with fear: something was here. He tried to step out of the river, but found his feet glued in place. He tried to call out to his father, but found his voice did not work. He stared at his feet, desperately willing them to break free of whatever curse they were under, when the shadow came a third time.

This time it remained in place when Shane looked up, long enough for Shane to make momentary eye contact with two bright eyes before something sharp and strong grabbed both of his shoulders and lifted him into the sky.

At once he was high in the air, far, far above the ground. He watched the river fade into the distance, saw his father working further down it none the wiser to his son's abduction. He was in the clouds. Shane chanced a look at both of his shoulders to see what thing had captured him, and found two taloned bird's feet, larger than any he had seen before. At that realisation he finally noticed the sound of flapping bird wings above him. The force of the wind from the speed at which they were flying made it impossible for him to turn himself enough to see the rest of the creature's body, and no amount of tossing or turning had any affect on its aggressive grip. Each time he moved the talons became tighter until they were pressing into his skin, and Shane was sure they had pierced him.

There was nothing left for him to do but wait for the bird to do its will.

Some time later, as time seemed strange and unplaceable when all he could do was watch the clouds move and feel talons in his skin, the creature began its descent. Shane tried to look around and see where he was, but by this time the sky had darkened, and he was tired, so he did not realise they were near the ground until the bird released him. He fell the final three feet onto a bed of grass and crumpled to the ground. He tried to pull himself up, to clear his eyes and ready himself for a fight, but his eyes could not focus on the form in front of him, which must have been his abductor.

At first the creature seemed to truly be a bird, a massive eagle standing upright with its wings spread far apart. But when Shane blinked again, the creature now appeared thinner and taller, its wings shrinking down. When he rubbed his eyes, hoping to finally see clearly, he was greeted with the sight of a tall nude man with the same eyes as the eagle. His body looked like the work of a sculptor, broad shoulders and defined muscles, golden skin and curly hair, and the line of his hips that lead one's eyes to his large erect cock — so maybe not like a sculptor at all. Built like a work of art with the sexual appetite of something else, what was this creature?

"Are you a god?"

The creature's face broke into a cruel smile.

"He speaks!"

Shane continued to try and lift himself up. His body was sore from the journey, and the creature — the man — in front of him was not aiding in the steadiness of his legs.

"A smart mortal, are you?"

Shane swallowed. So this creature — this man, he was no man at all, he was a god. Just as soon as he had managed to stand, Shane went back down to his knees. He did not know which god this was, but he knew it was better to lead with respect in the case of a godly abduction.

The god stepped forward until he was right in front of Shane. His hard cock bobbed in front of his face, and Shane shifted his eyes to the floor and tried to ignore the saliva filling his mouth. It was natural to have this response, his mind argued, a god is a divine being, far greater than any mortal, of course your body is desperate for it in one way or another.

But the god did not speak again, so Shane chanced a question.

"Why have you taken me, O divine one?"

The god gripped him by the chin and forced his eyes up to meet his own.

"Because I saw you in that river, and I knew I had to have you." The god grinned and rubbed a finger over Shane's cheek. "You are the most beautiful mortal I have ever seen, and I need to make you mine."

Shane shuddered at the words.

"But my family —" The god cut him off with a finger to his lips.

"Your family does not matter now. I have got you, and now you are mine."

The finger pressing Shane's lips together now slipped inside and forced them apart. The god jerked Shane's head back down, and used his other hand to press his cock into Shane's mouth.

The taste was divine. Shane had heard of ambrosia and nectar, the food and drink of the gods, and he wondered what marvelous flavour those had if they left the rest of a god's body to taste so wonderful.

The god moved his hands to the back of Shane's head, and began thrusting into his mouth. When he hit the back of Shane's throat, Shane gagged and tried to pull himself off to catch a breath, but the god kept his head in place and continued thrusting.

Shane realised, at last, that the god would not listen to him. The god wanted him, the god had him, and the god would take what he desired from him. Shane only need give it.

Shane let himself melt into the assault, his arms hanging loose at his sides, the wet feeling of saliva and maybe the god's seed slipping from his lips, down his chin. Vaguely he could hear the sounds he was making: wet and gagging, but also whimpering.

The god pulled him off roughly, and pushed Shane onto the ground behind him. Shane fell and sat up by his elbows. The god grinned down and him, and Shane realised what was next.

"Please — please don't."

The god ignored him and moved forward.

"I can't, I've never done that, please, I won't be able to take it." Shane begged.

Once more this did nothing to deter the god, who went down to his knees in front of Shane. Shane snapped his legs together, but the god simply grasped his knees and pushed his legs apart. He crawled forward until he could hold down the knees with his own legs, then used his now free hands to hold Shane down by the wrists.

"Do you want to know my name?" The god leant down so his mouth was on Shane's ear. "I am Zeus."

Shane cried out — he didn't know what feeling it was of, fear or something else.

"Will you obey me now?"

"Yes."

Zeus shifted off of Shane's legs, and Shane raised his knees to give room for Zeus between them. Zeus released one of Shane's hands to guide himself into Shane's hole. He wanted to protest, to beg for a moment to ready himself, but he knew better now, and by some divine power it did not matter. For all his great size, Zeus slid into Shane with only a harsh stretch, and Shane felt something slick pour out of his hole as he entered.

Zeus began to snap his hips into Shane, loudly groaning with each hit. Despite the divine intervention, Shane still felt as though he was being split in half as Zeus pressed deeper and deeper inside of him.

"I have another name" Zeus grunted, and used one hand to hold Shane's face in place so that he knew to keep his eyes on him. "My lovers call me Ilya."

He thrust once more into him, and Shane could feel Ilya pulsing as he spilled his seed inside of Shane.

Shane moaned and clenched around Ilya's cock, which was still buried so deep inside of him. He knew that he was about to come, about to orgasm just from Ilya's cock spilling inside of him, his pleasure building and cresting —

Shane's alarm went off at 5:00am, like it did every day. Ilya was in bed next to him, turned away with his shoulders rising and falling with his breath. He had gotten used to sleeping right through Shane's alarm, which meant that he didn't witness Shane's disorientation, or his erection, or Shane hurrying into the bathroom or even the sound of Shane getting into the shower and getting himself off.

Notes:

Additional content warnings: Shane learns about stories of mythological rapes and dreams them into sexual fantasies, in such all of these stories are dubious consent, consensual-non-consent, and/or rape fantasies. Specifically, Shane dreams that he is abducted and raped by Zeus/Ilya. He repeatedly says no which Zeus/Ilya ignores. However, this is Shane's dream fantasy and he is very, very happy to be there.
