Summary
“I saw it. I saw it in the future— I was there.” Karl ran a trembling hand through his brown hair. His eyes darted around the cottage interior as his chest heaved. “I was there, Techno. I saw it all. I saw the deaths, I saw the killings, I saw you. I—” His eyes settled on Techno. His pupils were dilated infinitely.
“Technoblade.” He spoke like a man possessed, “The first to land on the beaches of L’Manberg shall be the first to die.”
Obsession takes a hold of Technoblade after Karl Jacobs delivers a prophecy that puts his best friend in mortal danger.[inspired by Technoblade's March 6th stream and the legend of Protesilaus]

Could he ever be friends with this man or are they to be enemies in every reality? Are they destined to meet on opposite ends of every battlefield? Are they always to charge at each other, teeth gritted into bloodthirsty smiles, their swords connected through a ribbon of fate?
After a day of drifting on the Arctic Ocean in a dinghy with his sworn enemy, Captain Technoblade sees a sight which provokes intense and unusual feelings within him.

Summary
Phil stands on the grass for a few moments, looking up at the cottage’s highest-up window expectantly. Behind it, the sky is painted a picturesque blue. The world stands still as he waits; the clouds inching by at the pace of a snail. And then, like a bear emerging from its cave after a long hibernation, Techno peeks his head out from the window, squinting tiredly with a fantastic bedhead, before finding Phil’s gaze and smiling at him.
That smile makes Phil feel warmer than a thousand summer suns ever could. Out of all the delights spring brings, the return of his best friend is the greatest.
Phil and Technoblade embrace the warm weather and all the fun that comes with it.
