Shortly after Calcharo and Jiyan get together, Mortefi seems to be disheartened as of late.
Xiangli Yao's hypothesis is that Mortefi is heartbroken from his long-term affections towards Jiyan. Mortefi is wondering why Xiangli Yao looks at him with a sad or guilty expression.
