I am doing this to put the whole “but she didn’t mean to kill him” to rest because I don’t believe anyone can actually make that statement without first being full informed. So I am going to attempt to fully inform you, to the best of my medical abilities, and then I don’t ever have to see that comment on my dash ever again until the new series airs and we finally find out the truth of intents and what not.

Summary
Meta series that explores Greek tragic themes in BBC Sherlock and how Nietzsche's ideas of Eternal Reccurance of the Same and the Übermensch relate to and support these themes. Begins with a discussion of prophecy as it functions in the text of the show. Identifies Jim Moriarty as funtioning as both prophet and god. Goes on to explain how the overarching parallels between episodes also funtion as prophecy through the use of Eternal Reccurance of the Same. Still a WIP. Further concepts to be explored include knowing vs not-knowing, the übermensch, hubris, will to power, overcoming the übermensch.

Sherlock left a note for John before they went to visit Magnussen. Perception is a funny thing.
Excerpt:
“You were the dreamer, John,” Sherlock murmured as he tapped out his answer: Come tonight. SH. He hit send. The words flew away and the screen went dark. “Now I've become one.”
