Only it has been 11 months since Bilbo left the Shire with these dwarves, including Gloin so how can he be happy that is wife is pregnant when it cant be his child?

“My birthday’s September twenty-second. We’re exactly a month apart.” Bilbo had grinned at him so widely then that Thorin barely registered the implication of what he’d said.
“Yours has passed too,” he frowned when he realized. “We shall have to do something for next year.”
“Next year? You’d… want me to stay through next September?” And the hope that Thorin knew Bilbo was trying to smother shone so clearly on his face that he’d wanted to throw all caution to the wind and show him exactly how close he wanted him to stay.

“It’s got such a presence to it, even from a distance,” Bilbo says softly, and there’s a general murmur of awed agreement from the others. “Why, in all my fifty years, I never thought I’d see such a thing, and we haven’t even arrived yet!”
Thorin’s sword hits the ground with a clatter, and Balin chokes on his pipe.
The hobbit doesn’t look at Thorin, too busy thumping Balin on the back. Once the dwarf seems able to breathe again, he looks up, to find thirteen wide pairs of eyes fixed on him.
“What?” he says defensively, though he’s not sure what he’s defending.
“You’re how old?” Kíli squeaks.
Bilbo frowns at the young dwarf. “I’m fifty years old. Well, fifty-one, come springtime. Though it is not very polite to ask someone their age so bluntly,” he tells him primly.
Fíli makes a choked sound, and Nori lets out a vicious string of swears in Khuzdul.

"All it takes is pretty socks to get you this worked up?" Thorin teased, his breath hot against the shell of Bilbo's ear. His lips wrapped around the sensitive tip and he tugged at Bilbo's scalp. "Pathetic."
Bilbo's hips were sloppy as he humped Thorin. He keened and gasped, "W-Wait, Thorin!"
Thorin growled, "Don't you dare cum, Bilbo Baggins." His hand flew to still the alpha's hips with a strong grip. "Do not waste a single drop of your seed or I swear you'll see Mahal when I'm done with you."
