Teacher Izuku finally moving in with Katsuki, after the pro hero begged him for weeks –because Bakugo Katsuki is an idiot in love, and a master yearner– although they're not dating yet.
It's not Katsuki's fault really, he's not subtle at all; after the war, he realized he was in love with Izuku and decided to embrace those feelings and act on them with an aggressive passion and dedication like he does all the things he truly wants.
Because Katsuki doesn't do things by halves.
The problem is that Izuku is oblivious and in denial, because he's still dealing with a lot of stuff despite getting used to being quirkless again.
So they're roommates now, and Katsuki is both suffering and having the best time of his life because he can be close to Izuku.
He suffers because it's getting more and more difficult to keep his hands to himself now that Izuku is there all the time and acting cute and adorable, like he always does.
The problem is that it's not enough to have him close now, that's why, after a few days of torture, he decides to sneak into Izuku's room after a late night patrol, and cuddle him to sleep.
The first few times, Izuku accepts his ridiculous excuse: he was so tired he mistook Izuku's room with his.
But it keeps happening, and not only that, it gets really difficult for Izuku to get off the bed in the morning because Katsuki has an iron grip around his waist, even in his sleep.
Then, having the pro hero wrapped around him most nights starts making Izuku feel flustered, and it's enough for him to realize he has a huge crush on his childhood friend.
In order to avoid embarrassment, Izuku decides to stay awake one of those days; he's lying on the mattress, and waits for Katsuki to come back home.
This time he's ready, and when the blond pro hero is about to lie next to him, Izuku reminds him he's in the wrong room.
However, Katsuki begs him to let him sleep next to him anyway, so Izuku has no other choice but to scoot over.
When the pro hero joins him, he immediately cuddles and pulls Izuku closer to him, and he finally confesses his feelings for him.
He tells him everything he's been hiding in his heart, cradling Izuku’s face as he keeps saying how much he loves him.
Instead of answering, Izuku kisses him, and they stay awake the rest of the night.
Turns out, Katsuki wasn't that tired after all.
They move in the same room the next day, after a week they announce their relationship on social media.
Katsuki proposes three months later because he's been waiting years for this moment, and his patience has a limit.
They get married in autumn of that year and always thank the universe Katsuki decided to sneak in Izuku's bedroom that night.
