Summary
"You are just fucking shitting me." Growls Jon Snow – aka Balerion Targeryan, son of Rhaegar Targeryan and Lyanna Stark – as he recognized the gray stone ceiling of his old bedroom at Winterfell. Which had been destroyed in the Long Night, around the same time Jon was being burned alive by Daenerys's undead dragon. "It's okay, Snow. Breathe. One two three in four five six seven out."
Everything is fine. He is fine. He's definitely not having a meltdown. Everything is perfectly fine, thank you. It was just a really, really bad dream.
But then one of the fortress maids knocks on the door and tells him to prepare for the arrival of the royal entourage.
And the only thing Jon says is a loud and sincere, from the bottom of his heart – oh, fuck.
•••
So... They accidentally go back in time to the day when everything went to fiery hell in a handheld basket.
And the one thing they all completely agree on, without discussion, is: not fucking again.
•••
Or the one where the Starks are totally made up of everyone else's collective bullshit, and happily set fate on fire simply because they're a very, very, very petty pack, thank you very much.

Summary
When Lucerys plummeted from Arrax's saddle - more like his dragon flung him out when Vhagar snapped up Arrax in an attempt to save him from death in the mouth of the Queen of All Dragons - he does not fall to die in the sea.
Oh no, Lucerys falls, yes. But he doesn't die, and he doesn't land in the water.
•••
Or the one where, by a miracle, Lucerys survives the chase over Storms' End. The problem is, he somehow ends up nearly two hundred years in the future, amidst the unforgiving cold of the Land Beyond the Wall.
Luckily, he bumped into Jon Snow and his wildling friends.

Summary
The man is huge, almost bigger than Jon's father. His eyes are golden as Lannister gold with vertical black pupils like Jeyne's cat, and he has a pair of swords on his back, pommels peeking out above the icebear skin he wears on his shoulders.
"Are you absolutely sure of that, ma'am? Once I take him away, your lord husband will not be able to claim him back." The man asks, looking between Lady Stark and Jon with furrowed brows. "He may be a bastard, but he certainly can be sent to the Wall when he's older. It's so much better than the life that my brothers and I lead."
"We can't have him any longer, witcher. Take the boy or not, I'm getting rid of him today." Answers Lady Stark, cold as the snow outside, and Jon shivers.
The man, the witcher, sighs deeply and nods.
"Let it be in your head then, ma'am." He says, crouching down to Jon's height and smiling sadly at him. "Hi, kid. I'm Fenris of the Wolf School. What's your name?"
•••
Or the one where, when Ned is out fighting in the Greyjoy Rebellion, Catelyn hands Jon over to a passing witcher.
As unbelievable as it sounds, it's the best thing that's ever happened to him.

Summary
Jon's wings are strange. They are not raven's like Lord Stark's and Arya's, or osprey's like Robb's, Bran's, and Rickon's, a Tully heritage that neither Lady Catelyn nor Sansa had.
Jon's wings are snow-white scaled leather, with a movable bone claw like a thumb on the joint, much like bat wings.
Like dragon wings.
And when King Robert's letter comes to the North, Ned Stark has to make a decision – either he sends Jon to rot at the Wall, or...
Or he tell the truth to his nephew and sends him to his relatives in Essos.
°°°
Or the one where – almost – everyone has bird wings, except for the Targaryens – whose wings are dragon's.
That explains a lot about Jon's existence, actually.
