Basically Miko is aware that she's in a cartoon show and kind of a badly-written representation of the viewers. She also has a paperback copy of the script for the Transformers Prime show.
However, Miko's kind of bored. She already knows how the story ends, so how about she writes it herself?
So Miko sets about altering the story to make it more fun. Maybe better, maybe worse, maybe Cliffjumper lives, maybe Breakdown lives, maybe Megatron gets a pan thrown at his head, maybe Airachnid gets spray painted yellow, anything goes. As long as it's chaotic.
No one else knows about the script. Miko can make passing references to it, but whenever she shows it to someone else or tells someone about it directly, she time loops back to episode one. She really doesn't like doing things all over again, so Miko stops talking about it except to warn people of stuff happening but being incredibly vague about it.
As time goes by, the others start to understand that Miko knows more than she lets on even if she can't explain it, so even if they don't understand everything, they listen when Miko tells them about things.
And someone finds the script that Miko left lying around because apparently if they find it when she's not explicitly trying to show them, the time loop doesn't get triggered.
So now there's more people in the loop with Miko now breaking the fourth wall.
There may be a few mental breakdowns along the way because what do you mean all this pain and suffering and war was just for a children's cartoon?!
But hey, what's a story without some good angst?
