Batman tells Red Robin that if Young Justice are breaking away from the Titans officially, they need more positive press. As in, do not destory buildings, do not maim people and most importantly, keep a professional image. However, that was context which Red Robin did not understand and took that as "do some press as a team."
He goes to Buzzfeed.

Summary
It seems that Young Justice's video was the floodgates opening as popular heroes post videos and create Twitter accounts, diving headfirst into the media. Tim wasn't sure what he was thinking when he sent that email to Buzzfeed, but now that's he's basically become the middle man for the group and the heroes, he'd like to go back in time and kick Past Tim in the balls.
However, watching Dick and Wally play what's basically a Newly Wed game is very entertaining.
