      as for the whole Christian d-structs thing: it was mainly a joke, I don't headcanon any religions onto any characters, but it'd be interesting if it was in a more humanised AU!

        Speaking of, I have been doing some theory crafting of my own of a Humanized Dinotrux. I really do quite like the concept, but world building what's supposed to be translated from a clan based, non-existent infrastructure, feud-rampant, civil-less prehistoric world to a modern 200X-era, human dominated, society-present, internet-present town is a little more than tricky. Explaining the origins of relationships would have to be considerably different even. Though I'd have much more to write about it, I could publish it as a work once I find it in an acceptable state.

        Neat little story also. I could imagine D-Structs still stealing from random trux anyway to fuel his ego (and his stomach) while Skrap-It tries to imitate the ore finding instructions to no avail, maybe even staging a fake ore vein discovery to try and impress D-Structs or something.

          Yeah, turning a story about a bunch of massive, metal dinosaur-machinery hybrids who eat rocks and fight each other is definitely challenging to turn into a more modern, humanised story. But if you do end up publishing any sort of story on it, I'd definitely be intrigued!

          And D-Structs would absolutely continue stealing ore from trux — it's quicker than finding his own, strokes his ego, and makes sure the trux in the crater continue to fear him. And Skrap-It? He'd...*try* reading the instructions, but, sadly, I don't think he really has the mental capacity for anything other than scrap. (He would totally try faking something to impress D-Structs though)
