Xiao Xingchen stares. A-Qing gapes.
Xue Yang grins.
“Daozhang!” he exclaims, rising to his feet. “What a surprise! And Little Not-blind-anymore! And… You,” he says, barely acknowledging Song Lan’s presence.
“Xue Yang,” Xiao Xingchen replies, as he can think of nothing else to say.
“Well, Xiao Xingchen, I can see that you have managed to find an eye on your travels. Congratulations! As you can see, I have, unfortunately, managed to misplace one, but it turns out living with only one isn’t much harder than living with two. And it’s certainly better than living with none, am I right? Do you want something to eat? Or some tea? My treat!”
“You don’t want to eat with him, do you?” Song Lan asks when Xue Yang disappears to make an order.

Mydei opens his eyes. He doesn't want to, not really — unless it's a fight, he's sure that Aglaea has the capability to handle things herself — and blearily looks towards two heads of snow white.

Two?
Mydei blinks, focusing his gaze on the shorter boy who stands by Phainon's side. The same white hair and blue eyes stare back at him, though this one is coloured fabrics that should be considered an abomination to humankind, and comes up to Phainon's waist.
If his eyes are not deceiving him, he'd think that he's looking at a younger version of Phainon.
A mishap at Oronyx's temple causes Phainon to attain a younger version of himself. Mydei's maternal instincts kick in.

“You drive me crazy, Tongari,” Nick whispered, eyes searching Vash’s face for something, for permission, for a reflection of his own desire that was eating him from the inside out.
Vash’s smile was crooked now, somehow open and inscrutable at the same time. “What are you going to do about it?”
Nick swallowed, the tension between them as palpable as the new sunlight warming his damp shoulders. Vash was so beautiful. He was everything and he was impossible, this was impossible—
