Summary
Things had a tenancy to disappear around the dream smp, that was nothing new. However it was always odd when things that could be easily gotten would vanish, or when they'd hear what almost sounded like small footsteps running along countertops in late hours of the night.
It was a mystery that had remained unsolved until a night, when after the strange occurrence had stopped, had suddenly began again, and things were resolved. At least for a few people, that is.
And maybe, it could lead to a new beginning for some who thought certain bridges had long since burnt.

Summary

Years in a little house in the woods with a caring family, only for it to be ruined when he gets found out by a monster hunter and he is forced to leave his home for a life on the run to protect the ones he loves.

Summary
Robots and AI, really any big technological advancements, had become a true reality years before Tommy was ever born. With robots, he would see ones that could clean and others that monitored streets and stores. They were typical, something that anybody could find or get a hold of at this point. Hell, some people had jobs where they practically upload their consciousness into the online world, and then return for dinner without ever having to leave their apartment. It was truly amazing. Like most good things though, it had a dark side to it too, as he would soon find out.

Okay, so maybe running away and hiding out under the house he found in the tundra was... not the smartest thing in the world. But if you asked Tommy, he'd say life was actually pretty good there! Sure, he had to hide from the people who lived there, and it was super cold, and he had to try not to die when he ended up venturing into the house for food, but it was good! He had a cozy burrow just beneath the fireplace and he could leave any time he wanted.
All he had to do, was not get caught.
