Jay was loud, brash, impulsive and sleezy as all hell. He was just the type of asshole Carlos couldn't stand. And yet he seemed to be dead set on bothering him as much as possible. If he could just convince the Agrabian boy to leave him alone, he would be golden. Too bad Mal's no help.
