Summary
Sidious discovers that Kenobi has been hiding on Tatooine and sends Inquisitors to deal with him. Obi-Wan manages to get a coded message sent [he believes] to Ahsoka Tano before he is killed. This message is flagged and intercepted by Darth Vader--the only other one to have this code programmed for recognition. He discovers that he has nine year old children---children whom Sidious knows nothing of.
Vader intends to keep it that way and sends Firmus Piett to retrieve Luke from Tatooine. He has a different plan in mind to hide his son and Bail Organa is going to help him.
And so things unfold from there in this AU of our Star Wars saga....
