Why are these .doc files? This had me confused for a moment.
The wording is clearer than it was last time and I like how many of the suggestions from user comments were taken into account. I'm not sure I'm comfortable with where you draw the line for allowed/not-allowed. I'd have preferred a even narrower scope for non-ficiton, but that decision was made already anyway. As long as I can filter the non-fiction stuff out easily, I'll be okay.
Will the TOS change be announced more widely via a banner or e-mail message?
Also any idea when the category implementation will actually be viable? Because this still sounds like this is going to be a mess.
